She is not talking because she has been shattered by that murder scene and right now she is in a state of complete shock. It was a trauma for her mind and usually in a traumatic state some of ur senses stop working same is the state with Geet she has forgotten everyone other than Maan she remembers him bcoz he is the most important part of her life she can forget anyone but she can never forget Maan
