Thanks for a sensible post dear TM! It is nice to see that there are still sensible Baldev fans in this forum.
Even if I am no more a Baldev fan, I would like to express my opinion on this topic.
Yes, we saw for a while now that Baldev does have dreams of becoming a sarpanch, but he still needs to mature a bit more. The villae sarpanch is a very bigresponsibility and one msut already be quite mature before occupying this post. I have seen the spark in him, but he is not yet ready for it.
It would be very nice if he focuses now on his turcking business to get richer and then also does osme philanthropy for the village. It would be nice to see him doing some great social work and becomea well respected man in the village.
Now, the analysis of Veera - I do nto think that she should be elected for the CM at all. She already has more stuff to do than she can handle. She laos is not very mature. (This can be seen how easily her trust on Baldev seems to shake and her tit-for-tat attitude.)
She needs to focus now on her krishi-vidhyalay and bring some progress to agriculture in the forum. She has not even crossed 25 yet, so she is jsut too young to be the sarpanch. She needs to understand the issues of the forum and become a good mediator.
Finaly, why cna't Chaiji or some other elder of the village be the sarpanch? I am sure that these are not the only two famiies in the village.
P.S. Sorry for the long post, and I would be happyin seeing Baldev or Veera as the sarpanch after a leap for 5 ot 10 years. Baldev may expand his trucking business and do some great philanthropy for the vilage. He can try to bring factories (not malls, which is big blooper on the part of CVS. Maybe, they should try to follow Modiji's "make in India" campaign). Veera can try to help in running the school and the krishi-vidyalay in the village.
