I don think you need to be a great actor to play a lead in a 4 Lions show..You know how much i love/ hate her shows but i genuinely think the acting in Ekta's shows is far better than the acting in a Gul Khan show..Ekta actually casts great actors..Whether its Ronit Roy or Ram Kapoor or Karan Patel or Sriti or Sakshi..The acting in 4 Lions shows is half not as good..Its just that Gul knows how to present her leads well..Atleast for the first few months..You need to look a certain way to play a Gul Khan lead..If you nail that & the attitude, you can sail through with decent acting chops..Playing a Raman is million times tougher than an ASR IMO but thats just me 😆

Ekta is not soap queen ainvayi.😆 She hires talented actors and picks newbies with potential.

I was watching the first few eps of Kahi toh hoga some weeks back and Aamna and Rajeev were...(the less said the better😆). I was obsessed with the show when I was younger, I don't remember them being this bad.🤣

Before I forget...why is Gul's show called Humsafars with an S?

vishal should audition for the role of saleem..for jodha akbar😃..he is usually free so he can manage both shows with ease

any one remember the show Nurjahan which used to come on Doordarshan ... Gauri Pradhan had played the role of Nurjahan .. that was a good show 😃 love story of Salim and Nurjahan
