So...OMFG! Eight pages of comments?!?!
YOU. GUYS. ROCK.

I can honestly say, each one of us individually took the time to freak out over that. Like seriously, the last time I checked- at 4 pm EST, it was 6 pages...now it's EIGHT!
OMFG!
I love you all, and so do Mya and Hershi :P

so here's part two! Sorry for the delay, we know it's kinda well late lol...but you're all either awake from the 12th, or sleeping on the 12th. Those on our time anywho, so it still counts.

Well, anywho, here's...

Chapter 2: In Hope

She sighed as she stared out the window, catching sight of the Eiffel Tower passing in the landscape. Leaving Arnav back was the hard part, but she had to come here for work! Paris the city of love, and here she was- without her love. Irony? O god-that-Arnav-did-not-believe-in yes! He would've told her she was being ridiculous, since for someone that didn't believe in love despite claiming to be in it himself, he had a lot of ideas about love. Such as, distance makes the heart grow fonder Khushi, I'll be in your heart Khushi, blah blah blah, pffft. He was probably in one of his stupid meetings already forgetting her nonexistent presence.

"I am not going!" Khushi yelled as she walked away towards the pool facing away from him.

"Khushi its only for a few days and its for work! You have to go." Arnav walked to her and turned her around so she faced him. He couldn't help but smile at her adorable face with her pouting lips.

Seeing him smile, she gave him a glare as she moved his arms away. She had to keep her mind clear if she wanted to win her way out of this arguement, and having Arnav's musky scent surround her only led to a hazy mind.

"I've never gone this far alone anywhere Arnav! How do you possibly expect me to go to Paris alone! All by myself! Have some pity on me!" Khushi went on in a dramatic tone as Arnav just rolled his eyes at her. That was his Khushi, dramatic as ever.

"Well this will be good practice for you. In our profession we have to travel a lot and this is a good opportunity for you to get to know other fashion designers and see their work. These fashion shows will have many renowned designers showcasing their work. It's only a week long event, just go there and check out other people's talents and you can portray your's as well! And once you are done...you come right back to me." He explained to her calmly as he snaked his arms around her waist and pulled her close.

"Arnav...but.." Khushi went on only to be interrupted by Arnav.

"Shh...no more discussion. You are going and I have already booked your flight. You are leaving tomorrow morning." With that, he firmly shut her up with his lips before she could protest again.

Breathless, both pulled apart , resting their forehead against one another. Arnav opened his eyes and pushed back a strand of hair that was hovering on her face. Lightly grazing her cheek he chuckled silently as he saw it turn red.

Opening her eyes, she gave him a mock glare but smiled as she brought her hands that were resting on his chest up and around the back of his neck.

"So are you going to miss me?" She asked him as she played with his hair.

"Not at all." He responded back cheekily as he pulled her closer

"A week without your constant chatter, I can't be happier."

"Arnav! You are so mean!!" Smacking the back of his head lightly she yelled at him in mock anger.

After a few minutes of teasing each other the two decided to head inside to let everyone know of Khushi's departure. Seeing everyone so happy with this new opportunity Khushi finally started looking forward to this trip while on the other side Arnav was getting disappointed as he realized how much he would miss her. But of course being the great ASR he would rather listen to Sid and his failed dates, then admit it.

So now a week later here she was, a day before Valentine's Day, about to board a flight away from the City of Love because her stupid boyfriend was too dense to get on a damn flight and surprise her!

Men.

She supposed he would have a plan, he was after all Arnav Singh Raizada, and ASR was always on top of things!

But then again, he was ASR, which meant that he didn't have a single romantic bone in his body. Even when he'd gotten to admitting that it was possible to fall in love, it had been Sid that walked him through it. Then the man was so lost that Sid had had to plan their first date too! Although Arnav had managed to adorably screw up everything to the point where they ended up spending the rest of the night in splits, ending the night way better then it had started.

Either way, Khushi hoped he thanked Sid day and night, because without Sid, she supposed, they would still be stuck in that awkward stare, glare, and walk away phase. Come to think of it, everything had only fallen into place when Sid aka Mr. Romance showed up, because, as she'd explained to Arnav, the man walked, talked, and probably dreamt romance. The romantic schemes he had up those well fitted sleeves had even Khushi's head reeling. The only bad part was that he wasted all that romance on mindless bimbos he went through like kleenex; so a couple weeks ago she'd taken it upon herself to find the perfect girl for Sid. She could safely say, she was getting nowhere.

She sighed as she dropped into her seat, for a life so perfect, her life was hard!

"Bad day?" asked a sweet voice next to her, "or do happen to be regretting going away from Paris a day before Valentine's day too?"

Khushi smiled back at the pretty girl next to her, "you'd laugh if I told you," she asserted. The girl shrugged in response, "try me."
