I just watched last night's episode and wow was it good! Inspired me to make a post after months! Finally those boys of PP, Baldev and Ranvi who were Joru Ka Ghulam's gave it back to their wives!
Baldev set the tone by telling off Veera good! Didn't have to raise his voice or throw things, he managed to do it all in low decibels with a chilling undertone! Just loved it! He said what needed to be said to "jump to conclusions" Veera! She has managed to get him on her wrong side again, and this time it's all her fault that he has decided to make the mall! Yes she misunderstood the money and coming home drunk etc! But like B said, all she had to do was let him explain! But she didn't! So now crash and burn!
Then enter Ranvi! He goes to the Masan and sees the decorations of Gunjan! He dosent know that she has done all this with the help of his Mum. He gets mad that she was doing all this while he and Mum were worrying about her! FINALLY after weeks of cold silence, he put it all out there! Told her what he really thinks! That a women who did not think of her unborn child, cannot be expected to put anyone before herself! (Even though this is a broad statement, as someone who had two kids in the recent past, I can attest to the validity of that comment). When you are pregnant you always think of your child first! The first time I was pregnant I was overwhelmed with the feeling of responsiblity I felt! I almost felt afraid sometimes, because I knew this child's wellbeing was fully my responsiblity. Ranvi is dissapointed in Gunjan for not putting the child first! I get where he comes from!
The sad part is, she has learnt her lesson. She was actually trying to help him. But like the boy who cried wolf too many times, she has dissapoinnted Ranvi with her selfishness on too many occasions, for him to see that she really HAS changed! This marriage is in serious trouble, and I hope Gunjan can show him that she is a different person now!
I really enjoyed today's episode and felt like it was a full on "Paiysa Vasool" type episode because of the dialogues of the boys! The acting was also very good from both boys! Really enjoyed it! Maza agaya! Lol. Go PP boys, you show those wives of yours that you are not just pretty boys, there to do their bidding! You have a voice and a spine too! :)
