Arjun who came back after turning his SUV towards his house, heard her scream and went near the gate and saw her dancing and jumping up and down by the window, he smiled as he heard her scream in excitement, "HE LOVES ME!! HE LOVES ME!!"

Next day at Riya's house.

Riya was getting ready as it was already 8 and she needed to be at the office at 9 and she knew she was getting whole a lot late. If she didn't catch the ETF at 9, Arjun would again blame her and accuse her of being lazy and irresponsible and what not. And now that their relationship is crossing a new path, she doesn't want to make any mistakes, specially regarding Arjun. Even though he was like a coconut, harsh on the outside and sweet on the inside, but She knew he was very strict when it came to work. God forbid the day when he will be angry on her again. Now she can't even imagine him angry. Just then when she was about to tie her hairs, she heard the doorbell ring. She left her hairs and went to open the door. Expecting the same bad-faced landlord, who will remind her that she needs to find another house from next month.

She went near the door and sighed a sigh and looked up to her god to give her strength to face another round of allegations. She opened the door and found Arjun. Her eyes widened to see him in a casual white kurta and pyjama. He was looking an angel indeed. But who knew what this angel had planned. He smiled a smile that warmed her heart instantly and she smiled unknowingly. She then shied away looking at his two top button opened and his clean broad chest revealing.

Arjun knew what she was shy for and to make her comfortable he cleared his throat and looked outside, indicating her to follow him. Luckily she too wore a traditional type short kurta on her jeans and it too being of white color. She smiled as she figured that they matched colors. She was following him and he took her towards the stairs. She looked confused as to where he was taking her and looked at his hand, which he extended in front of her to hold. She held his hand and her heart did a summersault. Her stomach tied in a knot and her spine, icy cold.

Her instincts were telling her that she wouldn't be forgetting this journey, journey to her terrace. Coz just one floor away was the terrace and she expected him to propose her.

WOW WOW!!! Arjun I love you! I LOVE YOU!!! Propose me and I am already yours!! Her heart squealed and she tried to control her heart as a teenager going to get proposed by her crush.

She took his hand and he slightly dragged her towards a flat, not the terrace. Her happiness faded as soon as she recognized the flat. It was her landlord! She unknowingly stopped climbing the stairs and Arjun looked back at her. She nodded a no, telling him she had no courage to face him. But Arjun blinked slowly telling her to trust him. Arjun turned towards the flat and suddenly his eyes turned darker and the white part of his eyes turned a bit red in anger and his eyes narrowed a little. He supressed his anger and went to the landlord's flat.

Riya held his hand tightly and her nervousness increased his anger but he tried being calm, for her, just for her.

He knocked and the landlord opened. Riya hid behind his broad back and looked down. Landlord's accusations and harsh words making their way back in her memory and her eyes becoming moist.

"Yes, may I help you?" The landlord said in a polite manner, not seeing the Riya who was hiding behind Arjun.

"Only you can Mr. Awasthi." Said Arjun gritting his teeth.

The landlord saw him and Arjun brought a little embarrassed Riya out from his back. Riya looked at him and saw down.

Arjun looked at Riya and said, "No Riya, you have done nothing wrong that you need to be embarrassed in front of him." Said Arjun holding her waist now. The landlord widened his eyes seeing Arjun holding Riya like that. Riya too looked at him and then at the old man in front of them.

"So what were you saying to MY Riya? Will you please elaborate on that." Said Arjun shooting daggers at him.

"I said she was a characterless girl! Look at her, she is! What should I explain! You explained it yourself." The landlord was angry seeing someone coming to his door and insulting him. So he did a severe mistake, mistake of accusing Riya in front of Arjun.

Arjun tightened his fist and Riya understood what was coming.

"Sir why are we here? Lets go." Riya said not sure what Arjun was trying to do.

"No Riya, he insulted you, he needs to be taught a lesson." Saying so Arjun left her hand and in a second, punched his face thrice!

The landlord's face bled and he fell down.

"Next time think ten times before you insult a girl! Understood!!" Arjun sat down besides him and gave a punch again, "this was for making my girl cry."

Riya looked at him proudly and at the landlord with pity.

"And one more thing!" Arjun turned to leave but turned to the landlord again, "if I see you insulting anyone, I will not only punch you but will put you in jail! She is my Riya! MY WOULD BE WIFE!"

Riya looked at him sharply and found no traces of him joking. He was serious!! Her heart jumped and she hugged him in front of her landlord.

"I love you." Arjun whispered.

A tear fell from her eye, this was the best proposal any girl could ever get, "I love you too."

Arjun looked at the man warning him through his eyes and came back to her house. He went straight to her room and looked here and there. He spotted a suitcase and started stuffing her cloth in it.

"I dint know you can break the law for me." said Riya touched by him.

"I can break anything for you, just for you." Said Arjun and resumed what he was doing.

"Sir, what are you doing!?" she looked at Arjun and asked confused.

"Packing your bags." Arjun answered casually.

"But where am I going?" Riya asked in hope that he will take her to his house! How romantic! Her heart skipped a beat.

"You are going to your home, kolkata." Arjun said as he packed everything and closed the bag.

"But why!?" Riya asked disappointed but covered up quickly, "I mean, why home?"

Arjun understood what she wanted to ask, she indeed wanted to go to his house, it was evident on her face but how can she, without marrying him!

"You are not getting married from here." He said and Riya understood. He wanted to marry her and then take her to his house! The tears spilled out of her eyes and she ran and hugged him tightly.

"I know I am very nice. Now lets go, you will miss the flight." Arjun was in love with her but still, he needed some time to get used to all this emotional hugs of hers. His heart was dead from so much time that it needed a space and some time to recover.

And then! He will marry her. Till then she would be staying at her parents house, relieving her life with them and then starting a new one with him.

"But Rathore sir?"

"I am here!" Rathore said as he entered the room with Shree and Chotu.

"Sir!" she went to him and hugged him too.

"We would be coming to kolkata too. To ask your hand for marriage with Arjun." Rathore said and Arjun smiled. And Riya was surprised.

"The ETF is my only family. No one else." Said Arjun proudly and a bit sadly.

"Mine too! But Rathore sir not fair! I thought you would be on my side!" said Riya making a sad face.

"I will be. I will be fulfilling all duties of your brother, Riya." Rathore said putting his hand on her head and circling his palm on her hairs.

"Hey! You were on my side at the morning!" Arjun accused Rathore.

"tum dono ek hi side pe to ho." (You both are on the same side.) Said Rathore and Riya had tears seeing her family being complete. She always wished for a brother and she got one in Rathore. Then she wished for friends, Shree and Chotu were always there. And then when she met Arjun, she lost her heart, and now got one, Arjun's.

She looked at Rathore in order to make Arjun understand that she doesn't want to go.

"Riya, you are the prettiest girl I have ever met, and I want you to get what you want, Arjun. We all know you both love each other and I will advice you to get married to him ASAP. You know why, because he is ready now, you never know when the dear Arjun Suryakant Rawte changes his mind and you are left empty handed. Right, so go ahead and we would be following you day after tomorrow."

Riya shied away hearing that finally she will get MARRIED TO Arjun. The thought itself gave Goosebumps to her and she tried controlling but it was visible in her eyes and cheeks that turned red in shyness. Arjun too couldn't help but chuckle.

Then they both started for the airport.

"I don't want to go! How about we call my parents here! That way I can live here with you." Riya said making Arjun a bit uncomfortable by her closeness. She enjoyed his uneasiness and moved towards him in the car.

"NO!" Arjun said and Riya looked hurt, "I mean, no, we should not call them here, they will worry and I told you, we would be coming soon." Arjun made her understand but she was stubborn.

"NO! NO! NO! I don't want to listen! I am not going!" Riya said adamantly but then looked at his angry face and became scared, "please." Said Riya in order to make him say yes.

But stubborn is she and so is he.

"You are going. And that is final. I promise I will come day after tomorrow." Arjun said making a sincere promise and Riya smiled.

Riya never felt this good about the idea of going home. She smiled and Arjun looked at her by the corner of his eyes. She looked so happy. But there was something she needed to know. It was her right to know. And it was his duty to tell her.

They reached the airport and the flight was on time. They just had 10 minutes. Arjun held her hand and said what he was dying to tell her.

"Riya, I love you, there's no doubt about that. But you need to know one thing-" Arjun said in serious tone but Riya smiled and said in between.

"I know, -" Arjun looked at her, "you want to tell me, but I completely understand, Roshni was your life, the life you lived till now, but now you are accepting me in your life too. And trust me Arjun, I don't expect you to forget her, not at all. Infact I am happy to know that I am attached to a person like you. And believe me, I would not tell you to ever leave your past behind. We are going to accept it. You accepted mine and I am going to yours. And that is what will make our relationship stronger. I trust you. And I love you too."

Hearing so somewhere Arjun's eyes were moist. He misunderstood Riya that she was a childish girl, but in real she was the mature woman who was willing to accept her would be husband's past. And that is the most painful task for any girl and here she is doing it with a smile, this tells it that she is indeed a strong soul.

Arjun pulled her close a bit and gave a quick peck on her lips, whispering sweet inaudible thanks to her, for understanding what he dint say.

Riya too gave a kiss back, saying she will always be with him.

The announcement was done and Riya went to board the flight.

FINALLY, leaving Mumbai as Riya Mukherjee but only to return as Riya Arjun Rawte.

I know you all are sooo angry with me that I didn't updated since ages but guys diwali was the major festival and doing all the chores and lots of work made me exhausted to even write a word! But as soon as diwali fever gone, here is the update.

Please people I am expecting a hell lot of replies…

Please reply and tell me if I should continue with another SS or FF on ariya…if there are not enough replies…I am not going to..i am a stubborn person, even more than Arjun! I swear! If you want me to write then please let me have the feedback..

The Arjun forum has been awesome till now and even after Riya gone, I feel that she will be back..i don't know why but I feel that sana will be back. So keeping the hopes up. This forum has showered me with lots and lots of love and inspiration to write.. please guys..keep the good work of commenting up and I promise to give you the best piece of writing as I could..love you all..
