I know this whole story is based in a different decade but in India and many other places... even today the groom and his family want a girl who looks beautiful and the amount of importance given to a girl being slim and fair is ridiculously pathetic... what guarantee does one have that these outer trappings make a gud human being... 😕

I know this... and feel it profoundly cos I know someone who has experienced this prejudice...

Geet is accident prone 😆 & Sameera's caring gesture was so sweet.

Meera loves daydreaming no matter what 😛 & looks like more close to Nandidni then anyone else to look at her as safe harbor.

Daman seems cordial in a way that he is helping his wife to ease the problem (though I hate to put it that way) that her family is facing but still there were some circumstances in her after marriage life that Mohinder is not comfortable with which makes me curious.

SSK loves to bug people around her to get what she desire for though not every time a person gets what he/she desire for. 🤓

I liked Geet's reaction to Maan's solemn expression 😆. Geet is full of life & Sameera has jovial personality so yes, it's hard to accept a stern man for her loving sister.

Let's see how the situation turns around with matchmaker suggesting one sister but boy's mother liking the other sister.

First off all, between the handas and khuranas, they can make themselves another country😆 That is one huge family all together...loved the little remarks about all the Khurana kids (not really kids, I know).

Poor Sameera, so sad that she is not getting a suitable husband just b/c of the color of her skin...her prospective husband is MSK😲 Although reading from what Savitri Khurana has to say, I'm not sure she is going to let this alliance happen...just a guess😉

I love the Geet you've created. I wish you hadn't told us that it's based on a true story. It always makes me wonder if your characters had actually done so in real life?? ANd then I wonder did such people actually exist - tho I know very well that they did - and I go bonkers thinking and overthinking bout it.
