The Episode starts with Rajmata worrying over Ranaji's absence and Govindseth's impending arrival. She confides to Yashoda her worries who consoles her that everything would be all right. Someone tells Rajmata that Govindseth has arrived. She goes to receive him. He tells her that marriage would happen in 12 days. Chachaji and his wife observe them. Rajmata is perplexed how to tell Seth that Ranaji is missing and has refused the marriage. She is about to tell so when suddenly Ranaji comes and says that he is ready!
Rajmata is happy while Chachaji is stunned. Govindseth gives him the Shagun which Rajmata accepts. He tells him that 5 days hence they would meet and asks him if its okay. Ranaji is in a emotional torrent but agrees. He also remarks how his first marriage had occurred on the same date. Govindseth offers to change the date but Ranaji remarks that if destiny plays a part, then it becomes an obligation and snidely adds that both families would benefit out of this relation. He leaves.
Back in her house, Gayatri prepares for a photoshoot. She is nervous. The bhabhis envy her and talk about the light that shines out of the box (meaning the camera flash)😆 She poses and the cameraman takes her photos. Gayatri's friends come and congratulate her. They ask her how it happened and she tells them how she sent a love letter to the Ranaji and he accepted her wholeheartedly. She tells them how he told her dad that he has agreed for marriage and reminisces how she felt when they first met.
Ranaji meanwhile is furious as he recalls Rajmata's words of the people suffering in case the marriage didn't happen and as he looks at Sulakshana's photos, he breaks the glass of the mirror opposite him. Chacha and his wife stew over Ranaji's agreeing to the marriage. She tells him how the throne should be rightfully his but he shushes her.He tells her how he would have done something if he could and tells her that the car blast was not his doing. His wife wonders if Ranaji has another enemy.
Ranaji looks at the reflection of Sulakshana's photos in the broken mirror pieces. He tells how the people want him to forget which would never happen because when he closes his eyes, he dreams of her and he shouts how he is waiting only for her. In a fit of rage, he takes all of her portraits and takes them out of the palace walls and sets fire to them. Rajmata comes and sees Ranaji burning them and she screams if he is okay and he replies that he is burning all his memories of whom she is the cause and not only his memories are burning but also a relationship, that between a mother and a son and that she is the one who made this happen; from now on, she is the Rajmata and he is the prince of Amerkot.
Precap- Some coloured powder falls on Ranaji as he passes Gayatri. They are at a temple. She is about to fall when she holds the bangle that he is holding. She apologizes and he says that his association with this bangle has come to an end and now, this bangle has chosen her.
