Episode 22:

Continue:

Angad moved a little. Kripa quickly moved away from Angad. Kripa put her hands on her face as if she had just committed a sin. She slowly went back to her bed and tried going to sleep. Finally Kripa got some sleep.

Next morning: Khanna house
Next morning, Dadi came into Angad and Kripa's room to check if Kripa was feeling better. She knocked on their bedroom door. Angad was sleeping but because of the knocking, he woke up. He went to open the door.

Inside Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
As Angad let Dadi in, she went straight up to Kripa (who was still sleeping). She sat next to Kripa on the bed and put her hands on Kripa's forehead. Dadi gave Kripa blessings which included that she and Angad will live a happy married live. When Dadi said this, Angad felt bad for lying to Dadi that he and Kripa were married. After Dadi said this, she got up from the bed and walked up to Angad. She kissed him on his forehead.
Dadi: "Angad, look after Kripa once I'm gone."
Angad (confused): "But Dadi, where are you going?"
Dadi (smiling): "Angad! I only came from Nainital to hear to check if everything was o.k. well, everything looks o.k. to me. The family are happy, you and Kripa are happy...what else can I ask for."
Angad smiled and hugged Dadi.
Dadi "O.k. Angad, I better get packing. I'm going tonight."
Angad (shocked and sad): "TONIGHT?!"
Dadi: "Angad promise you won't stop me and remember take care of Kripa."
Angad (looking back at Kripa): "Don't worry Dadi; I will take good care of Kripa."
Dadi patted Angad on his shoulder and left the room.

Once Dadi left the room:
As soon as Dadi left the room, Kripa suddenly woke up. Angad went up to Kripa and told her that Dadi was going back to Nainital tonight. Kripa was shocked and wanted to meet Dadi. As she got out of the bed, Angad stopped her.
Angad: "Kripa, don't be silly. Your foot is still recovering."
Kripa stopped for a little while and sat back on the bed. She moaned about Angad not letting her meet Dadi. Suddenly, Naina came in the room.
Naina (laughing at Kripa): "What is this Angad, why is it whenever I come in this room, you and Kripa are always fighting and Kripa you... you're always in a grump."
Angad walked up to Naina.
Angad (laughing with Naina): "Yeah mum. Kripa is like this anyway. Over little things she gets angry and starts hitting me. She's like an animal."
Kripa threw a pillow at Angad.
Kripa (angry): "I hate you Angad."
As Naina came in front of Angad and Angad hid behind her, trying to dodge the pillow, Naina started laughing again and told them both to stop because Dadi would get angry and when she gets angry you know what they'd get. Angad and Kripa knew that if they never stopped fighting, they would get a hard slap off Dadi (which isn't very pleasant). So they stopped fighting. Naina left the room.

Once Naina left the room and went back to Kripa and sat next to her.
Angad (angry): "Now Kripa. I'm not in the joking mood so quickly get ready because we're going to drop Dadi off to the airport."
Kripa pushed Angad off the bed really hardly.
Kripa (angry): "Look Mr Khanna. Don't show me attitude. I invented that. And you idiot- I thought you said I can't even meet Dadi because of my bad foot? Then how can I go to the damn airport. (Kripa threw another pillow on Angad's face). That's it; I'm meeting Dadi no matter what you say."
As Kripa left the room in anger, Angad started laughing out loud and called after her saying that he was only joking.

Downstairs in Khanna house:
Kripa ran downstairs and hugged Dadi as tightly as possible.
Dadi: "Dadi, do you have to go?"
Dadi: "Yes beta. I do."
Kripa let go of Dadi.
Kripa: "I'm going to miss you."
Dadi: "Me to Kripa."
Once Kripa met Dadi, she had to go back to her room for some rest before she went to the airport.

In Angad and Kripa's bedroom:
As soon as Kripa came in the room, Angad was waiting for her (still on the floor).
Angad: "Are you happy now that you finally got to meet Dadi?"
Kripa never replied to Angad but went and sat on the bed in front of him. She started lightly crying. Angad got up from the floor and went to Kripa.
Angad: "Hey Kripa, I was only joking. Don't cry."
Kripa: "No silly. I'm not crying of what you said to me. Why would I cry over that? I'm crying because I'm going to miss Dadi."
Angad put his hand on Kripa's shoulder. Kripa hugged Angad and started crying again. Angad tried cheering Kripa up.
Angad: "Hey Kripa, I promise after we get married, I will take you to meet Dadi every month."
Suddenly there was silence in the room. Angad and Kripa realised what he had just said. Angad and Kripa a parted. Kripa left the room leaving Angad all alone, confused.
