Kneeling down in front of her 5 year old, Shakti gazed in those lovely chocolate brown eyes'' the ones exactly like her father's.i wish it would happen..

Shakti- oh no sweetheart, he won't.

"But Pinky maam said I have to be on stage in 5min'.. why hasn't he come yet?" (puppy face) just like her dad hai na??

Glancing towards the door Shakti groaned out loud, somethings never changes before she turned back to her doll.

Shakti- Honey, I promise he'll be here any minute.

Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, I'll strangle you with my bare hands if you make me lie to my daughter. as i said smethings never changes

"Daddy!!!" awe...so cute...

With a delighted squeal, she ran into his open arms, as he immediately scooped her up. must be so blissful moment

Amar- I'm sorry my little princess'.. daddy got stuck in traffic.

"that's because I wasn't there to help you with the horn." ditto cutie like her father

Amar laughed'.. his baby girl loved to honk the car horn and to Shakti's irritation he always let her indulge in her mischief's. poor shakti mommy have to bear two kids at a time

Amar- I knowww'.. I'm never driving without you again! 😆😆

She rewarded him a toothy grin'.. while he lovingly kissed on her brow. so cute

Amar- so is my princess ready for the show?

"yes, yes!!... oh, daddy put me down'. I'm getting late'.. Amol must be waiting for me" 😆😆

He looked over at a giggling Shakti.

Amar- yeh Amol kaun hai?

Shakti- your daughter's dance partner.

Amar- oh''.

"Daddy please'.. put me down!"

She struggled to get free.

Amar- ok ok baba.

As soon as her feet touched the floor, she ran towards her dressing room, skidding slightly on the slippery floor.😆just playful like her father

Shakti called out after her'..

Shakti- careful sweetheart'.. and all the best!

"Yes mommy'' thank you'. I love you!"

Shakti- we love you too baby!

As soon as their daughter disappeared behind the door, Amar stepped before Shakti, gathering her in his arms.

Amar- meri little princess toh maan gayi'.. ab meri yeh princess ka kya?

Shakti- (roll eyes) you just be glad, you're alive.👏

She shoved his arms off her waist, turned and walked into the auditorium'' chuckling he followed her'. her so called 'threats' were just as endearing as her.

As soon as they found the seats, their daughter's performance was announced.

"And the next performance is a romantic duet number by our two very talented students'.. please give them a big hand!!"

Amar- (muttering) a romantic duet number??!!... khuch aur nahi mila? possesive dad

Shakti giggled'' and he turned to glare at her.

Amar- couldn't you choreograph a solo piece for her??

Shakti- sussh!!... stop being such a possessive daddy'.. Girls at her age don't like their dads squabbling about what they do choose to do.

Amar- what her age??!!... oh for Christ's sake'.. she's just 5!!

The thought of his daughter in her teens made him shudder.❤️😊😊

Shakti leaned towards him and plated a kiss on his cheek. loved it

Shakti- my dear hubby, get used to it'.. 5 is the new 13!

He sighed'.. get used to it?... He didn't have much of a choice, did he?... The ladies of his house always had the final say😃😃'' well, he could blame all his pampering for that.

The lights dimmed and the curtains were raised'' Their angel danced to every beat and rhythm with sheer perfection; making their hearts swell with pride thing beyond comparision'' with their fingers locked together they watched their little girl blooming into a beautiful butterfly.

Amar- she looks gorgeous'..just like mommy

Shakti- hmmm.

Amar- just like you. just like her mommy

Nuzzling her arm in the crook of his elbow, she leaned towards him.

Shakti- thank you for giving me her.

Hooking his arm around her shoulders, he lifted her face up and kissed her with a lifetime of love and passion. love their everlasting romance

When clattering of applause broke them apart, they both said in unison'..

"I love you!" true we all also love u ...u made us believe that true love exists

Tish, r u seriosly ending it??? Its been a remarkable journey, we all have laughed, smiled,cried,lived through ur updates for the past few months. Each n every moment, be it the flashback, jaipur journey, confession, proposal, arguments, all of them appeared so realistic. I m still not able to cum to terms wid this abrupt transformation Tish but as Ankita di said, all gud things cum in small packages, so we all r bound to accept it.
