Well interesting point...but the thing is Dev is worried about Geet's mental health and whether Maan will be good for her. It's not about the reasons why Iman was away, more the fact that Geet has overcome a lot of things to move forward and being with Maan might take her back to that state. He knows that his brother is a good person (in general) but he doesn't know a lot of the details about Maaneet's relationship, because Geet only really told Meera about it. 😃
