Maan: Mujhe samajhna bhi nahi hai..he sed while taking the last big chunk of the icecream..

Maan: cum on hurry up..

Geet quickly finished her icecream..Maan paid the bill and they both walked out of the parlor..

Maan while starting his car.."so Maza aaya?"

Geet: hmmm..sach bolon ya jhoot..she sed amusingly looking at him

Maan: hey! don't u say that..yeh meri line hai..

Geet: ohhh copyright issues..

Maan: yes..Geet chuckled..and maan just smiled..and started driving..wondering how easy it is for her to make Him smile!

They both got quiet..for sum time..

Geet again started to begin the conversation.."Hey..tumne mujhe poora ghar dikhadiya ..par aik jagah nahi dikhayee"..she sed looking at him..

Maan: woh kya?..he asked while driving

Geet: tumhara kamra!

Maan didn't answer..

Geet: bolo na!..

Maan: mera kamra dekh kar kya karo gee!

Geet: kya karoon gee ka kya matlab..meray childhood friend ka kamra dekhnay main mujhe to koi problem nazar nahi aatee..kyon tumhe koi problem hai kya

Maan: bachpan ki baat alag thee aur ab waise bhi hum baray ho gaye hain

Geet: hum baray hogaye hain?..mujhe to pata he nahi tha..thanx for letting me knw Maan..she sarcastically sed rolling her eyes.

Maan gave her an annoyed look and kept driving..

Geet: Maan main sirf tumhara room dekhne ko bol rahee thee..iss main mera aur tumhara..barha hona..its not making any sense..frendz ko room dikhane main kya problem

They both arrived at the home now..and Maan was parking his car in their garage..

Maan: mujhe apna room kisi ko nahi dikhana..

Geet: kisi ko nahi dikhao..main to friend hoon na..

Maan: friend?..he sed in a questioning tone..while putting the gear into the parking..

Geet: haw..she was surprised..still sitting in the car with her mouth opened..while maan got out

Geet hurriedly got out.."oh hello" she yelled

Maan turned around.."kya hai?"

Geet walked to him in a quick pace.."tumne kya kaha..i mean tumhara matlab hai..we are not friendz?"

Maan this time smiled..he loved to irritate her..and it was his revenge after all..

Maan: hmmm..he pretend to think..which was really making geet mad..

Geet: "to phir ice cream kyon khilai?..main to frend nahi hoon na!..koi strangers ko bhi ice cream khilata hai kya"..she sed

Maan: ohh.. woh to maine terrace par tumse rudely behave kiya..so socha k tumko ice cream khiladoon..mood acha ho jaye ga..koi iss tarha se frend ban jaata hai kya..he replied giving her clarification..making her more angry..which was amusing him very much

Geet: oh hello..mujhe bhi koi shoq nahi hai TUMSE dosti karne ka..maine socha k bachpan ka dost hai..how sweet!..thora akrhoo hai..par chalega (she kept walking toward him..pointing her finger and he kept moving away)..lekin yahan to janab k tewar hi nahi milte..itna attitude kis baat k liye..sirf room dekhna chahtee thee..aik frend samajh kar..lekin yahan to koi frend samjhe na tab..and thanx for ur ice cream treat..mujhe nahi pata tha..k aap apni ghalti sudhaar rahe thay..thanx for ur faltu time and also for wasting my time..(Maan cudnt move back anymore because of the wall at his back)..she replied fumingly wid out stopping..and left the place..Maan was silent..he was wordless..he was shocked that how cud she talk so fastly..and didn't even give him a chance to talk..

After sum time he sighed in relief.."Chalo acha hai..ab yeh mujhse zyada baat nahi karegii"..he talked to himself and made his way inside..

He was going to his room when he passed by the living room..and saw Geet sitting in the corner..smiling and talking to dadi..

Mrs. Khurana : aray Maan..aao na..tum bhi aao..

Maan who was looking at Geet..looked at Mrs. Khurana..

Maan: nahi maa..woh main apne kamre main..

Dadi interrupted: beta..kamre main kya karo gai beth kar..aao na..humare saath betho..

Maan cudnt refuse..and joined the ladies..

Maan to Dadi: Dad kahan hain?

Dadi: office k kaam se gaya hai..

Maan: acha..koi urgent kaam hoga..main abhi jaa kar dekhta hoon..

Mrs. Khurana: koi zaroorat nahi hai..unho nay kaha hai..tumko Geet ko company denee hai..abhi to iss becharee ka koi frend bhi nahi hai..aik tum he to ho..jab tak woh yahan ache se adjust nahi hotee..u shud be wid ur frend..

Maan and Geet looked at each other..and remembered whatever happened in the garage..Geet was still mad..she knew that Maan was avoiding her..so she tried to do the same..Maan who was stuck in the ladies..just sighed and again sat on the sofa..

Dadi: tum logon ko maza aaya?..Geet puttar Maan zyada tung to nahi kar raha na

Geet again looked at Maan..who was trying to look bz wid his cell phone..

Geet: nahi nahi Dadi..mujhe bohot Maza aaya..Maan bohot acha hai..bilkul bhi pareshaan NAHI karta..she hardly smiled..

Maan knew wat she meant..it was just the opposite of wat she sed..but he kept looking at his cellphone..

Mrs. Handa: Maan beta..tumharee aur Geet ki dosti to hogai na..yeh Geet na..barhee to hogai hai lekin mann se bilkul bachee hai..

Maan now looked at Geet who was pretending to look at her nails.."dil to kar raha hai..k bata doon k yeh larki mujhe kitna pareshaan kartee hai..lekin.."

Maan: Aunty Geet is very sweet..he lied..and Geet knew that he was lying..

Dadi and Mrs. Khurana laughed..

Mrs. Handa: kyon bhayee..aap dono hans kyon rahe hain?

Mrs. Khurana: Geet beta..u r lucky..

Geet confusingly looked at Mrs. Khurana.."matalb?" she questioned

Mrs. Khurana: Maan..who thinks that all girls are irritating..sed u are sweet!..she explained..

Geet smiled.."ohh..then it's a compliment.." Maan easily noticed the sarcasm in her tone

Dadi: Rupinder! Tujhe yaad hai Geet hamesha roti the k uski koi behen nahi hai..jiske saath woh apni guriya ki shaadi kare..

Mrs. Handa nodded wid a smile on her face..

Dadi: aur phir yeh Maan uske saath khelta tha..

Mrs. Handa: haan..yaad hai..

Maan and Geet both were surprised hearing all the olden days' stories

Mrs. Khurana: aur aik din to Geet ne Maan ko larkee bana diya tha..yaad hai rupinder..tumharee make up kit thee..aur bechara maan..

The ladies cracked up and Maan was turning red..in embarrassment..he looked at Geet..who was laughing wid Dadi..her laugh for a second time made Maan smile..suddenly his phone rang and he rushed out of the room..it didn't took time for ladies to notice that he was too embarrassed

Geet: Dadi ma..i don't believe k maine maan ko larkee banadiya tha..hahaha..she sed and again started laughing.."woh larki ban k kaisa lag raha hoga..mujhe dekhna hai.."

Mrs. Khurana: haan aik picture hai meray paas..maine sambhaal kar rakhee hai..i will give u..

Geet : reallli aunty!?..plzz na..abhi dijiye na..mujhe dekhna hai..

Mrs. Khurana smiled..and took Geet wid her to her storage room..

The storage room was filled wid precious and old stuff..Geet was looking around while Mrs. Khurana went to a cupboard and took out an album..

Mrs Khurana turned and walked to Geet.."yeh puri album..tumhaare aur Maan ki pix se bhari huwi hai..tum isme check karlo..she smiled and left..Geet excitedly went to the dining table..there was no one..so she cud check out the pix in peace..she was loving all the pix.."maan was very cute.."ab to gabbar singh lagta hai"..she though and chuckled.. finally she found the pic that she was looking for..and to her expectation..it was very funny..Maan was looking like a girl..

"Kis baat par itni hansi aarahi hai"..Geet heard a familiar voice and looked behind while laughing hysterically..it was none other than Maan..

Geet: TUM! Yahan..hahaha..woh tum..hahaha..tum larki..

Maan was confused and yet scared..confused because he didn't get wat she meant..and scared because he knew that it was something about him..that she was laughing at

Maan: main?..kya matlab hai tumhara?..he asked angrily

Geet stood up..rite next to Maan.."secret hai"..she whispered..

Maan: kyaa?..he also whispered..and then realized why is he.."I mean..kaisa secret"..he asked generally

Geet: woh..Aunty bol rahee theen na..k aik din maine tumhain larkee banaya tha

Maan nodded.."yeh dekho woh picture..tum kitnay funny lag rahe ho!" she showed him the picture..widout even looking at it..maan was about to tear it when she seized it back..and ran away..

Maan: Geet yeh tasweer mujhe dedo!..he sed..and then ran after her

Geet: nahi tum iske tukre tukre kar do ge..main nahi doon gee..she sed while running to her room

Maan was running after her..Geet hurriedly climbed on her bed..and so did Maan..he almost got her..grabbed her hand.. and pulled her toward himself..

Geet lost her balance..and fell on the bed..and on MAAN!..for a second both kept looking into each others eyes..Maan was lost..Geet hurriedly moved her handz at her back..her action brought him back in present..Maan lying in the same position wraped his hand around her to take the picture back..

Maan: Geet..tasweer mujhe do..

Geet struggling to keep it away from him.."nahi..nahi..doon gee"..Maan flipped the other way..which cause Geet to move her hand..now her hand was in air..Maan who was much stronger than Geet..pinned her both hands down..now he was on top of her..both were breathing heavily..there was an eye-lock..Maan gently took the picture from her and looked at it..Geet was troubled that he will now rip it apart..but opposite to her expectation..he was smiling..

Geet: Maan..!

Maan looked at her: "kya hai?"..he asked annoyingly

Geet: tum meray upar se uthna pasand karogai..cum on get up!..she reminded him..

Maan: Ohh no!..he hurriedly got up.."sorry"..he apologized sitting next to her and looking at the floor..embarrassed

Geet tried to avoid the awkwardness and got up: Maan..plzz don't do this

Maan: do wat?..he asked wid questioning eyes

Geet: don't do anything wid the picture..u knw it's a memory!

Maan: ohhh..dont worry..kuch nahi karoon ga..after all it's a remembrance of those days..aur waise bhi I look cute in the pic..

Geet didn't smile..instead she snatched the pic and was about to leave..when Maan stopped her..

Maan: Geet!..

She stopped but didn't turn to look at him..

Maan walked to her.."I am Sorry! For whatever I sed in garage" mujhe aisay nhi bolna chahiye tha..but I was just teasing u..tum ne seriously lai liya..

Geet was still quiet..

Maan: u knw we are frendz..woh bhi childhood frendz..and I can't deny it..ab tum mujhko jitna bhi tung karo..ho to meree frend na..he mischievously smiled..

Geet: haan..yeh to hai..we are childhood best frendz..aur waise bhi tum jitney bhi AKRHoO kyun na ho..u r my buddy..she smartly took revenge..by calling him akrhoo..

Maan rolled his eyes..and Geet stretched her hand out.."FRENDZ?"

Maan smiled.."tum bhi na..bachon ki tarha behave kartee ho!..wid that sed he shook handz wid her.."frendz!"
