Chapter 11 - ❤️ An Evening To Remember . . . ❤️

Hola guys!! Here I come with the 11th chapter of Jab We Met. I'm adding a new character, an importanat one to the story this time, SUHAANI.

Character Sketch - Suhaani is basically a very simple girl. Is opinionated, smart and has attitude. There's a bubbly side for her too, but only her closest friends know that. She's extroverted and is a strong girl but at the very same is as delicate a glass. 😊

AFTER 3 MONTHS . . .

Mayank was to return and it was the day of his sister's wedding. He called her up -

"Hey Gunji. Congo!"

"Congo bhai, did you get the job?"

"YEAH! And in the Mumbai branch only."

"That's a great news, congrats."

"Thanks. Will you be able to come and pick me up."

"No sorry, none of us would be able to come but the driver will be there by 5 pm sharp. Chal, bye. Take care."

And they hung up.

Mayank's flight landed . . . he was coming out of the airport when he all of a sudden banged into some girl and her coffee got spilled over his BRAND NEW T'shirt. 😆

"Crap! What have you done gal? Twas my BRAND NEW T-SHIRT."

"Great! It lookes better now. This new color is less ugly."

"What do u mean? That color was ugly? Was that?"

"Yeah dude. You wasted my coffee."

"So what? My T-Shirt was worth 1500!"

"Itni cheap T-Shirt pehente ho tum?" 😆

"Huh?"

"Hmm!" 😛

"You . . . what the hell do you think of yourself?"

"Nothing much actually."

"Listen Miss . . ."

"Suhaani . . ."

"Yeah, Ms. Diwaani . . . shut up and GO TO HELL."

"Diwani nhn Suhaani bey." 😉

"God!"

And he left.

"All guy's are just the same, but this one was cute, in addition." The girl, Suhaani thought. 😃

Mayank reached home and found no one there. All of em had gone to the venue of SaJan's engagement.

"HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" Nupur shouted.

"AAAAAAH!" Mayank turned around.

Nupur immedietely hugged him.😳

"I really missed you." she said.

The broke apart . . .

"Wow!" said Mayank after he glanced at Nuput for about a 100 seconds. 😆

Nupur was wearing a red saree, with her hair tied up in a plate and glowing make up. After all it was her real brother's engagement, had to look the best anyway. 😉

"Shut up!" 😳

"Waise . . . I missed you to." 😛

They both reached the venue. Nupur went away to help her mother do some work while Mayank was busy eating his fave apple pie. 😆 Just then, a girl in a peocock green saree with a strapless choli, with long and brown hair stepped on his feet. Only her back was visible. 😕

"AAAAAAAAAH! Heck!"

She turned around and picked up her cell phone.

"Kade waste cheekda paya hai? Why are you shouting?" she said.

"Excuse me Madam, look at me, you stepped on my feet, made my pie fall down and you dun even apologize. Utla, you are more concerned to your own saree."

"That's because I know ho you are! The airport guy. You didn't apologize, em not aplogizing here! My turn!" 😛

"Oye Diwaani."

"Suhaani . . . Suhaani Mehra. BDW, what are you doing here?"

"It's my sister's engagement. Who are you?"

"Tussi Mayank aa?"

"Jhi haan."

"I didn't know Gunjan ka bhai itna bada wala WO hai."

"Woh?"

"Put in any adjective you like, c ya around." she said and left.

"Strange girl." thought Mayank.

The engagement took place. Both Samrat and Gunjan were toooooooooooo happy. It was their day and they were enjoying it to the fullest. 😳

"Congo!" Samrat whispered.

"Same to u." 😆

"Aren't you getting bored?"

"Ya kinda."

Suhaani interupted . . .

"Guys, choron ki tarah kyun baat kar rahe ho?" 😆

"Oh hi Suhaani . . . Samrat, this is Suhaani . . . we used to study in the same school in Delhi. She was my junior."

"Hi Suhaani."

"Hi dude. You are looking awesome. Did she select your Sherwani?"

"Yeah, how do u know?"

"I knew it, she has a great choice. And everybody related to her is great except that strange and irritating fellow who's her brother." 😆

"Mayank?"

"Yeah! How do u know?"

"He's my neighbour and my would be sala too." 😛

"Arey haan." 😆

At night, everone was gone . . . Mayank was only left. He was supposed to get everything cleaned up and then go back home. Just then, he heard someone sing in the garden . . .

Mar Jawan . . . Mar Jawan . . .
Tere Ishq Pe Mar Jawan . . .

He had never heard someone sing so well . . . he went there in order to find out who it was and was pretty much shocked to have found Suhaani in there.

"Yeh Diwaani bada pyaara gaati hai yaar." he thought.

"What are you doing here at this time?" he asked her.

"Mundeya . . . ae garden tere baap da aa?" he shouted.

"Baap pe matt jao abhi tum!"

"Oh cholie!" she said and jerked.

"You are drunk man!"

"Woman!"

Mayank chuckled. 😆

"Abey hasta kyun hai? Pata hai tu bilkul mere ex boyfriend jaisa hai." 😉

"Huh?"

"Haan! Bahut cute hai yaar tu toh! Par wo toh kamina tha pakka. Main jaan chidakti thi uspe aur wo saala mujhe choode k chala gaya." she mourned in wuite a chilidish manner

"Awwww. . . hota hai hota hai." he said and patter her on the shoulder.

"Aey, tu mujhe mere ghar chod dega please . . . drinking and driving is bad na."

"Adress?"

"Kaminey, everyready rehta hai na ladkiyon ko ghar drop karne k liye!"

"Gali?"

"Nhn . . . bhajan!" 😆

"Meri ek girlfriend hai toh main kyun interest lunga kisi aur main?"

"Kyunki sirf ek hi hai na." 😆

"Shut up and come. Else, you gonna faint! Bahut moti ho waise hi, tumhe uthayega kon." 😆

"Main moti?" 😡😡

Mayank dropped her home, he somehow managed to find out her address . . . she puked twice and Mayank could simply do nothing. 😆

Mayank went back home and called up Nupur -

"Hey!"

"Hey! I was like waiting for your call."

"I know! This eveing was an evening to REMEMBER! By God! Seriously!" 😛

"Aisa kya hua bey Mayu mere?" 😆

"There's this friend of Gunjan, Suhaani. Goodness, kya ladki hai. Kya character hai by God. Cheez bahut hi tedi hai, peeke tun party bani hui thi, uske ghar chood aaya main usse."

"Accha kiya. Par I thought she's a nice girl."

"She might be par abhi toh khiski hui thi wo. And I thought you were a possessive girlfriend." 😆

"I am one but it's good if you helped a girl at a needy sort of a time na."

"I see."

"Yeah, now GOOD NIGHT! Good moring actually! Bye."

"Bye sweetie."

And they hung up.

PRECAP: Mayank and Nupr go out on a date. Gunjan and Samrat watch a movie together. Mayank discovers that Suhaani is in his office only. Suhaani meets her ex boyfriend. 😊

PS: Suhaani's not gonna create differences betwenn MayUr though there's a love triangle coming up! 😛

I gotta focus on Suhaani-Mayank friendship for a few more updates but dun worry, you'll get enough of MayUr and Sajan! 😊
