I have to say I really loved your story...until now. I understand due to her illness why she would turn away. But why would he suddenly, within 6 months get engaged when he loves someone else? Why does moving on include involving someone else in a love story that has already started being written? Why didn't he probe as to her rejection? Why does Anjali think its her job to protect a grown man from things? Why does Anjali believe a cancer diagnosis is a death sentence? I don't know if I'll keep reading this, but up to now it was a beautiful story. I'm not into the separation thing, I guess, so when I read it in a FF I'm turned off. Hopefully, you'll get them back together, but your skill as a writer is superb. Don't know if I'll get to appreciate it or not again, but we'll see.

This is heart-breaking, really. Assume payal is K's cousin so she will end up attending the wedding.

I feel for Arnav, he deserves to know the truth. Imagine he found out what had happened is something happens to K?
