So we are finally seeing some progression in VeeBa's story but there is still a long way to go for both before these two get together. When you have two characters like Veera and Baldev, it takes more than a few episodes to change their perspectives long term. Yes, Veera has shown growth by changing the way she approaches Baldev and her soft corner has emerged but it isn't enough to change Baldev so soon. According to Ratan, becoming Sarpanch has been Baldev's dream from childhood, it is all he has ever been focused on besides Veera. It would've been unrealistic to show Baldev giving up something he has been ambitious about just because Veera has changed her approach with him. He will be shown plotting more while Veera counters by trying to prove these chauvinist beliefs to be false.

I completely agree with you. Baldev will not let go of his childhood dream just like that and redeem overnight. It has to be a gradual process. It may even take a couple of weeks to bring on this progress cause otherwise it becomes highly unrealistic. I am not concerned about the other characters but to me the CV's have always shown the progression in Baldev in a correct manner. His feelings for Veera did not emerge overnight, it had long been there and got a new dimension when Karan entered the scene. And the feelings deepened and he favored the idea that it was Veera who was in love with him and not vice-versa and went on pursuing her for marriage. Even his realization that he is deeply madly in love with her is going to take some time and the with small instances like we saw last week it is slowly going to draw on him. And only when he realizes that he loves her deeply I feel his focus will shift from his dream post. Presently he is a wounded lion, and for him his pain of losing his dream is more important. But as we saw last week Veera's change of behavior is effecting him and he is wavering a bit from his actual aim of getting back his post. I feel that Veera will fall in love with him in this gradual process before he fully redeems. Her feelings are slowly ,even if it is at a snail's pace, changing. And both will realize at the same time and then at that point Baldev may abandon his dream and change his beliefs for his lady love. So I feel that is going to take some time and till then we will get to see moments such as last week.

So Ratan doesn't hold any grudges against Baldev? I forwarded some parts so please enlighten me. Anyways you know all I was doing during the episode is cheering for him and smirking with him 😳🤣 I mean seriously I have lost my mind completely.

Coming to the story I feel that Baldev's plans failing every time will make him to do something real extreme and hurt Veera in the process. And then we all know that her pain is his only weakness. You see how restless he gets when he sees her like that?! I am kinda excited for that!

Btw as per the spoilers, the family will go in a mela while RanJan are gonna stay back... So do you think any substantial sequence might happen between VeeBa? This is just a good chance... Hope CVs doesn't let go of it!

Eli, I don't really see Veera falling for him during this cause she won't tolerate someone who plots against her mother. So something major needs to happen... which we have been saying since forever! I want some huge emotional drama of VeeBa - accident, kidnap or anything!

@Bold: 😆 I don't think so...because I feel Baldev should concentrate more on planning and plotting especially when his plans are failing so miserably than going to a mela to enjoy himself.😆😆 But you never know we can always trust Baggi to play cupid and drag him to the mela and our wish of getting veeba scenes will be fulfilled

Yeah true.Something major needs to happen, but the big question is what? 🤔The Cv's are not going to listen to our ardas for a kidnap scene.😔 Yeah but I feel after this "something big" Veera will fall for him but he will be yet to redeem himself at that time and then maybe Veera will also have to fight with her feelings that she cannot fall for a person who doesn't have high morals.🤔 Yeah something big needs to happens for her feelings to overpower her love for her Veerji and Beeji.😕

Ye toh hai.. Baldev's only dream has been to become a sarpanch and if the CVs showed that he has given up on his dream easily would look really unrealistic.. But at the same time I think the CVs need to be a lil creative here.. The scenes have started to look monotonous.

He plans - he succeeds - she finds a solution - he fails

This has been going on for weeks now and its getting boring because of the lack of creativity IMO..

Anyways, I hope they keep showing some progression every week like they showed a last week

And how good was Vishal in the sabha scene where he manipulates the villagers.. Amazing.. 👍🏼 He is growing as an actor with each episode. And it is a treat to watch him perform onscreen!!

^^IKR he is improving with each and every episode. He will turn such a great actor by the end of this serial. And to top it he is so young. He has a lot to achieve. Yes I agree it is growing a bit monotonous.😔 Some twists need to be brought in.
