Maan's emotions were going out of control; he wanted to live these few precious moments of his life to the fullest. He hugged her once again trying to describe the feelings of his heart; his craving for her love and the importance of her presence in his life he wanted to explain every feeling of his heart through this one hug as he was not sure if his words would be convincing enough or not'
Geet's heart skipped a beat as she understood the unsaid words of Maan but today she was scared not because of his hatred but because of his love'.
She reciprocated to his hug trying to suppress her feelings'she was here as a friend of Maan and not as a girl who was head over heels in love with him
She closed her eyes as she lived this moment one last time as she knew that very soon she will herself step out from his embrace as this paradise no longer belonged to her'
HER LOVE WAS HER BIGGEST STRENGTH AND SHE WOULD NEVER ALLOW IT TO BE WEAK IN FRONT OF ANY ONE'NOT EVEN MAAN
Their magical moment came to an end with the official's interference

Geet's one touch gave a new life to Maan. He held her hand possessively inbetween his palms and narrated the incident confidently
The official called a sketch artist who drew the picture of Brij as per Maan's description

Geet: Officer Maan ke mutabik Brij kisise bhaag raha tha aur agar uski jaan wakai khatre mein hai toh wo jald se jald ye shehar chodne ki koshish karega aur iske liye usse paiso ki zarurat hogi toh Maan ne jo 2 lakh ka check usse diya hai wo usse cash karne zarur jaayega aur agar aisa hua toh hum usse aasani se pakad sakthe hai [Officer according to Maan Brij's life was in danger as he was trying to hide from some goons and if this is true then he might try to leave this city at the earliest and for doing so he requires money. He will try to cash the cheque that Maan had given to him this might just do the trick and he might be caught]
Official: Hum humari taraf se puri koshish karenge but filhaal main yahi kehna chahunga ke let's hope for the best or be prepared for the worst [We will try our level best but right now I would only like to say Let's hope for the best or be prepared for the worst]
Geet: Jab hum sacche ho toh hume darne ki koi zarurat nahi aap bus apni karwayi kijiye [If we r right then we need not fear for the worst situation u kindly carry on with ur investigations]
Official: Ye toh waqt hi bataega ke kaun sahi hai aur kaun galat waise agar aap chahe toh main aapko aapke ghar drop kar saktha hoon [Time will tell who is right and who is wrong by the way if u want I can drop u to ur house]
Geet: No thanks Officer jab tak asli gunegar pakda nahi jaata Geet apne Maan ke paas hi rukhegi I hope u don't mind [No thanks Officer as long as the real culprit is not caught Geet will be here with her Maan I hope u don't mind officer]
Official: Filhaal mujhe koi problem nahi hai aap yaha kuch der toh rukh hi sakthi hai [Right now I have no objections u can wait here for sometime]
Saying so the official walked out from there with his officers leaving Maaneet all alone in the room
As soon as the officers left Geet turned her back towards Maan and started walking towards one corner of the room
Maan's heart started pacing at a rapid speed as slowly the soothing blessing of Geet's hand started moving away from his grip
He was smart enough to react fast. He held her wrist protectively which forced her legs to advance any further
Geet closed her eyes in determination and promised herself not to allow anyone to play with her emotions again

Maan touched her shoulder and requested her to face him
Maan: Apne Maan se yun muh mat phero Geet tumhari berukhi main sehh nahi paayunga [Pls don't turn ur face from ur Maan Geet; I won't be able to tolerate this disregard]
Geet: Maaf kijiyega par aapki baatein mujhe samaj nahi aa rahi jaha tak meri yaadash gawayi de rahi hai humare beech aisa toh koi khaas rishta nahi jo mujhe aapse ruthne ka ya naaraz hone ka haq de sake'toh berukhi karne ki gustaki toh badi dur ki baat hai [I am sorry but I fail to understand ur words as far as I remember we don't share any special relationship that will allow me to be angry with u so from where does the question of ignoring u comes into picture?]
Geet's one statement stabbed Maan's heart like a sharp knife giving him an unbearable pain
Maan twirled Geet by holding her waist and pinned her to a nearby wall

Geet's expressions were unchanged
Maan caressed her face with true love and looked directly into her deep ocenic eyes

Maan scanned Geet's face once again; it seemed his words had absoulutely no effect on her soul

Maan held her hands close to his heart and once again requested her

Geet moved her magical mirrors and allowed them to get locked with his dark black eyes
Maan: Geet kya tumhe ab bhi lagta hai ke mere jasbaat mein kalnak hai'[Geet do u still feel that there is some hidden aspect present in my genuine emotions?]
For a slight second Geet's heart melted and was forced to believe him and Maan could easily find out that he was successful in teasing the chords of her heart as her facial expressions were the windows of her soul
Maan hugged Geet passionately
Maan: tumhari aakhein iss sachayi ko bayan kar rahi hai ke tum aaj bhi mujhse pyar karti ho; main bhi tumse behet mohabbat karta hoon Geet aur jo kahani meri bewakoofi ki wajah se adhuri reh gayi thi wo hum milkar puri karenge. Maan: Main jaanta tha Geet ke tum mujhe maaf kardogi par yakeen nahi ho raha ke meri kismet itni buland hai ke mujhe tumhari maafi itne aasani se mil gayi'mujhe meri mohabbat mil gayi [I knew u will forgive me Geet but I was not sure that this will happen so soon. I am really lucky Geet as I found my love back]
The word love and forgiveness was enough to bring back Geet to her wits
Without wasting a single moment she pushed Maan away with all her strength
Maan was shocked with this reaction of Geet
He thought that Geet might accuse him and shout at him and to be frank enough he was ready to hear all her accusations with a smiling face as he wanted to take all her pains in his folds
Maan: (thinking) Kuch kaho Geet jitney bhi zakhm tumne apne seene mein chupaye hai unhe aaj mujhpar barsadoh taaki tumhare dil mein main itna pyar bhar sakhu ke phir kabhi tumhari aakhon mein takleef ki ek bund nazar naa aaye [Pls say something Geet pour out all the pains of ur heart on me so that I can fill it with my love to such an extent that there will be no place for a single tear in your eyes]
Maan made his heart strong as he was sure that Geet might shed some tears of his betrayal from her eyes. He was promising himself that this would be the last day that his angel would be shedding these pearls
But all his preparations tasted dust as Geet's reaction was a totally unexpected shock for him
Geet started applauding with a smile on her face
Geet: Wah MSK kya performance hai' Mindblowing' Sach keh rahi hoon chah gaye aap [Wow MSK what a mindblowing performance' Ur performance was rocking]
Maan: Ye kya keh rahi ho Geet ye acting nahi thi [Geet this was not acting]
Geet: Offcourse Mr. Khurana aapki acting itni real lagti hai ke koi bhi dhoka kha jaayega par aap shayad bhool gaye ke pehle jab aap auditions mein jaaya karte the toh ek bewakuf ladki ke saath aise hi gise pite romantic dialogues ke rehearsal kiya karte the issliye aapki ye acting ki chori aaj pakdi gayi kyunki batkismati se main wahi ladki hoon [Offcourse Mr. Khurana ur acting looks so real that anyone will start believing in the genuiness of ur statements but alas ur skills failed in front of me as I am the same girl with whom u used to do ur rehearsals before going for an audition]
A lump made way to his throat which made Maan feel suffocated but his heart was not ready to accept defeat so easily
He knew he was at fault but he had to convince Geet by one one weapon the weapon of his true and unconditional love

Maan's painful words were coming back to him and were making him realize the extent to which he had broken the heart of his angel
Maan wanted to show her the mirror of his soul by convincing her that without her he was nothing but Geet had termed him a stranger thus forcing him to burn in the fire of guilt

Maan wished that he could rewind the wheel of time and rectify his mistakes but today he was helpless he had everything that he once desired for but he was still unfortunate as he had lost the trust of his love'

Maan was shattered as today for the first time he drank the poison of Geet's hatred'
