Well, when Riddhima was dozing in her office it was primarily coz she was tired of work. But in her subconscious state she kind of relived the moments when she went to Vivek's house. First she saw Armaan yelling at her outside Vivek's Farmhouse, then she felt someone (probably either Vivek or any of his guards) holding her and taking her somewhere which she didnt feel good at all, then she felt herself relaxing in Armaan's arms (which she dont know right now that it was Armaan). I will also PM you the clarification after a while.
