Forever ' Part 4

Geet spent the whole day there sobbing, not knowing what to do or where to go in this unfriendly city. It was in the early evening she finally heard footsteps of someone coming into the room. She could not see who he was because of the dark but took something to fight for her safety and tried to remain silent controlling the sound of her sobs. 'Excuse me, anybody home' she heard a man's voice from outside the room. He was on his way out of the house when Geet broke into sobs again forcing him to stop and look for her. He lit the room and saw her crying with her face down on the table 'please use this and try to stop it' he handed a handkerchief to her while standing next to her. Her rejection made him furious 'will you please stop it now and take this or else you want me to wipe off your tears' he tapped on the table hard with his fingers.

Geet lifted her head and saw a man standing there with a confused look, who was thinking the same thing as her. It was the first time they were on the same path; they were trying to recall their memories with the thought that they have already met each other. So they were right and they opened their mouths together to speak but she stopped giving him the chance. 'You are here, but how and why?' He was confused unable to think of a single reason why she could be there at this time. 'Oh sorry, actually I came here to meet someone' he was not interested in knowing about her at all. He left the room within split seconds after that leaving her to drown into an ocean of darkness with terror.

Outside the house Maan was thinking about leaving a young girl alone in a house at such a location would not be safe, after all he was a lawyer who tries to get justice for those who deserve it. He sat on the car thinking that he should not be leaving her alone no matter what he would lose for not meeting Dev at the moment. He got out of the car and walked into the house again and found Geet lying on the bed crying hysterically. He wondered about this mysterious girl not knowing to draw any conclusions about her. He threw himself onto a couch in the living room and tried to sleep forgetting his tasks for a while.

Maan woke up at midnight hearing her voice 'mommy, how could I live like this without you both? Why is babaji testing me all the time?' he peeped into the room and saw her crying while in half asleep. He walked into the room muttering about the trouble he has faced by staying there. He sat on the bed and shook her by holding onto her shoulders not knowing what else to do at that moment. Geet woke up frightened and hugged him tightly burying her face deep into his chest and murmured 'please don't leave me alone.' His eyes widened after hearing her words and thought that he was trapped by her purposely. 'Stop it! Stop it right now! So this is a part of your wicked game, right? I stayed here just because it might not be safe for you to be here alone, but you seem like trying to trap me' Maan yelled at her forcing himself not to look back at the tears rolling over her cheeks.

Precap; Geet sits down in Maan's car obediently in the next morning.
