Part 12a

Mayank was having his tea and reading the newspaper and he heard a noise.

Person: P

P: Excuse me!

Mayank's newspaper came down and he saw who was in front of him, both of them were really shocked.

M: Tum?!

P: Tum?! I am sorry Mayank, I will come to work from today, u go back to USA (really dull and sad)

M: no dude, what's wrong with you, u don't seem well, u are not the Samrat that girls drool over! (to cheer him up)

S: girls! (Not happy)

M: Samrat, common what's wrong, what happened, you can tell me anything

S: It's something that I want to forget not to remember dude, but as u are so concerned I will tell you

At this time Nupur came from the temple and was at the door when she heard something

S: I actually loved, not anymore, this girl called Diya

Nupur entered the house

N: Diya? (Shocked and surprised)

S: who r u?

N: who r u?

M ahem ahem! Both of them looked at the person coughing

M: I am here, so don't you think that I could do the introduction more than u two questioning each other

Both of them nodded

M: well, Samrat this is Nupur my wife

S: wife? (Too loud that gunjan woke up)

Gunjan woke up due to the noise she heard of someone shouting. She didn't know who it was. Quickly, she got up and freshened up. After that, she suddenly remembered that she had brought someone to her house last night. She then walked out of the room to see where that person was. She slowly opened the door not wanting to disturb that person but no one was there. She was confused thinking where that person may be. She then knocked on the bathroom door to see if he was there but no one was there either. Also, she hadn't told Mayank or Nupur about the person too. She then went downstairs.

S: have u lost it, Mayank, she is your wife, I mean u never told me that u would get married and did at least aunty, she never knew that. (Nupur was staring at Samrat for these questions) I am ur best buddy, come on, stop lying,

N: and Mayank, I suppose this is ur friend who didn't return after two weeks for some reasons (not really friendly)

M: yes, Nupur, this is the friend who never returned, he is Samrat

N: And what was that about Diya?

S: how do u know that stupid Diya?

N: hello! Mind ur language!

M: Guys stop this, Samrat tell us the story with Diya then Nupur you tell us who is Diya

S: diya, I wish I never met a person like her, god, how she talked to me, smiled at me, (Gunjan was coming through the stairs while the description was going on) but I should never have trusted someone like her. I trusted her soo much, and that's y I couldn't even contact you, I bought many stuff for her, she just acted to be so nice and u know y the hell she was so nice to me, just for the money that I have and nothing else, nothing else (got really angry and emotional) and one day I heard her saying "I love u" to someone and saying how of a fool I was. And it's right I am a fool for trusting her.

N: I am sorry Samrat, I never knew that I would hav a stupid cousin like her, and I'm sorry coz of her

S: it's k, Nupur. I am sorry to have talked about ur cousin badly

N: you know what, u can get, a better, talented and beautiful girlfriend more than her. I am happy that u dumped her, (Samrat and Nupur hugged sideways)

Then Nupur saw Gunjan with red eyes and she turned to face Gunjan and so did everyone else.

Gunjan then said 'good morning' to everyone.

Just then Nupur asked Samrat:

N: Samrat, by the way how did u get here?

S: Well...how did I get here?(Confused himself)

Nupur was wandering if Samrat had lost it.

G: Mein batati hoon....

Everyone turned towards Gunjan.

G: Woh, yesterday I was coming out of the office when I saw Samrat, he was really drunk and he couldn't tell me where he lived so I brought him home as I couldn't just leave him there.

S: ohh....thanks

Everyone then understands how Samrat got there.

Samrat was thinking how caring and innocent she is and even though she didn't know him she still helped him. Samrat thought that Gunjan was really simple but still looked like an angel. He then was disturbed from his thoughts when Gunjan spoke.

G: Di, I never knew that Diya would be so horrible, I knew that she was bad to us but even to people who she didn't know, and I fell really bad for u for trusting her (Gunjan had tears after listening to Samrat's story)

The silent member, Mayank, started to talk

M: Samrat this is Gunjan, my salli, and Gunjan this Samrat my friend and my partner of the company

Samrat and Gunjan smiled at each other.

S: but now dude, I want to get over all of this drama and get on with my life with my friends, you lot, so how did this surprise marriage happen without me not getting informed.

Mayank, Nupur and Gunjan narrated the whole story and Samrat was just so happy to have a friend like Mayank

S: I am so proud of u Mayank, u helped a girl and Nupur thanks for helping Mayank in the hospital, without u, I don't know what would have happened

N: Mr Samrat, he is my husband so shouldn't I help him (putting one hand on Gunjan's shoulder)

Mayank was quite shocked to hear Nupur talking like this but at the same time very happy that he was accepted as her husband

S: sorry mam I forgot that he was ur husband

All of them laughed at what was going on and at that time Benji and Uday came.

Nupur went to Samrat and whispered something to him

N: Samrat, Uday bhaiya is Diya's brother but he is so nice, I don't want to make him feel sad by Diya's act plz don't tell him anything that had happened.

Samrat nodded

Uday and Benji came and Mayank did again the introduction.

S: Mayank, I am really happy that u have such a lovely friends and nice friends, and I'm sad that I couldn't be included in ur marriage (feeling sad)

M: dude, (putting his hands on Samrat's shoulder) don't worry, they r also ur friends, u haven't missed anything, we r all here so enjoy ur time with us

B: and of course, u haven't missed anything, just the shock of the marriage but u haven't missed the reception

S, N, M, G, and U: reception? (Looking at Benji)

B: yes, reception, we hav to celebrate ur marriage with a reception and I think we can start the planning

M: what, u never told me about it

N: who planned one

G: where is it happening?

S: when is it happening?

U: and who are we inviting

B: god, how many question am I supposed to answer, first sit down everyone, ladies bring some chai and something to eat so that we can discuss

N: no Benji, first tell us (Benji not letting Nupur continue)

B: No Nupur, go and bring the chai and what I said, we r going to wait

Nupur was so eager to know what was happening, went so fast to the kitchen with Gunjan, and both of them prepared everything within 3 minutes

U: wow, look how fast u r, Nupur, I have never seen u so fast from the kitchen

N: Uday bhaiyaa...

B: ok guys, well as the marriage happened so suddenly and many people are shocked on ur sudden marriage, so we should celebrate ur marriage and invite many people as we want, to show that u r husband and wife and so people don't question about a sudden marriage.

S: great idea, dude, and I have not even been able to see ur marriage and even aunty would be soo happy to see ur reception

N: maa, god, u lot wait, I will call maa, I haven't even talked to her today

Nupur stood up and Mayank held her by her wrist. Nupur was so shocked why he was doing that and that too in front of everyone

M: Nupur, it's only 10, wait a bit and let's decide about this reception and I know that u love maa but plz don't abandon me... I mean us lot (trying to cover up of what he said)

On the other side, Nupur was blushing, on hearing what Mayank just said and that too in front of everybody. Everybody laughed and Mayank was embarrassed.

Nupur turned around and took her seat next to Gunjan

B: k, guys, let's continue, I know Mayank u would like to romance with ur wife but plz try to avoid in front of us, it's just that, Nupur was blushing so badly that's y, otherwise no one would mind (Mayank and Nupur stared at Benji so badly)

B: cool down guys, let's continue with this

S: so where do u want this to happen

N: I love it here, can we just have it here

Mayank was quite surprised to know that Nupur wanted this reception, it's not that he didn't want but he thought that it was not really necessary but after Nupur was keen to do it, even he was happy about it.

U: Mayank, what do u think, do u like it here or somewhere grand?

M: no, it's fine here and with whatever Nupur wants

Nupur looked at Mayank and smiled and he smiled back.

S: k, so we can invite all relatives from both sides and all office members and friends.

G: and we can invite ur mum as a surprise, Mayank, we shouldn't tell her but bring her straight to the reception

S; what a great idea chashmish, (Gunjan stared at him) I am sorry chashmish

N: Samrat, she is my sister, and I don't like u calling her like that (standing up and pointing her finger at him)

S: (standing up to Nupur) well, u know what, I was not about to call her like that but coz of u that is the sweet nickname for my chashmish (not thinking what he was saying)

Gunjan looked up at him but he was looking at Nupur

G: my chashmish? Why is he saying that, maybe I misunderstood.

M: Nupur, sit down, he is going to not remember that name in few days time, he has a bad memory so sit down and continue

S: ohh, looks like someone is supporting their wife

N: you (pointing at him)

S: what me? I'm saying the truth.

G: di, sit down and let's continue (Nupur sat down and so did Samrat)

S: thx chashmish to have calmed ur sister

U: ok, as Gunjan said, Mayank ur mum should be brought in surprise, do u want that

N: plz na Mayank, I really want to make a surprise for maa.

M: (smiled at Nupur for her childishness) why not, I never said no

S: but dude, she knows u quite well, and she might have thought that u would not like quite cheesy things like this

M: no, I'm completely fine with this

U: Ok, so when is the party?

B: what about Sunday, today it's Friday so in two days time

M and N: two days!

S: husband and wife the same...

N: I mean how r we going to prepare everything and think we have so much shopping to do, it's not like going to someone's house, we have to speak to the caterers for the food, choose clothes, decoration, inviting people (she was going on)

Mayank was staring at her thinking, where does she come up with all of this

S: y not, Nupur, it would be really fun, all of us won't go to work until the reception finishes.

M: Kya? No work! R u joking, think how many files, project, meeting would be pending

U: it's only two days Mayank

Nupur who was sitting between Mayank and Gunjan, faced Mayank and put a hand on his shoulder.

N: Mayank it's only two days and we would have lots of fun with our friends otherwise u would be bored in that office.

M: (thought a little bit) k,

B: Thank god, Nupur, u did a great help

Everyone was having chai and breakfast to eat

G: ok, so we can each manage one thing each

S: that's right chashmish, each one of us has to do different things and that is going to be really fun

M: well, I think that the decoration can be done by all of us and it can be the last thing to be done. As Nupur, u r a gud designer, u can choose clothes for each one of us; I don't think everyone of us should be present

N: no, Mayank, I think we should all go, it's not about me being good but them liking what they r wearing,

M: Ok fine, but I will only give three hours for shopping and is that enough for everyone

B: sure, we would be quick, it's just girls

N: don't blame on us, Behn-ji

M: ok, so we can do shopping for clothes today and shopping for anything else also today and I will look after doing invitations for everybody, by today, is that OK and then all of us can sit together and do the envelopes to send

G: sure, that's a gud idea

S: then, as the servants are absent the cleaning can be done by me and I need a girl...Nupur?

M: no Samrat, if I will leave both of u then I might find a disaster by ur arguments but no cleaning so Gunjan can help, is that OK gunjan

G: sure...

U: I can call the caterers for the food; DJ and some other preparations and Benji could help me.

N: thank god, so it means I am free of work

S: noo, Mrs Sharma it just means that U r going to help ur husband for the invitation and do cooking all time, for us to eat and be in full energy

N: Hey bagwan, cooking!

M: (smiled at Nupur) yes and u can help me

N: sure, y not

M: Ok, and then tomorrow afternoon, we can start with the decoration so that everything would be perfect.

N: So group job (put her hand forward and Mayank put his hand on Nupur and the other s put on top of others)

Hey guys, thx for ur lovely comments. We know this is a short update but we don't want to show the start of the planning of the reception then leaving it half way through so that's y.

Hope Sajan fans are happy with what's going on, I know that there wasn't much romance in here, but we just wanted to show some group bonding and hope u r happy with this reception because we r looking forward to it

This is the part 12a) and there would be part b by next week, where u would be able to see some group work, teasing, and hopefully some romance between Mayur and Sajan. And we know the Precap doesn't make sense but that's for the next part.
