Arnav: I forgot something. I will be right back. She looked at him. And smiled.

Shehnaz: I will be waiting. Anjali raised her hands from the back about to strangle her. Payal stopped her. Arnav started to run back.

Khushi was crying, akash stopped her. And put his arm around her shoulder.

Akash: hey desi girl. Sorry. Khushi bhabhi. Yeh angreiz hai na. Voh daikhain.. apka... vohhh. Agaya. She looked up and smiled. But stopped.

Khushi: khud nahin rok thay hain na usko. I am not going. You guys go. ok. She turned around and strated to walk away.

Arnav: akash here are the keys. Give me the keys to your car. I will bring her. go. Akash gave his keys. And ran to the car. He waited for shehnaz to keep looking at her self in her small purse mirror now. He sat in and started to drivebefore she could stop him. He later put on the seat belt.

Shehnaz: hey, you cant drive this. Its arnav's car.

Akash: exactly. My BROTHER'S car. And he told me to. The parents needed him for something. It's fine na. I dont see any problem. Right anjali and payal. He looked at them in the rear view mirror both were laughing. Akash smiled. Shehnaz was annoyed. How did this happen. Argh.

Arnav ran to khushi and grabbed her hand.

Kushi: leave me. I don't want to go. Okay.

Arnav: look at me please. Hmm

khushi: no.

aranv: hey. Come on. Don't be like this. Please. Dont spoil your mood because of one sour apple in the batch. Hmm. Khushi looked at him.

He took a few steps closer to her. She looked down. A small smile on her face. She sighed. All she needed was himclose to her. Bas. He cupped her face. His fingers behind her ears, and thumb on her cheek. He pushed her head a bit up. She looked at him. In a husky voice he softly said..

Arnav: chori chori jab nazrain mili...chori chori phir neendein udi. Chori chori yeh dil ne kaha. Chori mein bhi hai maza

she smiled.

He turned around to face the parking lot direction. She pulled her hand out and hooked her finger onto his. They looked at each other and smiled. The went and sat in the car.

Khushi: whose car is this? She looked at arnav.

Arnav: robins. Akash decided to take the bat mobile with catwoman inside. She giggled and he chuckled.

He opened the door for her. She gently sat down and placed her seat belt. She looked at him and smiled as he closed her door for her. He went to his side and sat down. Buckled up. He tried to start the car. But each time pulled the key back. He looked worried.

Arnav: why is this not working.

Khushi: what's wrong.

Arnav: I think. I dont know. Its not starting. She seemed a bit worried. You try. She raised her eyebrow.

Khushi: me? She asked shockingly.

Arnav: yeah. Maybe its just your touch that it needs. He smirked.

Khushi: humf. Jaldi karain. They are all probably waiting.

Arnav: no. you start it. He folded his arms in front of him. He was adamant. After a minute she shook her head negatively and leaned forward to start the car. Once she was close enough, Arnav quickly leaned in and placed a quick kiss on her cheek. MUAH. She moved back in shock.

Khushi: Arnav. She said still amazed by his mischief. Arnav chuckled.

Arnav: yes. Something wrong? She raised her eyebrows, folded her arms infront of her, and looked at him. Angrily.

Arnav: what. Tum nay nahin diya, tho main kya karoon. I even sang for you.

Khushi turned her face to look the other way. She bit her lip trying to keep her growing smile under Control. She closed her eyes. The car was started.

Arnav: ahem ahem. Khushi turned her head and saw his hand streched out. Asking her to hold it.

Khushi: no. she said with a straight face. Arnav was in shock. His eyes widened. He looked at her. He did not expect that from her. Ever. After a few seconds she smiled. She put her hand up and as he was going to go and hold it. She made a fist and just put her index finger out. He smiled.

Arnav: hmmm. She giggled. They hooked their fingers. And Arnav started to drive.

Arnav: khushi. Do you have your phone.

Khushi: yes.

Arnav: can you call akash and ask him for the location. She seemed a bit hesitant calling akash from her phone. But looked at him. He gave a gentle and loving smile. He softly blinked his eyes. She smiled and took her phone. He told her the number and she dialed it. She put it on speaker phone.

Akash: whose phone number is this? He answered it.

Arnav: hey man. We need the location.

Akash: location. ok. He started to give the location. Shehnaz and everyones ears were on his conversation. Who was he giving the location to.

Anjali: akash, who are you giving the location to? Aur kaun kaun ara ha hai.

Akash: surprise anjali. It's a surprise. Don't worry. You will find out once you are there ok. He hung up the phone. Akash and them reached the ice cream parlour.

Akash: let's order first. Okay. My treat guys. Chalo tum sab bhi kya yaad karogay. The girls were all standing by the counter deciding which ice cream to order. Anjali and payal were trying out the different flavours to decide which one was the best. Shehnaz was at the table waiting for them to finish acting like what she believed to be childish. Akash was with payal and anjali. Shehnaz looked outside. And started to yell

shehnaz: ARNAVVV. Akash anjali and payal all looked outside. Arnav and khushi were getting out of the car. There were walking silently. Luckily not holding each others hands. Arnav saw shehnaz looking out the window when he was getting out. He quietly mumbled. Trying not to move his lips that much.

Arnav: voh. Tumhari fav. Angrez ki bachi daikh rahi hai hummay. Kaho tho. Usko ek ishara day that that I am interested in someone else. Hmm. Khushi was shocked. She looked up and her foot twisted. She raised her arm as she almost fell. Arnav had caught onto her arm. And helped her get up. She was not able to stand up. She held onto her knee. She was in pain. He held onto her hand and had his other hand on her back. Everyone else from the inside started to run out towards them.

Khushi: ahhh..

arnav: is it hurting that bad. Let me pick you up.

Khushi: no. sab arahay hain. Ahhh.. sss... she had her eyes tightly shut. He had to do something. But he was stopped.

Payal, anjali: khushiii.. he just held onto her. Anjali and payal reached khushi and Arnav moved back. One held khushi from one side and the other tried to get her arm around their shoulder.

Khushi: ahh.. I can't. It really hurts. She had a tear escape her eyes. That is it. Arnav could not stand it anymore.

Arnav: anajli, payal ek minute. Hmm. He hinted for them to move back. Without waiting for another second he picked her up in his arms. She looked at him. Her eyes widened. One hand still on the hurt leg and the other around his shoulder. He looked ahead. Not at her. If he looked at her. He would lose it. And they would end up giving themselves away. Anjali and payal were confused. Akash saw the girls and their attempt to figure everything out.

Akash: thank God. I was about to come and pick her up. Kisi nay tho utha liye. Khushi, can't you walk properly. Hmmm. Everyone turned around to look at him. He was acting like a distraction. Arnav just kept on walking ahead.

Shehnaz: that is not fair. I mean. I fell as well. But you were there akash. I mean if Arnav was there. I am sure he would have picked me up in his arms. Oh how I would want that. Sigh. Anajli was about to burst. Payal held onto her hand. Akash smiled. Perfect. Keep the girls distracted with this new joker in town.

Akasah: what. You wanted that. Tut. Shehnaz. Why didn't you tell me. He walked up to her. And started to try to pick her up..

akash: mmm... sigh...mmm... he was making faces as if he wsa putting a lot of effort into trying to pick her up. Shehnaz was frustrated. He moved back. And made a shocked, disgusted, faced.

Akash: shehnaz, I would suggest that you try the new fat free frozen yogurt. Shehnaz's eyes widened. Her jaw dropped. She stomped her foot. Heel almost cracking. She angry walked back into the parlour.

Anajli: akash. Bhai. You are the best. He tugged his collar.

Akash: I know. They all laughed. Anjali and akash imitated the way that shehnaz walked in. payal laughed at their actions. Arnav gently placed khushi on the chair.

He bent down on one knee. He tried to get her foot. But she pulled it back. He looked up. She hinted with her eyes for him not to touch her right now.

Arnav: you are in pain. You know I won't stand that. Right. He said softly so the upcoming crowd would not be able to hear. She reassuringly blinked her eyes. But another tear escaped. He got up and in frustration looked the other way. Anjali and payal went up to khushi.

Anjali: khushi, I think you sprained it very badly. You know what. I know how to fix this. Arnav bhai knows how to fix this. Let me try. She bent down and was about to touch her foot.

Arnav: anjali. You have never done that before. And if you pull it a bit too much, you can make it worse. He was concerned.

Anjali: yeh bhi hai. Bhai, tho ap hi kardain na. Please. She is in a lot of pain. Please bhai.

Arnav: I dont mind. But I don't know if khushi will let me. He looked at her. With a straight face. She looked at him.

Arnav's eyes: please let me. Please. I can't see you in pain. Please.

Anjali: khushi. Let him please.

Khushi: I will be fine anjali. It will be ok in a day or two. I am fine.

Akash: acha. Tell me this. Yahan thak tho bhai utha kar lie ae. Yahan say kaisay gao gi. She looked at him.

Anjali: Arnav bhai. Theek kar dain. She got up. Payal was also about to move. But khushi held onto her hand. So she didn't move away. Payal sat right beside her. Arnav came near her. He kneeled on the floor. (DIWALI NIGHT GUYS :P). very slowly he placed her foot on his knee. He looked at her.

Arnav: thora dard hoga.

She closed her eyes. He very slid his fingers on top of her foot from her toes to the ankle. Her heart started to beat faster. His touch was very soothing. It sent sparks from her foot through her leg. She gulped. He slid his other hand under her heel. It felt a bit ticklish even in this pain. She felt the loving way he caressed her foot with his fingers. His soft caring touch had already started to make her feel better. He started to twisted it inwards.

While leaving her eyes tightly shut. Her eyes brows furrowed. She tightened her grip on payal's hand.

Khushi: sss... ahh ahhh.. ahhh. He looked at her. He could not bear to see her like this, but he had to finish this. He immediately twisted it outwards.

Arnav: ab theek hai. She opened her eyes. And looked at him. She noticed his eyes becoming a bit moist. Her pain, her tears were gathering in his eyes. She blinked and started to look down a bit. Nodded her head and smiled. She moved her foot down.

Khushi: thank you. She said while smiling and looked at him again. He finally took a sigh of relief. And smiled back at her.

Akash: cough cough. Shukr hai. Her foot it fixed. How about we all order our ice creams. Arnav got up and went to the counter with akash.

Khushi also got up and went with the others. Anajli and payal were telling khushi about the flavours that they tasted and liked the most. Khushi kept on looking at him through the reflection of the mirror. He looked at her. But seemed disheartened. She knew he was hurt by her actions. But she had no options. It took Anjali and akash to convince her. She had to make it up to him. What could she do. She thought and then finally had an idea. She waited for everyone to order. Arnav sighed and just kept on staring at the different flavours.

Akash: bhai which one do you want.

Arnav: you guys all order first. I will do it at the end. I'll pay then as well. Okay. Khushi smiled.

Akash: shehnaz, look at that one. Its fat free frozen yogurt. You should try it. She was annoyed.

Shehnaz: it's ok. I will like to stick with the double chocolate. They all ordered, but khushi and arnav.

Payal: khushi, decide na.

Khushi: you go. I am almost done deciding. Arnav did not want to talk to her or look at her. It took the convincing of others. Fine. Then she could enjoy her time with the others he thought.

Arnav: can I just have. Umm. Chocate mousse. The cashier was taking out arnav's.

Khushi: i'll have the same. She smiled. He looked the other way. The cashier took out arnav's. And put it on the the top of the counter. Khushi took it and went away. Arnav chuckled. He took the other one and paid. They all say down at the table. Each enjoying their's. Arnav was playing with his cup and just twirling the round and round. She took a couple of bites from her's.

Khushi: anjali, payal. Did you guys try the new strawberry cheesecake. Go and ask for a sample. You will really like it.

Both looked at each other and got up. Khushi smiled. Two down. Two more to go. Khushi looked at akash and had a mischevious smile. She took out her phone and sent a message to akash.

Message: hey. Angraiz. Us angraz ko zara sa distract kar na. Pleaseee..

once akash read the message he chuckled. And looked at her. She squinted her nose. Please type. He nodded his head.

Akash: hmm. Shehnaz. Sorry na. Okay fine. Let me please make it up to you. I feel very very bad na. Please. He pulled her up forcefully and took her over to the counter. Without wasting another second, khushi picked up her cup and changed it with him. He was shocked. He still had his spoon in his hand. She looked back to see if they were coming. She looked at his melted cup. But he still had the spoon in his hand. And she left her in her cup. He looked at her. And put his spoon on the table. Just like you would flick a karoom coin. He flicked the spoon towards her. She picked it up. She looked at him with a huge smile on her face. She bit her bottom lip. And looked down shyly. Anajli and payal came back.

Payal: khushi, that one was ok. But our's are still better. Everyone returned. And sat down.

Khushi looked at akash. He smiled at her. And she smiled back. While just moving her lips, she silently said... thank you. He blinked his eyes as a your welcome.

Anjali: khushi. You also melt your ice cream first before eating it. That is the same thing that arnav bhai does. She gulped. Akash smiled and nodded his head. Khushi coughed.

Khushi: I thought I try it this way. Its the mousse flavour right. so. I remember minta telling me to try it this way. She smiled at her. She looked up and looked around at everyone. Shehnaz was focusing on her nails. Payal and anjali were eating their ice creams. She looked at arnav who.. winked at her. Her eyes widened. She then turned her head to see akash. He frowned his lips, raised his eyebrows, and nodded his head. Impressive his expressions spoke. She was blushing. And looked down. Shehnaz got up and went to go and get a water bottle. She came back and saw that arnav was done his ice cream and moved his chair a bit back. His arm was flung around the back rest. She smirked. She walked and pretended not to notice where she was going. She turned around and sat his lap. He immediately got up. Pushing his chair back. Khushi was in shock. Everyone was shocked. To say the least.

Arnav: WHAT THE..

she fell flat on the ground.

Shehnaz tried to get up. But her mini dress was not allowing her to get up properly.

Shehnaz: ouch. Arnav. I didn't know you were there. Okay, just give me a hand and help me get up. He looked at her. Disgusted.

Anajli: no bhai. Let me help her. A bit too much is exposed right now. Arnav moved away. Anjali gave her a hand.

Shehnaz: what the hell. Anjali. How dare you say that about me. That a bit too much is exposed.
