Riddhima was close to Armaan, enough to hear his heartbeats- far from Sid's muffled cries of pain and Shilpa's helplessness in the cold, dark tunnel of life.

The moment they held each other tight, some colors of their love fell off the sky and mixed in the basketball court.

Finally there was no more atoms of questions, mysteries and no more doubts across the small route joining Riddhima and Armaan's heart. This new journey of love led them to an unknown and unexplainable world of peace, bliss and beauty.


Siddhant:

He wondered if his soul squirmed more as he stood helpless in the crowd watching her with her love or by simply acknowledging the fact that when she was finally happy, 'he' wasn't the reason behind her smile. The heart in which she had evoked unknown feelings once, how could she break the same heart?


Shilpa:

She sat in a corner of the room, head buried in the knees and tears swimming in her eyes. It was dark and cold, just like her life. No one had bothered to switch on the light. No one would actually hear her screams in that house. She had virtually lost all of her hopes. She would be soon bereft of all dear ones. They had threatened her, they would soon lose their lives. She had no one she could count on. They would torture her, until they were tired, of her -of their Vendetta.

Part 1: In the rays of his sunshine

Dr Shashank :

In the ecstasy of Armaan and Riddhima's reunion, the important announcement had virtually escaped his memory. His gaze followed the others' to witness bear hugs and side hugs being showered on the couple. He sighed with a promising smile playing on his lips. They had, without any atom of doubt, reached the realm of red scented roses yet, after passing through dimly lit roads of thorns. Life, such a persistent teacher it is, again held in reserve the best for them. Dr. Shashank had no heart to derange his darling daughter and the guy she was enchantedly in love with. He watched the doctors dallying by talking and laughing for more minutes then contemplated whether it would be better to inform them or wait a little more. Albeit seeing them so content he felt solace and peace, he knew he had to disturb them. After all, he was bound to his duty and to guide them as a mentor. Anticipating sheer disappointment of his fellow interns and senior doctors, he carved his way closer to the couple encompassed by well-wishers with a rather hesitant smile.

The atmosphere whispered every word of revelry while the breeze carried the taste of moist yet joyful laughters. The fragrance of their romance still lurked in the air. The glow and smile on each and everyone present in the basketball court, gave the heart an unusual satisfaction. The sky was witness of their love and the trouble masked with it. The feelings that they could not speak of, were being conveyed by they eyes. Armaan and Riddhima stood under the blanket of night in the basketball court. Riddhima and Armaan peered in each other's soul through their teary eyes -the clear mirrors to their hearts. The stars leaned down to greet them. The length of their distance was torturing. they all waited for this moment. The moment of truth. Their reunion.

Riddhima:

Like the timid fire smothering by an ice, riddhima's tears subsided by armaan's presence. She wished time to stand still, to be in armaan's arms forever. She waited long for his eyes to comfort her when she was sad. For his cute antics to pacify her, when she was mad at him. To make her reason if she ever failed to. To introduce her as Mrs. riddhima armaan mallik before his friends. She felt a level of contentment in her heart when she thought of her future with the guy she was holding tight in her arms.

Armaan:

Armaan was scared while tears of joy streamed out his eyes, he wondered if this was a dream. if so, he would be willing to never open his eyes for he feared she would fade like the dream, taking along his hope. He couldn't afford to lose her, again. He just wanted to hold her and tell her in the best way he could, I Love U...
There was only her presence in his loneliness, in his shadow. Living without her and her memories felt like a deceit. Yet, he was never over her, strong feelings for her always dwelled in the depth of his heart. The emptiness that was once in his heart found solace under her heartbeats and tight hug. Yes, his most ever desired dream, was really smiling in his arms. Riddhima Gupta was his dream and happiness finally reached him. He smiled, along with the tears rolling down his cheeks. The next day, surely the sun would be brighter for he could captivate her beautiful bright smile each day, with the assurance that it was dedicated to him, only Armaan.

Dr Shashank :

He coughed to attain the attention of the doctors, but his act was lost amidst the cheerings, whistles and laughters.

Approaching the couple with a bright smile, he stretched his both hands towards them and said rather loudly, making heads turn to his direction,

"So Riddhimaa. Ah Armaan!"

As Armaan and Riddhima found themselves eagerly reaching for his arms, he hugged them with a beaming smile.

"Am so happy for both of you." With a pat on Armaan's shoulders Dr.Shashank congratulated the couple and retreated to finally make the announcement.

With a sigh, "Toh Doctors, obviously mujhe aap logon se ek khaas baat karni hain! Itne saare doctors ke presence aur absence ke wajah se, management ne yeh decide kiya ke kuch senior doctors aur interns ko transfer karna chahiye. Isliye kal subha aap sabhi doctors, interns aur nurses ka hona meeting ke liye bahaut zaroori hain. Mujhe umeed hain ke aap sabhi time par report kareinge."

Standing beside Anjali and Jiggy was JP who never failed to express his remarks, "Ab kya Dr.Shanshank hamara Mars main transfer karwayenge ka!"
