Ok, frankly I'm completely confused with the story.

what I don't understand here is why is Khushi refusing to marry Arnav or accept his proposal? Is her past really that disgraceful that she thought Arnav wouldn't accept her? it isn't even her fault that she was brought up in such surroundings.

Maybe it will be clear after the next update.
