Feck - Baldev is definitely naughty...but, I don't think he had any ploy/plot to make Veera jealous. He was confused when she didn't come with him... then missing her while at the fest. His eyes were searching till he saw her. They he was in the moment being Jealous himself. Also, not comprehending why she was upset with him. Also, I don't think he was at all trying to make her jealous - he was just being competitive --> As V was appearing happy with Sahil he pretended to be happy with Dorotha so as to show he was cool-n-content even without her. But, he couldn't maintain that indifference very long - not when she started dancing with random Polish dude nor when she want to jump the fire. If someone will be dancing with her or jumping with her then it has to be HIM.
Now does he realize he is desperately in love? Subconsciously he know and is fighting it consciously as he is trying to maintain "friendship"wala boundaries he has set for himself.
Coming to admissions - once bitten twice shy - he won't verbalize his feelings again till she does. He needs and deserves that assurance of what he means to her. But, I don't think he will doubt her when she tells him... VeeBa have evolved beyond that. Any doubts he has will be planted by others and at best be temporary. He innately trusts Veera.
