IKR!! Suddenly Baldev's ambition has become a joke...the CVs are out to prove how incapable he is of holding this position and how mahaan Veera is the right choice! Hence, dragging in the pictures!
The accusations being hurled at Baldev make me wonder how exactly Veera is on the moral high ground:
-she's obviously NOT serious about this post as she was not willing to do it in the first place and got coerced into it. Then to maintain marital harmony (pfft!) she withdrew her name, then it took third parties to convince her again to re-apply. Conclusion - Indecisive
-she has time and again doubted an innocent person of wrongdoing (we'll even overlook the fact that this is her boyfriend/husband)...and without being proven guilty, given them her verdict - public slapping, throwing the bundles of paper on their face, and even earlier the hata-pai because she believed Baldev ruined the solar panels. Conclusion - Impatient, Short-sighted
-(now this is slightly crooked argument but it follows)...she did not have proof of a person's innocence (that Baldev did not murder Nihal) yet to influence the witness' decision, she married the accused to save him from going to prison. Now, if you look at it from a normal person's point of view, if they love the accused, yes they would believe him innocent and take steps to protect him. But Veera is now claiming that she always puts pind's bhalaai before everything else...so in that case, her rash decision to save a person (who for all she knows, could be a murderer) just because *she loves him* shows that she puts her own interests first! Conclusion - Not as Selfless as claimed
-she has herself been hoodwinked and behakaaoed by others e.g. Karan, RV...so its hardly the case that she is a good judge of people (at least no better than Baldev!) Conclusion - Bad Judge of People
-she has done many a stupid thing before that make her unfit for the post e.g. played with people's emotions, got a fake saadhu to break up someone's marriage (even before she knew Simran's real character), irresponsibly led to Baldev's court remission getting delayed (whatever Bansuri did, I still think Veera had been stupid and careless). Conclusion - Lack of Sense
So I'm not sure why the pind and the nutcase squad (Chaitan, Raackstar, Useless Dad of the Century) believe Veera is suddenly so superior to Baldev in this election!
