By killer instinct I mean being able to utilise every single opportunity that comes your way. It does not mean unfair means, bcos then it is no more a competition.

in saregama, the instinct is inculcated by the mentors. each and every contestant put in their best, and perform even better when they fail to do so in any episode.
arps had the instinct, but did not have the right attitude to execute it.
