This is one of the most interesting story-lines from you!!! Really intriguing... It has a shade of dark; but you won't see it head-on - like I just felt it through your words... I mean; amongst all the ambiance for a perfectly romantic luncheon, you made it feel something realllyyy very different - and I loved it!
