Deep Secrets -my story 6

After a long chat about everything that went on - how geet nearly had a geart attack and how siddharth made his brother appologise - geet and avni headed home, as tomorow was yet to come, geets first day in the office!

She got up at 6.am to get everything sorted, from her clothes to what pens she needed. After 1 and a 1/2 hours, geet came out of her room dressed in a light blue salwar kameez with light silver emroidery. She was wearing her good old silver panjabi juti and carrying a red shoulder bag in which contained a notepad, pens, her phone, money and some other personal items. She walked into the living room to see a very anxious avni sitting on the sofa, waiting to see geet. Hey geet said in a slightly high pitch, Avni immediately looked around to inspect geet and her clothes. Wow geet u luk very pretty, though i think we do need a slight change of hairstyle today! saying this, avni fell into hysterics. Geet was not sure about wat avni was saying, so she slowly brought her hand up towards her head. OH NO! oh man how cud i forget! rrrr!!! geet was getting quite frustrated now, she had competely fogotten about doing her hair, un-combed, un-touched hair. As she was about to stomp back into her room, avni called, Hey geet ruko come here sweetie ill do it. oh thankyou! i really dont have any energy at the moment, you know how much effort it takes to dress this good? hearing this, both girls started laughin hard.

By the time geet and avni got into the car it was 8.45 am. Geet was very exited and so was avni. Avni worked in a very popular salon and it was very easy for her as she was the boss so she was not in any money problems and loved to help geet whenever she needed, but as the type of person geet was, she didnt want to stay dependent on avni and avni respected this.

The was a lot of traffic in the area but geet was determined not to panic and controlled herself all the way. Whe she finally reached her destination, geet took a deep breath, avni wished her the very best and told her to call her if she needed anything and reminded her to call her when she finished. Geet stepped out of the car with a huge confident smile on her face and entered the building. She checked the time and it was 9.15am so she thought she would just wander around until somebody noticed her. She got the same stares and similar comments as she did the first time she came into Kundan Industries from the same girls. They were ofcourse wearing the little miniskirts with hair to an akwardly short length. But what did geet care, she knew she was not there to be in a beauty contest or her dressing sense to be critisised by others. Seating herself in one of the seats at reception, geet relaxed her mind.

After their little chat about themselves, Veer sir told geet that she should not panic and siddharth sir wasn't one to ever come on time to office so she could just hang out with pinky for thie while. She agreed to this and geet got a quick inside tour of the building and some occupations.

the phone at reception began to ring. Pinky went to pick it up hello? Ji yeh kundan industries hi hai.. Oh Mr Khurana.. mmm yes sir, ok... Im so sorry sir, Sir abhi aae nhi, i will be sure to yes sir... ok sir i will fax you Sidharth sirs mobile yes sir, ok gud day sir. And she hung up the phone taking a big sigh of relief. As soon as geet heard the name "mr khurana" her ears clicked, she wondered what he had to do with this company and wondered more about if they would actually ever meet again.. after all, he was her hero.
