Even I didn't watch the show those days! But I know the backstory. Amrita, (Veera's biological Mother) was actually terminally ill. That is why she ran from her wedding and ended up sleeping with SS and got pregnant! I blame SS, coz he knew he was married. I dont know if Amrita knew, but she also didnt pay heed to it maybe, coz she knew she was dying. Her actions were selfish, but SS was even more so!
The funniest joke was that they were trying to make it look like he did a "favor" to a dying women by having S*x with her! LOL. As if! See again, SS parivaar and their "Mahantha!" Even cheating on your spouse is done for HIGHER purposes! I actually think Veera is just like her DAD!
@bold : yes he was the bigger partner in crime, cause he was the committed one, he had an obligation towards his wife n marriage...
@ blue : are you serious...that sounds wrong on so many levels...was it her last wish to get laid ?? and how come they didnt think about protection, cause it kinda irresponsible to get a baby in this world, if you are not gonna be around to look after it...
@red : yea, that makes more sense...a combination of her father n biological mother...thats why that selfishness and dis-regard to what others think...
what irritates me more, is that she always always think while dealing with her veerji...no matter how wrong he is...she politely considers his POV, argues albiet with polite words...tries to make him see her side...but with Baldev, she just has this set image in her mind, that he is a nitthalla guy...who is an uneducated village idiot, plus he became a better person cause of her influence, so she can treat him any ways she wants...her insults stem from that thought process...
also instead of accepting when she is wrong, she either thinks that life was unfair with her (when she was trying to help baldev n he was rude to her) or very expertly skips the part where she was responsible for someone's certain behaviour...the later behavior is similar to how Ranvi acted, post Rajveer's truth coming out...when he went to apologize to baldev n said some nasty things, and when baldev insulted him...he very easily told SS family only bt the insult, n skipped that part where he insulted baldev...
