u want ur sis to be with u for shopping, etc,be with u all the day, help u in elections,u want ur mom for all dicussions and u want Gunjan only when u both r alone, when no body else there then u get time to talk to her?
U give 95% of ur day to sis n mom and only 5% to ur wife..the main reason is u fear dat she goes away from ur life if u don't talk to her
and u say u luv her so much..u want her to tolerate dis..y for u marriage and wife? to cook and flirt during night time?
Veera ur bro is now married man so leave him for his wife, she'll be with him in all situations beside him..i know u luv ur bro more dan anything but if u want ur bro's wife sis in law to be happy u let him be with her
Iam happy dat Chaiji is the only person in Sampooran family to understand Gunjan's feelings, bcoz she knew the deep hurt feelings inside a women when her husband leaves her as she almost know nothing
Chaiji's husband left her as she is unpadh Gawar, here though Ranvi not doing intentionally, though luv Gunjan so much, he still depend on Veera..y bcoz she is educated she can give any advice for him..which Gunjan probably can't
That one mistake Gunjan did in her childhood isnot going to school along with Veera..she was a clever student..i wud never forgive Bansuri for dat brainwashing

Kudos to CVs coz i really saw the same in real life too..i know a couple where husband prefer his sis to wife always..i'm shocked how the wife tolerated this..atleast he give sometime to her..taking her outside to movie and all..not surprising dat Gunjan going to stop tolerating dis
i also know a mother who stopped her daughter's ed inspite of her being a clever student..but she is a step mom..Gunjan's condition worse in both cases dan in real life

great post 👏 and yes I agree many women have to go through this when they get married into extended families because she will always come last and not given importance like the mother and sisters are. it's sad but true and I think in general this sort of discrimination often occurs in rural areas where culture and tradition are given more importance.

I hope ranvi does give more time to gunjan.
love Ranjan ❤️

I guess Ranvi needs to be a bit more sensitive. Chaiji saw how Gunjan felt when he said she dosent need to come out with him and Veera. Chaiji used to be a married women too, and she is also a wise person.

Ranvi is a TYPICAL male that can't see what is right in front of his eyes. Guys are SO obtuse. He is no different. I guess being from a small town background, he thinks that his wife should run the house while he does the other work. I don't think he means it in a bad way. But unfortunately someone as insecure and sensitive as Gunajn can't deal with this attitude of his easily.

Ranvi needs to give her due importance in public too, not just privately. He needs to understand she is not just his wife when they are alone. She has a public role to fulfil as well as a private one. Ranvi, your a married man now. Understand what that implies. Not just romancing your wife is the duty of a married man. There is a lot more to it!! Pity he has no male role model to look to for guidance. He had no dad for so long, so these things are bound to happen.

I agree with you. But disagree at the last line.. It's probably your experience or something but in my whole life, I've seen brothers always favouring their wives over sisters. And that's 85% of the case in most families imo. Which is incredibly terrible.. Cuz a sister also has as much as a right on her brother as much as a wife does on her husband. But Ranvi has failed BIG time so far when it has come to his marriage. I felt SO bad for Gunjan when he told her to do rasoi ka kaam while he goes shopping with Veera. It was incredibly harsh on Gunjan. He shouldn't have married her when he knew he couldn't handle the responsibility. Mahaanta should also be done in limit only.

Completely agree with you. Couple of days ago I almost had a war with this forum just to establish this point. Even the aged, unpaad, backdated chaiji can understand Ranvee needs to give some more time to Gunjan, but that poor soul can't, even chaiji felt bad for Gunjan. More over he took Veera with him and asked Gunjan to go to the kitchen. Pathetic...this guy is simply impossible. What does he think Gunjan is...a Bawarchi...or a Kitchen appliance? Some days Back in an episode, when Ranveer was having tea with Gunjan, Ratan was making all sorts of excuses to leave and he was still nagging with her, eventually Gunjan lost her cool and said why don't you understand she is making excuses only to allow us to spend some more time with each other, and at the same time realized she should not have said that in front of Ratan and left by making some excuse. Even Ratan could see the funny side of it and laughed and left by calling Ranveer "Pagal". Remember that is how Gunjan is. Even after all these she was not angry or demanding...in fact she felt bad that she was so late that poor Ranveer felt asleep waiting for her and never complained. In many of my posts I have been hinting this, it is only a question of time when Gunjan will stand up and start demanding and she can do wrong things as well to get those. Everybody will blame her then, but her real culprit will always be Ranveer. His insensitivity multiplies Gunjan's insecurity and increases her jealousy towards Veera by the value of square roots. I dearly pray to RAABJI that Ranveer wakes up before it's too late.

Both chaiji and Ratan had been newly married at some point in their lives and they both understand the expectations of Gunjan and her disappointments and pain as well. Right now they may feel they should not interfere between husband and wife, but sooner or later they will have to, if Ranveer do not change. He needs understand Gunjan is no longer Gunjan Balwant Singh, but she is now Gunjan Ranvijay Singh. That's her social identity. Being a man I agree with every point of your view and I respect your views. Men like Ranveer are the actual cause of ruining their families and such partial and cruel is our society that wives like Gunjan are always blamed. Did you noticed despite all these Gunjan felt bad when she was late and Ranveer felt asleep awaitng for her, but she never complained...but for how long??????????

In my life I paly one more role than Ranveer, the role of a father. Whenever my son is wrong I'll make him realize by giving funny childish examples, Whenever my parents are wrong I'll make them realize by giving examples of similar incidents of the past and how my grandma used to handle those, my wife and sister are almost of the same age, Whenever any of them is wrong I'll make them realize by giving matured examples, may be some times from films and whenever I am wrong I give every body the space to point it out. That's how a man should be. I repeat he should be the pivot of his family, with his parents, wife, sibling, and children being the different points of the same circle, as long as the pivot is upright ans still every thing will rotate around him smoothly like a clock, the moment it becomes tilled the entire family will be like a roller-coaster. Sorry to say Ranveer is yet to become a MAN.

Lately Gunjan has been irritating me but today she was completely justified in being hurt. I get it, at first Ranvi and Veera planned to go out together which was fine but when Chaiji suggested Gunjan come along Ranvi should not have said no Gunjan should stay home and finish chores. Seriously Ranvi? That was harsh! Ranvi needs to learn to find time for Gunjan, take her out once in a while to shop or go to a movie or even to eat. Why just romance her when no one is looking? What good is that? Ranvi screwed up big time in this episode

ths is the same thing i was thinking frm few days.
he says he loves her but he hardly communicate with her.
all he does is romancing,as if a wife is only for romancing n satisfying physical desire.
he needs to undrstand the meaning of BETTERHALF.
