Bring in the NEW
Monica and Sandeep made their entry into the Gurukul amidst speculation and strife. The faculty welcomed them with open arms. The students knew that they had no choice, though some, like Shamit, have voiced their discontent. Well the new guys are in, so what to do? Let's have fun with some cool ragging.

Both Monica and Sandeep were ragged by the older students. "Monica sing like a boy", "Sandeep dance like a girl, Monica romance Arijit, Sandeep serenade Ruprekha as if she were your first love" - the fun and laughs were endless. The prize task was to push an apple with your nose. Now we know who has a bigger nose. Yes, it is Sandeep. He managed to push his apple across the line first.

After the ice was broken, all the Gurukul students left for some celebration. Mumbai is in the midst of celebrating Krishna Janmashthami. Localities tie up pots of curd really high and human pyramids are made to break them. Some "Matkis" or pots bring with them huge prize money for the team that manages to break the matki. For the Gurukul students this outing proved to be a release of tension. Cheering teams that made bids for the matkis and mingling with the janta made them forget their personal anxieties.

Bring in the OLD
While the Gurukul residents were out three former residents - Mona, Kirti and Rex trooped in to the Gurukul. This week is one of trial for them. They are being given one more chance to enter the Gurukul. This time the audience will decide which one of the three will get through.

They entered the Gurukul with their bags and went through all the rooms, once more, familiarising themselves with ever nook and cranny. Then Mona, rex and Kirti held special sessions with the faculty. They did not waste much time getting about business. They are not going to take this second chance lightly.

Reunion
There was genuine joy when the old students met up with their friends Rex, Mona and Kirti. Once again, they shared their daily activities and jokes. For some it was first time with Rajesh Balwani, the laughter man. He gets them to do fun things to loosen the students up and make them smile. This time, he got them to criticise one another, talk nonsense and take a crash course in hair styling. The students got to do more serious stuff with Mickey Mehta who has taken up the responsibility to make our students fit. Now we can even see Ruprekha putting in her best. As there is no escape she has reconciled with her fate.

This Wednesday is the final Caf Round for Rex, Mona and Kirti. Save your favourite contestant. Rex, Mona and Kirti are counting on you.
