i really feel tht dev will try to create misunderstanding between maan and geet so plzzzzzz geet tell maan everything and i just hope maan will believe wht geet has told and they have a solution for it

sorry i am veeeeeerrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy sorryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy i didn't comment

my laptop had stoped working due to some problem, the key board and mose not working

my parents refused to recitify the errors as my exams are approaching they say either u will gert a new or it will be recitified but after my board that is march end .dec exams begin,jan preboards.

so for now it will be difficuilt for me to read , comment. sorry but later i will for sure compensate it okay. i may sometime in between may be weekend use my dad 's laptop like i am doing now but can't guarntee. i myself have lot to study and complete the course.

the updates was just awesome,superbb. canit write much i have to return this laptop dad has some work pending to do.

Hey guys: Sorry for the late update 😭😭😭😭 I just got caught up with things ...but I am here now..now don't kill me after reading the update!!! All I can say is you guys have to understand from Maan's point of view...😆😆😆 and sorry if it was not up to your expectaitons..you guys can hit me with jootis 😳

Chapter 16

Maan waited patently for Geet to speak but all this while all she did was look outside the window. He was loosing his patience. He wanted so badly to know what is bothering her.
Maan: Geet will you tell me what is going on?
Geet: umm
Maan sighed: Geet we are one you know that...you can share anything with me
Geet: woh Dev
Maan confused: Dev? what about him?
Geet: woh mujhe aacha nahi lagta
Maan sighed: Geet what are you talking about?
Geet: I don't like the way he looks at me
Maan: What do you mean?
Geet: He is always staring at me and wherever I go he is there
Maan: Geet did he do or say anything to you?
Geet: No, but I don't like him staying at our house
Maan: It has been a day or so since he came. Just give him some chance
Geet: But Maan
Maan: He is just influenced by American tradition. He will come around in couple of more weeks.
Geet: I don't know
Maan: Trust me, he will never do anything that will harm me or any of my family members.
Geet: Fine I will give him a chance just for you
Maan: And as soon as he finds someone that he likes he will move out to start his own family.
Geet: I guess you are right.
Maan: Of course I am right. I am Maan Singh Khurana after all
Geet: Yeah, don't get too confident. Lets go home Dadima and Sargam must be worried
Maan: What's the hurry (in a husky voice and coming closer to her)
Geet moving back to her seat until she hits the side door. "Maan what are you doing"
Maan: What am I doing? (Acting innocent)
Geet tries to push him away with her hands but he grabs them before she could even touch him. "Maan"
Maan: ssshh Geet..I don't like that you think about anyone else..for that you have to pay

He kissed her lips passionately but soon Maan looses control and he begins kissing her more aggressively. They were soon disturbed by a phone call...Maan and Geet breaks free from their kiss.
Maan: There is always someone disturbing us at the wrong time...
Geet: pick up the phone Maan it might be from home
Maan: Do I have to?
Geet: Maan..
Maan: Alright, alright I am...seesh...Hello..haan Dev (looked at Geet, who kept her head down hearing his name. Maan placed his hand on hers) huh yeah Dev we will be back home soon. Tell Dadima everything is fine and she can go to sleep. Alright bye
Geet: What happend?
Maan: Nothing Dadima was worried...Ghar chalien..

Maan carried Geet to their bedroom..both looking in each other's eyes passionately..none realized that Dev was angrily watching their every move. He eagerly waited for both of them to return...when they didn't return he decided to call them. Dev went to his room after seeing them..he threw everything that came in his hands. He couldn't stand this anymore. There was something about Geet that he liked. He came across so many girls in his life but Geet was different. Her smile, her innocent look, he loved everything about her. "This can't happen"

The next day:
Dadima: Good morning Dev beta.
Dev: Good morning Dadima
Sargam: Good morning chachu (Dev smiled at her and kissed her forehead)
Dadima: Are you all ready for office today?
Maan: Of course he is
Dev: umm yes I am ready (he looked toward the kitchen)
Maan: Alright well eat fast we are going to go soon..Sargam you too
Sargam: Yes papa..mama I need more bread
Geet came out with more toast for Sargam and coffee for Maan. "Here you go beta" She didn't look at Dev at all but because of Maan she decided to give him more time. Maybe it was too early to judge about anything.
Sargam: Actually papa I told you right the party for my friend Akshay is tonight
Maan dropped his phone and looked at Geet who was smiling at him: "umm no you didn't"
Sargam: I mentioned to you in the car before
Maan: Ohh yeah Akhsay...what time are you going?
Sargam: He is going to pick me up around 5
Maan: I will drop you off
Sargam: No papa he will come
Maan: Sargam either let me drive off or you are not going to the party
Sargam looked at Geet who was nodding off her to say yes: fine you can drop me off..dusht (under her breath)
Maan: what did you call me?
Sargam: woh mein..papa we are getting late lets go (she ran outside to the car saying yelling bye to everyone)
Maan: see Dadima what Geet teaches Sargam....you heard what she called me
Geet: what did I do?
Maan: She called me dusht hearing it from you
Geet: it is not my fault..you are a dusht..dusht danav
Dadima: Alright you too..enough...seriously you too are adults and always fighting like little kids..see Dev what I have to go through everyday..
Dev just gave a slight smile to Dadima while looking at Geet..
Maan: Dev let's go before I loose my temper..bye Dadima...(ignoring Geet)
