The effect of sedatives faded after sometime n Geet got back her conciousness.
Maan... She spoke in choked voice when she did'nt saw him on bed.
'Fear' was an inseperable part of her existance but never before she felt this scared. Her hand was paining due to injury but that did'nt mattered right now.
Tears flooded her eyes. His absence was killing, she was unable to move or make a sound, and she seriously considered the possiblity of dying with his lose.
Like god gave her another chance to live, when she saw Maan. She did'nt even waited for a second n ran to him.
Maan came out of the washroom n saw Geet in tears. Their eyes met n there was something immensely powerful in Geet hazals. He did'nt understood what it was.
It was the happiness, the realisation that he was fine, it was power of love that sparkled with all its might, in her eyes with his sight.
Maan saw her as she ran to him. She hugged him n he stumbled a few steps back with the force. She held him tight ensuring her heart that he was right there with her safe n sound.
Maan aap kabhi kisi ki baat ky...
He cut Dadimaa in middle. I don't want anymore discussion.
They reached home at night n right after having dinner Maan called Adi to catch up for the day.
He entered his room after almost an hour n what he saw left him dumbfounded. Geet was making her bed on floor just like she used to do before 'that' night.
Geet was worried for Maan. He had refused to stay in hospital but she could'nt let him stay alone at night.
Though Dadimaa was first hesitant n apprehensive but what could she do when Geet herself was insistant.
Maan walked to his bed without saying anything as silence was currently the best option for he himself wanted her here, desperately.
She laid down thanking god that Maan did'nt objected about her staying here at night.
Maan also quietly closed the lights.
An hour passed but Maan was unable to sleep. How could he when she was so close yet so far.
Her breathing completed his room but he felt restless.
What is my problem?
I don't like it when she is away n when she is near I want her closer.
He wanted her by his side, her feel on his skin, her form pressed tightly against his. But he could'nt call her to him when he himself had asked her to sleep on floor.
It was half past 1, when Geet felt a hand crawling around her waist.
She stiffened opening her eyes n tried to turn behind but Maan refrained her from doing so.
Maan... She spoke softly.
Sh... His hot breath fanned her face. Don't speak n let me sleep.
He brought her closer gluing her back to his chest. Burying his face in her locks he wrapped his one leg around hers, trapping her completely by his body.
A current ran through her body n she felt a bit concious as no part of her back was left untouched but she eased after sometime.
Geet had no complaint with this posture infact it gave her a feeling of being a part of him, her bed may not be that soft n lavish but his arms were cozy n comfortable.
On the other hand Maan closed his eyes feeling contented. If she could not come to him then he would reach her.
Person can be weak but feelings are omnipotent. She was frail but her love brought the doughty MSK on ground.
Friends I don't know why but I am bit nervous about this part... Tell me howz it n yeh will pm together after updating Milan.
