Part 16 -

Sidharth and Panchi were lost in their own worlds, or rather inner fights, to notice Hasina and Abhay.
Panchi was torn between anger, surprise and sympathy. She was angry at him for using her. But she was surprised that he couldn't kill her. And she felt sympathy towards him, seeing the confusion on his face.

Sidharth wanted badly to drink her blood, and with one more second it would 've been done. Yet something, or someone was stopping him. Someone was talking in his head, scolding him for attacking her. It sounded like himself. 'But why would he scold himself ?! '
In confusion, his gaze moved unconsciously to her eyes. He was surprised to see that there was no fear, only...sympathy ?? But he could feel her heart beating fast. How?

' If it weren't for his fangs, this would 've been a perfect intimate moment.' thought Hasina. ' I can hear her rapid heartbeats. He better step back now and stop scaring her.' That is when she noticed that there were two beating patterns.

Sidharth looked down to the point where he felt the vibrations and saw Panchi's hand on his chest, exactly where his heart used to beat. No, scratch that... where HIS heart was beating rapidly, having woken up from a deep slumber over centuries. He stepped back in shock.

Hasina mentally slapped herself when she followed his gaze. ' Of course ! Her touch would restart his heart. Afterall she was his reviver. Just like Piya made Abhay's heart free from the ice curse by touching it.' Her son has become half vampire half human now, being revived by a human.

Sidharth was amazed at his beating heart, while realising his half status. So it was his longlost human side that was scolding him. Now that made sense !

The shock of the attack hadn't worn off, she was still in an emotional turmoil and Panchi was in the next shock already. ' A beating heart for this vampire ?! Whats going on ?! ' It was too much to handle and the poor girl fainted.

Hasina moved in quickly and took away Panchi. She motioned Abhay to give to Sidharth the blood bags he was still holding.

Sidharth was still in the same spot, feeling his heart. ' I 've to say, ever since I'm back my life is full of surprises. Panchi brought me back, Mom took me in, Dad and Abhay agreed to give a second chance, and now...my heart beats. Wow ! '

Abhay couldn't believe his brother's rarest-of-the-rarest luck. ' After all the murdering, plotting, cheating and conspiracies, Sidharth got a second chance at human life !! Its so unfair !! How could he get a second chance after hurting so many people, while I 've been hurting myself to keep all happy !! He doesn't even love Panchi and he is getting a chance for normal life with her. I love Piya so much, yet I can't give her a normal life. '

" Here's your food", said Abhay dumping the bags on nearby table and left as fast as he could before he took out his frustration on Sidharth. He hardly heard him, lost in thoughts.

hey thats something unexpected, sid even not love panchi , may be little but not realize yet, but abhay love pia fully without expectation anything and full sacrifice done his life, sid even don't know meaning of sacrifice but still he got the chance to spend his life with human, and now he turning in human, life is so unfair sometime with abhay, but I know his a golden heart and may be someday he's also able go give a normal life to pia, may be in future, I hope so…, panchi faint, shock laga laga shock laga , laga 😆awesome update,

His heart has started to beat what a twist in the story. Oh and looks like Abhay is royally mad at his own circumstances. Sid doesn't even want to be a human and now he is turning into one at least one by half means. abhay would have been overjoyed in his place what an unfair situation. So now waitng to see Panchis reaction to it.
