loved Gunjan - RV convo.......they are really true friends.....loved the way Gunjan was thinking....n then describing what type of a guy she wants........n she's helping and encouraging RV to confess his love for Nupur.........

Though I love Mayur and really want them to be together..........but at the same time i'm really feeling sad for RV....he really loves Nupz a lot.....n today he fears to confess.....n later on may be he wouldn't get a chance to confess his love.....

loved the fact.....that all are arranging surprises for Nupur........whether the kids, her patients, hospital staff, RV, Gunjan, Sam , Adhi, Priya...... all love her so much !!!
