Show has become ridiculous pati patni aur woh type drama ... and I guess they r trying to do what KKB is doing for months now .. same old pati patni woh drama and its getting KKB trps .. so they r hoping ETR2 will get trps too with similar drama .. but here the writer forgot that in KKB , pati dint really go and marry the soutan yet and I m sure before marriage , Ekta will expose the soutan too ..also the patni in that show is strong enough to fight the soutan and also become the malkin of the house and not a daasi like Gayatri .. thats where KKB is getting trps .. patni is the boss there and not a daasi ...

BRM could have thrown Ranaji and his family out in a second. She wouldn't have had to wait for DNA testing too. Rajmata is the DNA. And this DNA would never have lied.

Ranaji comes across like the most incompetent king ever. He neither thinks for himself or even steps out to investigate. What happened to those two gabru jawans who went every where with him? I remember the way he had Kunwar Chacha grabbed and tortured for information. Why couldn't he find Sartaj and do the same?

Looks like the writers are suffering from a severe case of amnesia or dementia. Somebody has a very weird idea of what Drama means. It should have nothing to do with pathos and still less bathos, which the tracks are deteriorating to.

The fact that Gayatri hasn't told Rajamata about BRM knowing the secret is a huge blooper. The less said about BRM the better. She's always giving sly smiles in public but no one notices them! SS is seriously getting on my nerves. Did she want to try out something new which was as opposite to Dadisa's role? If that's the case, BRM and the way she enacts the role is an extreme opposite. Definitely, it won't be one that will be remembered with any fondness or awe.

DD really has to choose her future projects with care. Her last outing wasn't a great one either, story wise, in my opinion. But again, no actor can foresee what happens to their character or story as both keep changing according to the situation of the day.

But to ruin it to this extent is unforgivable.

Problem is these days all shows become nonsense after a point in the quest of these trps .. so either actors do limited series which wont score trp wise but will b remembered as a good show in the yrs to come or they just saturate themselves in these never ending trp obsessed shows .. and then u hv third category where netiher the show has trps nor any quality ..unfortunately ETR2 right now falls in that third category right now ... I wont blame the actors here because obviously during narration , they were given a different script and they dint really forsee such a horrific future for this show

Its not like this is the worst show on TV right now .. there r far more worst shows running on tv with good trps .. but prob with ETR2 is neither it has high trps nor it has got the script which will b liked by either section of audience .. so when it has neither , then definitely the writers r doing something wrong as it can neither satisfy the trp viewers nor the fans of the show ..

Problem is whatever gimmicks they hv put to get trps r too negative and sadist types which netiher party will enjoy .. if they had stopped the marriage on time , things would hv changed overnight and they could hv continued with the next track of Ranaji's birth truth .. but I feel they lost a golden opportunity here .. Ekta would hv cashed on that marriage drama and might hv even shown remarriage of RaGa in same mandap thus getting her viewers back but in this case writers of this show missed that golden opportnity ..

as some one mentioned in this thread, they fast forwarded Ranaji n Gayatri love story n are extending vamps' track which is absolutely senseless! why wd the makers want their own show to flop? i mean evn occasional tv watcher like me itself know that romance sells. and we have DD who is known for her romantic chemistry in all her shows. And Sid n DD do have a good chemistry. but for that to work well we need good story n director. in a show the time hero n heroine take time to fall for each other, fans too end up falling in love with them. that makes them love the chrs too! here we were not given that luxury. i was watching the way suddenly Ranaji became all loving towards Gayatri. At least we were shown Gayatri fancying Ranaji but not the other way!

And Avdesh n Raageshwari n BRM! BRM is over acting ka dukan. she cd have become a good villain, she did have it in her. as jyoti pointed out, when we have illogic villain the story doesnt make sense. may be BRM wants to destroy gayatri more than getting the crown! that is why she was encouraging ranaji marrige with raageswari! as i have not watched the show for past one week i dont know the latest developments.

avdesh was so screeching villain n raageswari, an irritating one! hw long fans will put up with them. every show has crap tracks, but the innate romance or main story will not be this messed up.

it is really sad! i have heard abt Mohe Rang De serial. i was hoping this will be one like that! Big Disappointment!

Rushing up with the main love track and ending it in one week was the biggest blunder the show did .. we never really saw that passion or madness of Ranaji for his Gayatri ..it was always from Gayatri's side only which is the biggest drawback of the show

I remember when Gayatri used to b like a fangirl going crazy for Ranaji , I used to think a day will come when even Ranaji will show similar madness for his ladylove Gayatri .. but unfortunately that day never came and even today we see only Gayatri's madness and sacrifices for Ranaji but not the other way around

And yes suddenly BRM's priority hv changed .. she wants revenge over crown .. but again 2 epis back she told Kuwar Chachi that if we have to get the throne , then Rags should b made the queen first .. I was like what 😕 ..I mean how Rags becoming the queen will give them the throne .. makes no sense and thats what forced me to make this post about what BRM wants 😆

And yes all villains r actually the worst part of the show .. OTT acting and no vision of what they really want other than torturing Gayatri 24/7 ...

I agree about Sid-DD chemistry .. it sad how it has all gone in waste when they had the potential to become the next popular on-screen couple of small screen but CVs could never use their full potential and instead got busy creating these cartoonish vamps and villains

In that show actor playing Chanakya had creative issues with the writers of that show and so they dumped him in that show .. now I understand why

I m sure here too actors especially DD or Sid will hv their displeasure too .. it might come out soon in the open if this nonsense continues .

Actually i personally didn't like the Sartaj wala raaz..no need to show Ranaji of a dacoit's son,he could be a farmer's son,a poor man son and RM might have taken help from a family of praja on their way at the time of delivery of baby..i mean only if they wanted to show but anyways chalo whatever but ya it was the time when Ranaji after knowing the raaz joined freedom fighters along with Gayatri..and got your point too..👍🏼exactly now the actual reason of revenge is lost somewhere.. RM don't want to tell neither letting Gayatri told her plus advices Gayatri like "Suhag atal hota hai,suhagan haarti hai,suhag nahi."i mean come on ,now writers are destroying Gayatri's char.also..the baseless wedding drama could easily be avoided..and now BRM-Kunwar gang all are turn comedians and they themselves don't know what they will get from doing this and how they are going to have throne coz Rags can show them stars in day,she's mad girl,and they relying upon her?
totally useless track with the diya mission,till now Raga didn't come close when there were almost no hinderence for sometime ..so how come they will now as now Gayatsi's dasi not Rani or in 1 epi Rani,1 epi dasi..what they get from showing this..will she ever become queen in real sense and enjoy queenly status ?wanted to see Raga doing something for kingdom and country ,and for Swarna too,but nothing has shown as such and also now Sartaj truth is also not coming out,seems everything is fine in palace except fight for suhaag going on.

@jyoti, if you r watching ashoka, let me tell you the story that is being dished out in that show is pure fictional right from the beginning n it has nothing to do with our history...As a history lover, i have little bit knowledge abt indian history. This lady brought a girl called ahankara , which is just an imaginary character, as far as i knw neither ashoka had a wife by that name, nor his brother susheem..
The thing that made me irritated with that show is that the Lady N, disrespected the great astronomer n mathematician Varaha Mihira.That poor guy didn't even exist in that era, i mean he was a minister of vikramaditya of malwa somewhere around 500-586AD, n this lady N brought him to BC, how can she bring characters frm AD to BC?Not only that, she even made him villain at the end of the track n was killed by bindusara..I mean that's ridiculous to disgrace such a great person...

If i had known before that it's the same lady N writing the story, i would never wacth the show, not even for my favourites..

@bold, I might sound like a sadist, but, you knw i m exactly waiting for this to happen.I hope it's Drashti who threatens to leave the show if this nonsense continues, bcoz if someone else shows their displeasure, Lady N will mercilessly kill their character, just like that chanakya guy, but, with Drashti, she can't do lyk that, it was channel who brought her to the show, n m sure if she wants to quit, channel will intervene n try to set the things..
