aww cute part prajna..mohit was so sick..ugh.thank god Rahul saved her..

She got the first aid kit and started wiping his wounds. He just looked at her lovingly . He was glad that she cared so much for him!

" rahul tum bhi na..", she said worried looking at his wounds.

" tumhe itna dard kyon ho raha hai?", he asked her.

She looked into those deep blue eyes and looked down again, " kyonki tumne yeh mere liye kiya" she whispered.

" toh phir kya?..main dekhta rehta?", he asked astonished.

"nahi..par I cant see u hurt", she said hurt.

He just looked at her lovingly. She cleaned his wounds and sat next to him.

Suddenly Rahul said " thank u muskaan"

She just smiled and looked down.

He suddenly moved towards her and placed a kiss on her cheek. They both looked into each others eyes. Muskaan was intitally surprised but then later she smiled.

It was awkward for them in college next day. Rahul kept talking to her and only her. She wondered what was up with him!

"hey", nikki came up to them when they were sitting in the caf not talking at all.

Nikki looked at both of them. They were awfully quiet. " guys!" she said a bit louder.

They both looked at her and said "what?" at the same time. They both looked at each other and smiled.

Nikki definitely found something fishy. They were'nt talking to each other but just communicating, whats up with them?!

" Okay u know what! There's going to be this ballroom dance contest..next month! Its gonna be loads of fun..i'm going with abhi..u guys should participate too" she said excited.

" no I cant come" Rahul said.

" why?" nikki asked disappointed.

" hmm..no partner and I have to concentrate on studies", he said seriously.

" hello! Even we have to study..and u don have a partner?!..emm she's sitting right next 2 u", she said in an obvious tone.

Muskaan was surprised" main?"

" haan tum muskaan" nikki said.

" no yaar m nt intrested" she said.

" oh c',mon..from when are U not intrested?!", she said.

Muskaan told her with her eyes to shut up! Nikki just gave her a teasing smile " you know rahul..muskaan always performs at any dance…but always with atul..this year he's not there..so she doesn't feel like..hai na?"

Rahul looked at Muskaaan. She sort of looked embarassed. " Muskaan if u want to go..i'll go with u", he said with a smile.

She looked at him but before she can say anything Nikki exclaimed " that's it! I'll give in ur names", and ran out .

Muskaan called after her but she did'nt turn back.

" Rahul..u don't have to!", she said sheepishly.

" I want to muskaan", he said looking into her eyes. They both smiled.

rahul draged muski by hand to the class....it was painting class

nikki(teasing):daal me kuch kaala lagraha he.....tum dono ki setting hogayi he kya??

muski:kya setting???

nikki:i mean tum aur rahul...official girlfriend boyfriend.....

muski(enthusiastically):sab accha tha patha hai....mohit ne

nikki(tensed):kya kiya usne???tum plz aisa math kaho ki wosne tume phirse tang kiya.....plz woh ek number ka kameena hai...tum uske chakkar me math pado

muski:suno tho sahi.....usne mere saath battameesi karne ki koshish ki

nikki:kya????!!!!!

muski:per mere rahul ne uski jamm kar pithayi ki.....bilkul bollywood style...sharukh khan ki tarah....agar woh nahi hotha toh patha nahi kya hotha..

nikki(teasing smile):mere rahul???ab baath "mere rahul"tak pohoch gayi he???

muski(blushing):actually...nikki

nikki(raising an eyebrow):huh???

muski:i think i kind of like him......

nikki:awwww...finally(quikly gives her a hug)

muski(cheeks are turning red)..rahul came there...

nikki(teasing smile):mein brush le kar aati hun...(winks)

muski smiles back at her.

rahul:yeh kya tumne painting shuru bhi nahi ki

muski looks at his painting

muski:tumne toh painting pura nahi kiya..aadhi codh ker kyu aaye...

rahul:mujhe laga tume help ki zaroorath hogi

before she could say sumthing

rahul held her soft hand and started painting....they were getting uncontrolaly close....

leth called:mr rahul complete your painting first then you can help others.

He sighed and went back to his place.

He started painting. He did'nt realize what he was doing but then he was just stroking the brush the way his mind told him to.

He kept painting and it was coming out pretty well.

Nikki came behind him and noticed the painting. " Rahul..dont u think the painting looks familiar?" she teased.

He turned and looked at her. " What?..it does..?!" he asked worried.

" lol yeah it looks just like muskaan!" , she winked and went away.

Rahul turned back to the painting and looked at it. It did look like Muskaan. The painting of was a lady who was looking down . She had curly hair, a dimpled smile and sparkling eyes. She looked mesmerizing!

It was Muskaan! He did'nt know what made him draw this way, but he was proud of his work.

Rahul wrapped up the painting so that noone could see it. Maybe he would surprise Muskaan with it one day.

Rahul and Muskaan were heading outside after college, when Muskaan asked " Rahul..when do we practice?"

He was taken aback " practice for what?"

" for the dance!" she exclaimed.

Rahul returned to his senses. " oh yeah that..hmm we can do it now if u don't mind.."

" yeah sure" Muskaan smiled.

They went into the music room and were trying to pick a CD.

" okay, what kind of dance do you want to do?" she asked.

" hmm a romantic one" he said sweetly.

She blushed and looked down. Rahul just realized what he had said and added " if u don't mind"

" no I don't" she looked into his eyes and before she could get lost into them she looked down again.

" hmm why not a fast romantic no?" muskaan asked.

" sure..!" he said " but on which song?"

Muskaan searched through the piles and showed him a CD – " Main Tera Dhadkan Teri"

" hmm nice song..so lets listen to it 1^st " he said.

She played at the song and they both looked at each other. They sat that way for 5 mins when Nikki entered.

" rahul! Muskaan!"

Nikki snapped her fingers. Then she shook both of them hard which made them get back to the world.

" guys! Kitni daer se chilla rahi hoon main" , she said.

" sorry nikki.." muskaan muttered.

" hey wait! Wer u guys practicing?..but u were not dancing..but the way u guys were acting was definitely matching the lyrics" nikki chirped.

Both Rahul and Muskaan blushed at this.
