CHAPTER NINE

I was standing at the cash counter ,when I sawswayam and reyaansh coming in.Sway am started coming towards me, while reyaansh took and empty table and sat there.

Swayam came towards me and asked "Hey, Sameer . How are you?" He was trying to make friendly conversation and I could guess he wanted to ask somethimg else.

I looked up from the cashier with a huge smile plastered on my face. "Well hello, Swayam !!"I greeted me with an excited tone. "I'm fine."

As I spoke I could see him feeling a bit uncomfortable and intending to ask something.

"Uhm' do you know if that friend of yours' is here?" ..um whats her name..

You mean sharon.I said and raised my eyebrows with a mischievous glint ..

Yeah sharon.He said and scratched the back of his , trying to make it look like no big deal.

Oh.Well she wasnt feeling well so she took a day off..I said

As I said this I could see him getting worried.

He told me he had an encounter with her at the theatre and as usual they ended up fighting ..

At that time I didnt understand why he told me all this but then it striked me he was worried for sharon and told me all that So that I could go and check on her.

He do cares for sharon .

I was lost in my thoughts when sharon shook me hard giggling

Sharon-" earth calling sam lets leave we have to get ready for work too.

I said -yeah ..lets go..

And we headed back to our respective places.

I was sitting on the bean bag beside the bed with my head in my hands. I knew I shouldn't have spoken the words I have, I regretted them the moment they left my mouth. But I don't know. I was angry, hell lot of. May be at that guy. Or may be at sharon ..

"What's wrong swayam ?" Rey asked in a soft tone.

It still surprises me as to how he could handle me so well when everyone else backs out.

I told him everything From when I opened the door of the lift and the sight infront of me stung me bitterly. Sharon was pinned against the wall, and a guy's face was buried in her neck . How I lost my head and said thosw rude words to her later.

"Why did u say all that to her?" Rey

demanded in a strong tone.

How does it matters to you.If she gets intimate with some guy.Were you jealous ? asked rey.

NO, I am NOT jealous.

I was very popular among the female clan right from my school days.

It just irked me that my charms didnt work on sharon.

yeah thats the only reasoon I lost my temper.I wasn't jealous.

I said persuading myself more than rey.

Swayam is so in denial !! Why doesn't he just admit that he was jealous then and know he feels real bad for saying that to Sharon. I hope there's more of SwaRon in the next update.
