Love and Hate

It was now the limit of his patience, six hours had been passed but there was no news of Nupur,the darkness had been prevailed around and with the each passing moment he was getting more upset. He took his car keys and quickly slipped out the room.

Nupur's hands trembled uncontrollably, and she clasped them together to hide the evidence of her shaken composure as Neev took a step closer to give her the divorce papers.

"I said---get out of here---get out of here"she rumbled and Neev gave her an evil grin enjoying the lines of fear on her face, "ah!!I'm sorry Nupur but you didn't let any other way for me except to force you to do what I want"

Pain clogged her chest as he stepped towards her and she quickly stepped back until her back hit with the wall and she lifted her fear-filled eyes at him trying to gather her all the strength, "You're wrong Neev,I'm not going to do what you want me to do"

Her hatred eyes bored into him as he took another step towards her but this time she didn't feel fear and as he raised her hand to touch her shoulder she pushed him hard with a force and he jerked back losing his balance Nupur took the advantage of the situation and rushed towards the door .Neev quickly stabled his balance and ran to catch her wrist she got jerk as he yanked her back and worse she heard Neev's delighted laughter as he drew her towards him holding her shoulders.

"you can't get escape from me---sign these papers'don't push me to force you"

He clenched his teeth biting his words she moaned in pain struggling to free herself, "let me go'Mayank will kill you if he get to know that you tried to hurt me"a lump of emotion lodged in her throat and she regarded him with a hatred.

"Who will tell him as your father is with me?" He chuckled gleefully.

A determination in his voice caused her nerves to vibrate with fear and she gasped gathering her all the strength, "he loves me so much and I know he'll soon find out what is happening here with me then he won't leave you'he'll kill you"

Her cheeks burned with rage and she jabbed her finger at him trying to push him away but her words didn't affect him much as ignoring her struggle to free herself as he slipped his hand in his pocket and pulled out a pen and then straightened his face towards her, "sign these papers".

He brought the pen and papers near to her and she tried to tear those papers, "NO'I'LL NEVER"

"you'll" Nupur felt the tears sting her eyes as Neev twisted her ankle giving her threatening look and she winced in pain, "ahh!!!"

"Neevvv"Shiv groaned in anger standing at the doorway and Neev quickly dropped her hand.

"How dare you hurt my daughter?"Shiv snarled through gritted teeth.

"I was---I was just saying her to sign these papers" He startled at his unexpected arrival and tried to make excuses about his behavior ,Shiv glanced at Nupur and her teary-streaked eyes and scared face told him another story, His anger vanished as his guilt simmered to see Nupur condition, "Nupur "Shiv gasped taking step closer to her and some fresh tears slipped on her cheeks wetting her already wet cheeks, Shiv slipped his arm around her shoulder and drew her closer for hug, a sob escaped her lips as she felt fatherly love after ages, shiv lifted up his eyes at Neev regarding him with an angry look, "how dare you behave with my daughter like this"

He stiffens.

"I'm sorry uncle'I have been just---trying to"

"You have no right to behave with my daughter like this'yes I want the same that you want but it doesn't mean you can hurt my daughter"

Shiv regarded Neev with a stiffen look.

"Don't tell me uncle you've changed your mind in the love of your daughter"

He crinkled his brow at him in a sarcastic manner.

"I haven't changed my mind'I still hate Mayank and I'll always hate him but I can't hurt my daughter like this"
"papa'I don't want it'please let me go back to Mayank"

Nupur lifted up her head to look at his father and Shiv deliberately turned away his eyes to avoiding looking at her pleading face.

"Uncle If you want the same then says her to sign these papers and leave him"Neev spoke raising his hand to give him papers and Nupur pulled back, "papa you can't do this'you're supporting that person who tried to kill my husband"

Her voice choked with anger and rage flushed over her face for a moment Shiv couldn't speak anything, he looked bewildered, "what?"He gave a shocking look looking at Neev and he clenched his teeth in frustration watching his plan going to fail and he couldn't have let that happen, "NO'she is telling lies to prove me wrong'she is saying all this to save Mayank."

Neev spoke regarding Nupur with a threatening look trying to prove her wrong and Nupur stiffen looking at him with great rage.

"whatever I'm saying it's the truth'he is the one who left me alone at that time when I'd needed him"she gave hatred look to Neev and then turned towards Shiv who was still in shock listening all this, "papa you'd chosen Neev for me and I'd accepted him as my life partner but he was not worth of your trust'our trust'he threw me out of his life just because he thought I was not anymore a virgin girl'he didn't trust me'I know Mayank did wrong whatever he did in past was wrong but now he had been realized his mistakes he is ashamed of his deed and I have been accepted him with all my heart, my soul because I love him and he loves me truly' madly and deeply"

"But this person" She whirled to look at Neev giving him a hatred look "he couldn't see my happiness'when he saw I didn't beg in front of him. He made a plan to show me down he wanted to see me crying, begging in front of him but I didn't do that and then he tried to prove me a cheap girl in front of Mayank but he didn't trust him and had beaten him badly'he couldn't accept his defeat and he tried to kill Mayank"

Shiv stiffened and his face flushed with rage as Nupur's words slowly registered in his mind.

"Uncle--she is lying'she is lying to save Mayank'she is doing to save him"He screamed in frustration seeing his plan going to fail.

"No---My daughter can't lie" He twitched his lips into tight words looking at Neev and tears rolled down on Nupur's cheeks to hear her father's words.

"How much I was wrong because I though you was worth of my trust"Shiv groaned in anger catching his collar and Neev got a jerk, "you deceived me'I am feeling ashamed to trust on a person like you"

Neev Clutched Shiv's wrist and pushed him hard this time Shiv collapsed with the wall losing his balance.
