QAZI is not bhonda. Everybody has seen how he answers to Mandira Bedi's questions. Even Mandira Bedi becomes speechless after his answers. Can a bhonda do that. No WWAAYYY.

This word is even used in hindi movies. Bhonda or bhondu is used for a dumb person who cannot think and answer well.
