The next day, geet watches the bustle around her room with excitement as adi, romeo, maneesha and pinky discuss various designs and re do her room with various baby photos and different types of toys which might be useful for the baby in future. Each and every corner of the room was being filled with soft toys, baby products, life size photo frames of babies making geet desperately yearn for their baby and their happy joyous future more eagerly. She comes out of her thoughts when pinky says "geet, its one up and twice down yaar…not the other way round. If u increase the upward knots, the degisn is gonna change. Remember what dad said about knitting designs? Its one upward and twice downward".

Adi laughingly comes crossing the mess of wool spread across the floor and says " looking at you two making sweaters in this scale….looks like the sweater business is going to be out of market very soon and we can open a new company of woolen products along with KC ".

Romeo, making his way out of the mess by unsuccessfully pulling his leg out of the wool which was wounded up stubbornly to him, says "ya..that business will definitely rock and our customers are surely going to go bonkers seeing the designs here because they would have a hard time in making out what the product is in the first place " and shows a loosely tied up woolen material which was actually supposed to be a sock. He teasingly asks " by the way, what is this supposed to be..? a sweater or a cap or a sock ?" and bursts out laughing teasingly along with adi.

Both geet and pinky pouts and says " just wait and watch. This is just a start. As soon as we have finished learning knitting from my dad (Mr.Manchenda) and get a grip on it, you guys will eat ur own words. My dad used to help my mom with knitting and he is awesome with his work."

Romeo says- "well its obvious that men do every work with ease and perfectness…iss duniya mein aisa koi kaam nahi jo hum ladke nahi karsakthe..yeh sab tho humari bhai haath ka khel hai " ignoring adi's warning glances to him.

Pinky and geet smile sweetly at each other and hand over the whole bundle of wool to romeo and says "excellent..thats exactly what we want too. why don't you guys take all this and prepare some sweaters, socks n caps for the baby by tomoro evening..am pretty sure that the baby will luv them and will wear one made by u guys every year for his/her birthday too."

Daadi and annie enter bringing in lots of balloons and dcor items and says that what they did was absolutely correct. Romeo is right. there is no work in this world that men cant do. Its high time we women mellow down our egos and accept the truth. So why don't we give the duty of kitchen to them too? Adi, romeo and maneesha will cook dinner today for everyone of us. My mouth is already watering just thinking about today's menu for dinner. I will inform nakul to hand over the kitchen to u guys today. I am sure he wont mind at all" and daadi smiles smartly.

Romeo watches on mortified where in adi slaps his head for the mess they now got into and pinky n geet giggles watching them.

Adi trying to distract them asks them what the dcor material is for and annie answers that once the baby comes, its going to be a festival everyday for all of us. So I thought ki why not celebrate the festival from now only. so brought it to dcor the whole KM.

Everyone soon get involved into decorating the home and the day passes by with funfilled activity, teasing each other, having lunch together and doing masti all through out the day.

With the intension of surprising geet, maan hides all the shopping items, silently enter their bedroom, hugs her from behind and greets her with a kiss.

Geet ,relaxing into his arms, asks him how his day was and both sit on the bed cuddled in each other's arms. Maan- "office tho tumhare bina poora boring tha and aaj tho adi, pinky n romeo bhi office nahi aaye. Sab unke high boss ke kaam karne mein busy the yaha"

Geet confused asks-"high boss? "

Maan- " haan mein tho sirf un sab ke boss hoon.tum tho mere zindigi ke boss ho..matlab tho yahi hua na ki tum un sab ke high boss ho..meri baat maane ya naa maane, tumhari baat tho unhe maanni hi padegi " and kisses her ear while geet laughs cuddling into him much more.

Maan then asks her till where did her sweater knitting program came to and geet answers back saying that they moved from kinder garden to LKG in terms of learning knitting and that now they r even able to distinguish between a sock and a cap unlike before. She then tells him how they fixed adi n romeo in knitting further sweaters and how they got tangled up into making dinner for all today for which maan laughs and advises her to be prepared with alternate food supply in case they come up with today's dinner.

Maan then says that he spent the entire afternoon shopping for his misty and kushi and eagerly starts showing her his shopping items.

Geet raises her eyebrows questioningly at the heap of shopping bags for which maan answers defensively that he brought each and everything that might be needed for the baby. He shows different types and sizes of frocks, dresses, chudidhars, salwars, sarees, matching shoes for each dress, ornaments, baby toys, all the things needed for the baby from day one till she turns into a teenager.

Geet watches on lovingly as maan says " I promised u that I will give the whole world to u and our baby…so am just getting ready before hand and I promise that our baby will never have the need to open and ask for something. It would be given to her even before she dreams of it "

Her eyes travelling from the small frock in the far left to the stylish tee n 3/4^th pants of a teenager, geet asks him in surprise " looks like…..? did u buy each and everything needed for the baby ? I mean from her childhood, until she turns 20 ? "

Maan answers happily "yup..everything "

Geet, wondering how he manages to make her fall in luv with him all over again, having no doubt that he would be the world's best dad asks him to pull his leg " yeh sab tho teek hai…par…yeh saari cheez tho ladki keliye hai….agar hume ladka hua tho kya karenge ? "

Maan smiles indicating to the second heap of shopping bags at the other corner of the room and says " ladki hua tho yeh…ladka hua tho who saari cheez…maine tho dono keliye kharidliya "

He grins at geet's surprised look and gets up and walks towards his wardrobe and opens that part of the wardrobe containing all his childhood things ranging from dresses to the games he played, from the books he studied to the first camera gifted by his dad and declares that " all that is mine shall be his in future ;) and am pretty sure, some of my cherished things r safe in the attic, we can take them out when needed ;)".

Being sure that their baby's future is gonna be totally beautiful, lively and secure in maan's arms, geet smiles through her tears and asks him laughingly yet pouting " aur mere liye..? " for which maan grins, comes close to her, hugs her tight and says "main hoon na".

Geet, being totally content, settles deep into his arms and says " jaanthi ho, ek baar, hoshiyapur mein, jab main ek mele mein gayi thi…tho…waha mujhe ek baba mila…usne mera haath dekh kar meri shadi shuda zindgi ke bare mein bol rahe the. Usne kaha ki hum apne left hand pe, side mein, jitney lakeer hothe hain utne saari bache honge hume..kaha ki mujhe kamse kam teen bache honge"

Geet, being in her thoughts, doesn't observe maans smile and continues innocently dwelling upon her thoughts that " par usne yeh nahi bataya ki ladka hoga ya ladki. Tho aap kya kehthe ho? Ladka hoga ya ladki ?uske kehne ke hisaab se dekha jaaye tho, agar do ladke hue aur ek ladki tho kaisa hoga ? nahi baba…nahi..dono milke humari beti ko bahut tang karenge..yeh achcha rahega ki do ladki aur ek ladka ho….ummm..par tab humare bete ko khelne ke samay bahut bore hotha hoga na…aur do ladkiyon ke saamne who akhele rehjaye ga…abb kya kare..kya hoga…hum tho honge hi theeno ke side lene..phir bhi..?"

Maan, hiding his increasing grin, points out to her that "par geet…yaha tho tumhare haath mein theen nahi chaar lakeer hai…uske hisaab se dekha jaaye tho, hume theen nahi chaar bachche honge..dekho"

Geet happily – "arey haan..yaha tho chaar hai…abb tho koi fikhar nahi..mujhe na do betiyan aur do bete chahiye…tab charo milkar khub khelenge…agar ladke rhoot gaye tho ladkiya manalenge unhe..nahi tho ladke ladkiya ko manayenge…agar apni beheno ko koi kuch kahe tho, unke dono bhai un sab ko dekhlenge…humesha charo saath saath rahenge..aur haan..agar mujhe aap se tang aagaye na, mein apne betiyon ke saath milkar aapko sataonga aur agar aap aur aapki betiyon milke mujhe sataane ki koshish ki tho, tab mein apne dono beto se milkar aapko khub takkar dhoongi….yeh bahut achcha hai na "

Maan, barely concealing his grin, says – " haan..sab kuch tho teek hai..par ek choti si problem hai. Government ke rule bhool gaye ? " Hum Do..Humare Do" wala ? "

Geet – "arey haan..par maan..agar ek hi baar, twins paida hua tho..government bhi kya karsaktha hai? Hai na…par pata nahi..babaji kya karne wala hai " smiling n thinking wistfully.

Maan now smiling broadly wispers in her ear " isme babaji kuch nahi kar sakthe..jo kuch bhi karna hai..who mujhe kudh karna padega "

Geet, now seeing that broad naughty smile of maan, his eyes dipped with mischief, realizes what he was implying at and what her innocent thoughts were actually conveying and what could the result be if he fulfills this wish of hers. She blushes deep red and hides her face in his chest due to shyness.

Maan with a naughty smile says –"Jaise maine tumhari saari khwaisho ko poori karne ki kasam khayi thi…waise hi, mein tumhare iss khwaish ko bhi poora karunga" and leans down to capture her lips within his.
