I wanted readers to assume that Arnav left it on his night table because he never gave her the entire thing - only the bangles. So it's symbolism for the fact that Arnav won't let her become a part of his life easily but she'll find her way through :)

I loved it:D I remember reading your EHMMBH ff but I lost track of it in the middle of it because I stopped watching the show due to my school work and just the other day I came across to it and am planning on reading it from the beginning cause as I recall I loved it. I am sorry for disappearing in the middle of it but I can assure you I won't let it happen again. All the BEST=)
