Chapter 4 : The Talk of the Town

Barun is undergoing through a emotional turmoil and lots of confusions! He still doesnt know what he is! Him mentioning about being normal once makes me wonder if he was converted. Two weeks for complete change...into what?? And they are going to move away soon! What will happen to the Iranis then? Abhinav wants to be friends with Barun but he turned him down. Did Abhinav have something to do with the accident? Abhinav's power of channeling and sensing emotions reminds me of Jasper from Twilight! What is Barun's power or is it only some of them have powers while others don't?!

Karan, Nia and Akshay are pretty likeable and one can easily connect with them. You are bound to have one such kind in your friend circle. Nia and San, both have over-the-top-excitement syndrome. Someone noticed Abhinav's age...ahem...ahem! And the 'healthy blooming kids' part...Had me in splits...:D

A rich, handsome, mysterious kid who drives an Audi 2012! No wonder he is the talk of the town...;)

PS- By the way, who is Mr. Ickyface??

Chapter 5 : Not so Pleasant

With every passing chapter I fall more and more in love with Abhinav! One hell of a character he is! A die-for attitude matched with an enigmatic personality and an mysterious aura...*faints*

Em's expression on being caught and Dogra nudging her playfully later, a short cute scene! Abhinav is a lifesaver for Em and her catching him off-guard...*swoons*...I don't care if you are not planning to make them a romantic pair, they still captivate me! And as they say, there's no harm in drooling!

Feeling emotions is not that good always...Reminds me of Jasper's words from Eclipse! A hefty sum of money had to paid, after all midterm admissions in third year is not that common a feat! Abhi going to check on Barun...He surely won't react well to that if he find out...will he?!

Exchanging chits and San's reaction when she thought she had been caught! Good old school days and the fun! Money does volumes for you, doesn't it? At least it guarantees an extra-special treatment at a rude teacher's class! The playful ragging bit was another cute scene! Sure, they didn't mean any harm. Abhinav sounds like the protective elder brother, coming to the rescue at the right time! What did Barun see at the window...an enemy or an old acquaintance?

PS-How did Abhinav know Akshay's first name when the principal addressed him as Mr. Dogra? A small blooper or Abhinav has supernatural hearing abilities?

PPS- Both the sister's have found their own Mr. Arrogant...:P

Chapter 6: Job "Specifications"

And the mysteries finally start to unravel! So, Barun is infected (as San and Em would have it) by birth whereas Abhinav was converted. You Noticed ! It feels amazing when one puts in these little pointers and they are actually spotted by readers. Gimme a hug 🤗 Interesting! How Abhinav was converted remain to be seen! Barun finally gets a glimpse of his present reality. My heart went out to him in this chapter! He has gone through so much in such a short period of time. Losing his love-cum-friend, the only thing he could call a family and his supposed best friend. And he also blames himself for Shilpa's death. That's sad.

Abhinav is more like a 'Seeker'...He finds young Unnaturals and trains them to participate in the upcoming battle! That was sort of expected! The unexpected part was Barun and Abhinav being the best of friends in the past! Barun feels that he has been betrayed by Abhinav which is not true. Can't wait to see them being back to best friend though!
Yes the chap is titled after Abhinav, it's about his job. Barun's bitterness towards Abhinav had to have a strong base, so it was their great friendship in the past which acts as the root cause.
It was Abhinav whom Barun saw at the window! Would have never expected such a thing in my weirdest imagination...Abhinav sneaking from a window! That's so unlike the charismatic dude who met the princi at his office!

Abhinav has hearing powers, so he wasn't exactly sneaking in, he was quite at a distance, I feel i should have described his position better, but how would i have maintained the mystery element then? Hmmm
Mohit is such kind of a character one will immediately bond with! It's sweet how he calls Abhinav 'bro'. Highlights the depths of their relationship! Hopefully, Barun and Mohit will form a strong friendship as they have a lot in common!
I am glad you managed to get to the crux of Abhinav-Mohit relationship, they are brothers for life. Barun and Mohit are nearly the same age, a few years difference, a lot to bond over. True.

At the end for Unnatural you gotta love the characters, otherwise there wouldn't be any interest in reading about them.

Characters make the story and vice-verse! In case of Unnatural, I love both of them till the point I have read.

Little details are like puzzle pieces which fit in as you progress into the story. As you have read the succeeding chaps i can easily tell you that Abhinav had eyes only for her because he could her sense her emotions which to him were intriguing and is also in the process of figuring out whether he has heard from her before..

Messing with the mall details is the worst thing you could do to a story! Am glad you are doing full justice to them which is another reason why I love this story o much! Abhinav and Em sure have a connection! I would love if it nurtures into a romantic one and if it doesn't...it is quite fine with me. My imagination can do the rest... 😉

Let me just say it, I do love my character Abhinav, i gave him the most layers, you gotta read to know more..yeah..lets talk then :D

At this point, Abhinav was just another character! I fell in love with him from the next to next chapter onwards! Complicated...layered...and I LOVE HIM!

I don't think anybody succeeded on this guess, you did! Random it may be but it's coz you stepped into her shoes and viewed the scenario, you are good !

I didn't for once think it would actually be a car! Felt out of this word when the guess turned out true...:D
