I am defending Abhimanyu Modi here, agreed this is essentially Niki/Nirmala's story and she did get most of her clues which were in Tamil which is of no use to her, but is she too not at fault. I am listing the issues Mr. Modi may have with Niki/Nirmala (as the defendant's advocate, I tend to agree with him)
1.She agreed to marry him, if she had an issue, she could have refused, parental pressure aside
2.She too can be accused of not clearing the air four years ago, she is at much at fault as Mr. Modi in this area
3.She is not giving him a chance now despite marrying him, what doe she intend to do, spend a life nursing a misunderstanding that was in the first place only that, a misunderstanding
4.If she is hurting, Mr. Modi is suffering too, he has voiced this as well, and she chooses to ignore this and also states that she does not believe him. Which is fair, but that does not mean his feeling are untrue
