Chap 2- THE REUNION part 2!


After having their lunch
Samrat- "Sheena where's the washroom "
Sh- "go straight take a left"
S-thnx"
Samrat leaves
Sh- "chalo sabne khana kha liya let me clean up"
Benji- "let me help"
Sheena smiles
they both leave towards the kitchen with cutlery n food
Gunjan gets up to help too
Uday- "gunjan tum rehne do benji hai na woh sheena ki help kar dega"
Gunjan- "hmm ok, so uday bhaiya mujhe miss kiya ya nahin?"
Uday-"ofcoz gunjan yeh kaisa sawaal hai"
Uday's phone rings
Uday- "xcuse me pls"
Uday leaves
Gunjan sighs gets up from her seat n walks towards the glass wall
the outside scene was beautiful the sun was shining but not too bright as the thin clouds covered it,she glanced at the clock, it was around 2:00...sheena has a beautiful house shes very lucky...she has evrything needed in life. after such a long time i hv finally met them, pata nahin di mayank aur baaki sab kab aaengey.

Gunjan sighs
Samrat enters the dining area...he was surprised to find only gunjan at the dining area.
he looked at her she was looking beautiful the sunlight touching her ...her skin was glowing, and he noticed her eyes were wet.
Gunjan turns to find samrat staring at her.
Gunjan's pov
I just stood there staring at him, making his way over to me.It seemed to take him forever to reach me. Suddenly the time had stopped and everything was still, but him coming towards me. The lump formed in my throat, but I swallowed it hard. Gunjan this is it, it's where you choose to not let this affect you, or at least act like it doesn't or stomp on his foot or slap him running out or talk to him as if nothing happened. . I bundled up all of my courage and looked straight at him. He hadn't changed in looks, just a bit more handsome and built up body i guess, but I didn't want to think about that so I pushed it away. He smiled when he was in front of me and I could tell it was forced, but mine was too, , as if it matters! yeah It doesn't matter, oh whom r u kidding it does gunjan u ..u still love him! no i dont!the inner battle between my heart and mind continued when samrat spoke up
Samrat- "chashmish" he said in a pleading manner
i looked at him. the way he said my name had sent shivers down my spine noone had called me tht for the past 3 yrs! ! gunjan get a grip dont let him dazzle u like this
pov ends
Samrat-"chashmish i"
Gunjan doesn't let go of the moment and asks irritated "wat samrat?ab bhi kuch bacha hai kehne ko?
Uday enters "hey am back"but stops seeing gunjan n sammy standing close to each other "ohh ma bad i'll leave, u guys carry on"
Gunjan- "no uday bhaiya its ok" she shifts and gets seated in her place.
Uday n sammy also get seated. Samrat all the while looking at gunjan with pleading eyes while gunjan trying to avoid any contact.


In the meanwhileBenji helps sheena in cleaning the utensils
B- "waise sheena tumhare ghar pe to naukar bhi hai woh yeh sab kaam kar sakte hain"
"benji am not some famous actress right now" sheena rolls her eyes "I can work, don't need servants"
Benji, there was something with her toneis she not happy with her life?"
Benji was surprised hearing sheena's next words.
"m soo happy i cannot express it! tumhe aur baki sab ko sath dekhke bohut khushi ho rahi hai!"
B-did she read my mind or sumthing he smirked and shook his head "no its just me"
"wat!?" sheena asks curiously.
"wat?" did i say that loud?
"wat did u just.." sheena stops "leave it"
she takes a glance at the clock 2.00
Sh- "nupur ko pohuch jana chahiye tha, ab tak pata nahin pohuchi!"
B- "chillax, aa jaegey..mayank to kal aayega, lekin diya aur RV kab aa rahe hain?"
Sh- "ya they called, they will meet us at the club tomorrow"
B-"thts gud we all are gonna welcome them.."
Sheena- "you know its gud to know that they are still together its true love tht has kept them together for these past 3 yrs..even mayank and nupur"
B- "ya thts true, actually when its true love nothing can break the bond."
Sh- "actually benji.."
B- "yup?"
Sh- "wats wrong with gunjan and samrat..?"
B-"Sheena its better not to question that....just that they are not together anymore"
Sh- "but why?they seemed to be like..like they couldn't live without each other.then?"
Benji cuts her of roughly "just leave the topic"
Sh- "but benji we all felt tht they r made for each other then how?"
Benji sighs, he knew sheena wont stop asking questions until she knows the truth "Sheena just tht samrat couldnt handle a long distance relationship"
Sheena stares confused- "and they broke up?" she asks curious.
Benji wasn't the same anymore, his eyes had gone hard, and voice a bit rough "no they had a fight.... he was two timing" benji ends in a mere whisper, as if ashamed.
Sheena- "wat?come again"
doorbell rings

it must b nupur
she headed towards the door
Nupur enters "sheena! m glad to c u" nupur hugs her "baaki sab aaye ya nahin?"
Sheena grins "yup gunjan benji uday.."
Nupur grins and claps her hand together excited "haye sheena mera saman dekh lena main milne ja rahi hoon"
Nupur leaves her stuff n runs inside to meet others
Sheena- "Ramesh yeh saman andar kamre main rakh do"
Nupur- "Gunjan!! Uday Bhaiya" she hugs them one by one
"Samrat!Benji!" she does the special handshake with them
Nupur- gunjan tu kaisi hai ..kuch khati nahin ho kya ek dum sookh ke kaata ho gaye ho"
she looks at samrat and uday "wah wah tum donon ne to khoob body shody bana rakhi hai chalo gud"
sheena locks the door n joins them
"sheena tumhari movies dekhi kya acting karti ho by god"
Sheena smiles in response
N- "aur benji tumhara show bhi suna maine"
B- "mera show? par woh to delhi main air hota hai"
N- "arrey baba yeh 21st century hai internet ka zamana hai "
evryone laughs
B- "nupur tum bilkul bhi nahin badli"
evry1 laughs including nupur
nupur wipes off invisible tears, and sighs dramatically "tum sabko ek saath dekh ke meri to aankhen bhar aaye"
n the chat continues
after a while
Sheena- "achha nupur tum jaldi se jaake fresh ho jao"
N- "ok, guys will be back"
Sh- "ya this way"
sheena leads nupur to gunjan's room .."maine socha tum gunjan ke saath room share karna pasand karogey? Sheena asks biting her lips.
Nupur- "ofcoz, actually thanks I haven't been in touch with gunjan much, atleast we will be able to catch up with each other now"
Sheena- "that's great! I will get you something to eat"
N- arrey nahin m full,its 4.00 nyways..will have dinner at night"
Sheena- ok will wait for u down, and yeah if u need something feel free to ask me.
sheena leaves
Sh- chalo nupur bhi aa gaye
Everyone waits for nupur
After 30 mins
phone rings
Sh- "hello"
Mayank-"hey sheena, kaisi ho?"
Sh-"mayank main theek hoon tum?"
M- "am good, um woh nupur pohuchi kya"
Sheena laughs "I knew it!! Uske bina tumhara dil kahan lagne wala hai....dont worry woh pohuch gaye"
Mayank sighs with relief "nupur bhi na kaha tha phone karne ko gunjan ko dekh ke bhool gaye shayad waise aur kaun hai wahan?"
Sh- Benji samrat aur uday"
M- "ohh gud u must be having fun then"
Sh- "ya par jab tak sab nahin aate no masti aur waise bhi actual fun to kal se shuru hoga...jab hum sab exactly 3 saal baad us club main milengey"
M- "hann… sheena, woh sammy ko phone dena pls"
Sheena curiously "ya sure"
"sammy mayank ko tumse baat karni hai"
Samrat smiles "hey mayank"
M- "hey sam achha suno zaroori baat karni thi"
S- "hann kya hua?"
M- "woh nupur ko tumhare aur gunjan ke baare main nahin pata"
Samrat sighs "wahi main soch raha tha "
M- "nyways, don't tell her now, let me be there when you break the news to her"
S- "oke, anyways only you can handle her"
M- "ok bye, say hi to everyone from ma side"
S-"sure… bye"
nupur enters
Samrat on seeing her announces loudly "mayank sabko hi keh raha tha"
Nupur stops at the door hits her head with her hand then looks at sammy
Nupur -"naraz tha?"
Sheena answers "nahin keh raha tha ki use pata tha tum bhool jaogey"
N-"thnk god waise sheena ghar bohut achha hai"
Sh-"thnx, achha yahan nahin, chalo living room main chalke baatein karte hain"
U- "i guess we haven't been there yet or have we?"
Sh- "nope lets go"
Sheena goes to the other side of the kitchen gets a device tht looked like a remote control, on the click of a button, a door which they felt was the wall slid thru and revealed a huge room. they entered.

On one corner there was a shelve with mayn cd n dvd's, In the front wall was a large LCD tv there was a music player too. in the middle of the room was a center table with many bean bags and couches around. few guitars were hung on the wall n here too one entire wall was dedicated by sheena to them.The wall was covered with a photo of the entire gang at the beach side, but there was something different benji on approaching noticed tht the walls were painted.
U-"wow sheena"
Sh- chalo evry1 get seated
Gunjan nupur n sheena get seated on the couch uday benji n samrat get seated on the bean bags
N- "so sheena tell us abt ursel, how was the journey from a college student to the top actress?"
Sheena- "it just happened, sheer luck paid off"
B- "meaning?"
Sh- "oh well u all knw when i was in college i started with small advertisements n all as a model, then later i got a side role in a film.well it was pure luck the actress refused to do the role at the last moment coz it was negative the director thought i had potential or rather noone was willing to do it nyways i took up the role n well evry1 appreciated the film n my acting n then well here i am with several film offers"
It was quite interesting but the way sheena had said it, again had him thinking….was it only him or she really isnt happy?but why! i guess m tired need some sleep with tht he pushes the thought away "ya u were gud"
Sheena- "so samrat and uday, you guys joined the basketball team..how much time did it take to be in the team?"
S- "well maine aur uday ne finally decide kiya ki basketball was our goal n we went for it together n ofcourse we both were appreciated for our skills n playing tactics n got selected as time went on we improved n i became the captain of the team"
U- "n i am an important part of it! aur nupur tum MNC main kaam karti ho na mayank ke saath?"
N- "haan mayank humari team ka head hai aur main uske under kaam karti hoon..by god bohut mehnat karni padti hai. mayank isiliye to mere saath nahin aa paya."
she looks at gunjan.. she was lost in her own world n had not uttered a word.. aha i've got an idea!
"aur gunjan tum to baat hi nahin karo mujhse, meri to yaad tumhe aati hi nahin thi tumhe"
Gunjan looks up surprised" di?"
nupur looks at others n winks. Everyone gets relieved understanding her intentions
N- "har baar mujhey hi phone karna padta tha ...tu to apni behen ko bhool hi gaye" turns her head away from gunjan
Gunjan- "Di aisa nahin hai woh woh main padai main busy thi"
Nupur still looking at the other side "ab padai teri di se zyaada important ho gaye..teri di mar bhi jaaye tujhe koi fark nahin padega"
"di who..woh main" gunjan stares at others tears start forming in her eyes
Sheena notices gunjan and decides to end the joke "bas bhi karo nupur usko rula diya"
Nupur gets shocked n turns to gunjan "Hey gun main to mazak kar rahi thi" she goes n puts her arm around her
B- "Nupur thoda extreme ho gaya"
N- "hann who, gun sorry pls maaf kar de main to mazaak kar rahi thi itni excitement main to bhool hi gaye ki tu"
Gunjan looks away "its ok di"
"sorry" nupur gives a one-armed hug to gunjan
Nupur just to lighten up the mood continues the conversation
"waise Uday bhaiya ab to aap famous ho gaye ho, koi mili ya nahin?"
U- "hee hee woh kya hai na nupur mili to, lekin usne mujhe 3 mahine main hi chhod diya"
N- "haye! kyun?"
U- "usko samrat pasand aa gaya"
Samrat's head snaps towards uday and he glares at him
"relax dude m kidding ... waise ab hum ek doosre ke baare main sab jaante hain!"
Sh- "shayad nahin" sheena interrupts looking at samrat n then gunjan
N- "kyun? kya baki reh gaya?"
Samrat understands wat sheena meant then remembering about his promise to mayank interupts before anyone could say anything
"nahin! i mean main thak gaya hoon araam kar leta hoon waise bhi 7 baj rahe hain ab kal subah milte hain…….. aur mayank bhi to aayega na"
Benji got the hint, and decided to follow samrat's steps "yup, even m tired, will take a nap"
N- "arrey yeh ek dum se kya hua?"
Gunjan gets up " kuch nahin di main bhi sone ja rahi hoon .."
Sh- "hann woh kya hai na nupur yeh sab yahan 10 baje pohuche aur phir araam bhi nahin kiya safar ki thakan to rehti hai na"
U- "koi baat nahin nupur main aur sheena hain na hum baat karte hain"
they bid goodnight to each other
Gunjan's pov
"Um I'll see you 2mrw bye!" I smiled walking away, but as soon as they could no longer see my face I let it fall to show how I was really feeling right now, which was not good i could feel samrat n benji's eyes at the back of my head while i climbed the staircase but i couldn't turn.. I ran into my own room closing the door and locking it, sliding down to the floor against it and then realized I was crying. I tried to wipe away the tears but they kept coming.
