Judge: thinking on all the points with pari's wish...the court is too confused to take the decision...so thinking on all the facts...court decided to give the custody of Pari Singhaniya to her uncle Mr. Raghav Singhaniya.
"Nooo..." Kalpi shouted terribly.
"Let me complete first Ms. Jadhav" judge instructed her to sit on her place, Kalpi sit silently on her place, judge continued her statement, "The custody of Pari Singhaniya is given to the Mr. Raghav Singhaniya for six months", Raghav's Happiness is faded evanescently as like it came to him, "in this six months Pari live with Mr. Singhaniya and Ms. Jadhav will look him how he fulfill his responsibility as a Guardian...if Ms. Jadhav is fully satisfied with his care and love for Pari then she will give him the custody authority paper as she don't have any problem to accept him as pari's legal guardian but... if Ms. Jadhav will not happy with his role then she will reopen this custody case again to take pari's responsibility fully. Court take this decision on basis of child's emotions, she is attached with both of you and this time period will be used to make some unnamed relations to be named, because sometimes heart relations are more strong than blood relations and in this case this term is true. If Ms. Jadhav wants she can live with Pari and Mr. Singhaniya means the child does not lose her mother. I hope everyone is happy with this decision" she smiled looking them. Raghav and Kalpi both are shocked after hearing Judge's words. Raghav look at her with his hatred gaze but gets same hate in return from Kalpi. Whereas this decision of court brings the smile on gouri's and other's faces while some faces are fumed in anger.
They all come out of the courtroom where Pari is sitting with Kantatai waiting for her parents, her face dropped off in fear of losing her parents...
"Momma...Papa..."she saw them coming near her, she ran towards them. Raghav and Kalpi bend on their knees and hugged their little princess in happiness, one as he got his angel forever and another as she got the chance to get her daughter back after six months. "You both are leaving me" she asked them very slowly trying to hold her tears in her tiny little eyes... "No sweetheart..." RagNa take her hands in theirs and kiss them "we never leave you" they both said unitedly.
"In fact we are going to our home tomorrow..." Raghav said joyfully to Pari make Kalpi widen her big eyes more bigger.
"Our home means..?" she asked narrowing her eyes.
"Our home means my angel is going to her home... USA" he answered her expressionlessly.
Kalpi: what...you gone mad... She laughed slowly posed at her place...You are kidding me...right...I am not going anywhere. She scoffed at him.
Raghav: Don't come...who asked you to come with me!!!!
Kalpi: I am not coming means Pari also not coming with you. She pulled Pari near her.
Raghav: oh...You are forgetting Ms. Jadhav court given her to me...so I will decide. He pulled Pari from her.
Kalpi: you heartless monster...She gritted her teethes...but how I come in one day... my hospital, my patients, my home...she whined.
Raghav: that's your problem not mine, If you need come behind me, I am not following you... Kalpi look him furiously narrowing her eyelids.
Kalpi: but how you take Pari in one day...I mean her passport and visa...she laughed at him raising her eyebrows.
Raghav: don't forget Kalpana Jadhav I am Raghav Singhaniya...if I want I can create her passport and visa in one day...now it's your problem how you manage your passport and visa. He pointed his index finger on her nose "do you get that". And he laughed mischievously.
Kalpi: Raghav Singhaniya I will kill you. Kalpi scoffed in anger. Pari watch her so called parents fighting on useless topic, in fact she enjoyed their fighting as her school friends told her how they enjoyed their parents fighting with each other and then how they persuade each other. Poor child first time experienced her parents fighting, and what is the mean of a complete family.

Kamini seethed in anger pacing back and forth in her hotel room...the room is all messed with all the things the cloths, flowers, her make-up stuffs spread on the floor, her eyes burning wrathfully like she will burn that everyone who come in front of her. She stumped her whiskey glass hotly on corner table, "no... he can't destroy my plan like this, from last 16 years I wait for this day and in one moment he broke my all dreams...I thought, that Kalpana never give that squalor to Raghav but here she herself planning to come in Singhaniya mansion...and I will not allow that two scrape enter in my home...this is mine and always be mine..." she spluttered.
"But what we do now aunty? Raghav loves Pari too much and he never leave her...we are lost..." And a tight slap touched pakhi's cheek...pakhi stroked her cheek with teary eyes, "don't ever say I lost because I will not accept the defeat until my last breath...do you get that..." Kamini warned her holding her shoulder tightly...tears come from pakhi's eyes as Kamini hurting her dragging her nails in her shoulder.
"Mom...what are you doing? Why you hurting paakhi and of which defeat you talk about?" Annanya came there on her wheelchair, Kamini watch her with the hatred gaze.
"how dare to come in my room without my permission", Kamini turned toward Annanya, "you are responsible for my every defeat omnious...from the day you born I started losing everything...only because of you I lost my husband, my brother and my every dream...you are responsible for my every destruction...you sulky. If I hated most anyone that's you...get out of my room and my life...get out" she throw Annanya out of the room which make her fell on the ground from her wheelchair, and dashed the door on her face. Annanya broke into tears, her heart is ready to accept her own mother hated her this way...she sat there brokenly cried her heart out...
Kamini took off her phone and called someone, "I want my work will be completed at any cost...do you get that..."she roared on someone. Pakhi just watching the whole scenario standing on her place shockingly, "if Kamini hated her own daughter this much then what will be she done with me if her plans will be destroyed because of me" pakhi thought gulping her spit in fear.
"oh my pukka, I am so sorry baby to hurt you" Kamini cares her cheek, "you know na baby in anger I always lose my control...don't worry we will not lose anything," "are you sure it will work aunty?" pakhi asked her in heisted, "of course sweetheart kamani's plan always work but now you have to concentrate on Raghav, make him yours soon" she instructed her. "Yes aunty, everything will be done as per your wish" pakhi gave her assuredly for her work.
Sammy came in corridor of hotel and shocked to see Annanya cried bitterly sitting on the floor, her wheelchair is fallen away beside her, his heart exude to see her on that state. He came running near her "Annanya, why are you crying and why are you here?" he said panicky, he helped her to sit in her wheelchair, "now tell me, what happened?" He said caring her cheeks. "Nothing Sammy, I am fine" she replayed wiping her tears.
"No you... not! Don't lie me Annanya... please tell me what happened?" he voice froze in his throat, She watch him teary eyes and break down in tears. She hug him tightly...He stroked her back lovingly gave her feeling that he always with her... "Your mom again insulted you"...he asked her caring her hairs...
"No..." broking the hug she replied closing her eyes lying to him, "wo actually my wheels are trapped in the carpet which make me fall on the ground..."
"If you don't want to tell me it's ok but don't lie...I know you better than me..., your every tear tells me your heart Annanya...it don't need words" he returned wiping her tears "but remembered one thing...I always with you at every step at every condition...you know na..." he asked her with intense love feeling in his eyes. She nod her head affirmatively. "Now come I will carry you in your room" he take her towards her room. Annanya watch him lovingly that her love...her life is always with her but she is not able to give him that intense love in return because she is not worthy to love him back...she don't deserve him "I don't want you carry me your whole life Sammy...I am not the beseem partner for you" she thought...a drop of tear felled from her cheeks while looking at her handicapped legs.
"What...how this possible, for what I pay you damn it? I don't want to know anything but tomorrow at 10 am I want both passport and visa ready...do you get that...Raghav Singhaniya ko na sunane ki adat nahi hai...samje tum" Raghav cut the phone frustratedly and run his hand through his hair... "What happened Raghav?" Sammy asked him.
"Deven said it will take time to complete passport procedure...some municipal records problem created in Pari and kalpana's passport..."Raghav replied him.. "Municipal records problem...raghav how this possible...because at name of Orine Empire and court warrant of taking Pari to USA...I don't think there were cause any problem...I feels as someone will not want Pari came with you Raghav" Sammy doubted on Kamini as she can do anything to stop Kalpi and pari. "but no one stop me to take my angel with me Sammy...mai kisiko bhi mere aur pari ke bitch nahi ane dunga" Raghav said sternly. "you don't worry Raghav...i will take care of this matter personally..."he taped raghav's shoulder giving him the confidence of his dream will be completed at any cost, Raghav nod his head affirmatively biting his lower lips. At night,Kalpi was superbly tired of her busy schedule of that day...first court ...then her and pari's passport procedure and then her time was gone on completing the hospital formaliies...in doing each work she cursed Raghav hundred times...as she don't want to leave her home, Hospital and country but for pari's sake bear all this musibat...and now her time is gone on packing...pari was super exited to go at her home with her momma and papa...her school teacher and friends gave her a nice farewell so there is no limit of her happiness which she showing jumping on sofa with her Dora doll of the hall which make Kalpi irritate but she don't want to spoil her angel's mood.Pari: you know Dora...we are going our home...momma...Papa...Dora and Pari...momma!!! She watch Kalpi... "Can we not take kantakaki with us... if she will not with me then who cares for me when you and papa will be busy...?Kalpi: no angel. We can't take kantakaki with us, her family is her then how she come with us... Kalpi said packing her bag. Pari hold her wrist and pull her towards kitchen. Kalpi make her faces unwieldiness and went in the kitchen to make modak...Kalpi is busy in making modak with cursing of Raghav why bappa send him in their life when doorbell rang. "Don't touch anything I just come soon..." she warned Pari to sit on one place and went to open door. "You...what are you doing at this time?" she shocked to see him there and then furious when he passed her as she is not useful to speak, "I am asking to you Mr. Singhaniya...""Papa..." Pari came running toward him, "hey my sweetheart" Raghav pick her up and twirled her in air...Pari laughed loudly. To see her laughing face, kalpi's heart also smiled. "I miss you so much angel" Raghav hugged her tightly in his embrace... "I miss you too papa" she said hugging him lovingly."You came here to live with us" Pari asked him with sparkling eyes. "Yes sweetheart...papa never ever leave Pari alone" he replied her. Pari: really...Raghav: of course sweetheart...Kalpi: no...you can't live with us...Raghav: yes I am living here...Kalpi: gouri aunty gave me permission to keep Pari at my home. She come one step near him."Because of mom I didn't attar a word but it not mean I did not live with my daughter, in fact from today, from this moment I will not leave her single minute" he said winking at her taking one step closer to her."But I don't allow you to live at my home..."she pointed him again taking one step near him. "I am not asked your permission Ms. Jadhav, I am her father and I can live with her" he pointed his index figure towards her taking one step near her."And I am not..." she came in front of him as their index figure are only one inch away from each other. Pari giggled to see their proximity which break their trances, they both feel awkward to see their nearness. Kalpi pull her finger ignominiously."Papa momma again fighting with each other...ha ha ha" she laughed."You naughty girl...you enjoying our fighting..." Raghav start tickling her tommy and kissed her forehead. Kalpi also feels happy to see her angel happy."Now let's go we are going to meet bappa" Pari said banking to him. "Temple. But why..."he watch questioningly to Kalpi. Kalpi told him the whole story of pari's wish and giving bappa the modak. A drop of tear drop from his corner of eye, he hug Pari from side "let's go angel we getting late" he said kissing her head. "Wow...chalo momma...we are going to temple...Pari momma and papa...yepee" and they went to temple.At temple, they do their pooja unitedly. "Bappa...thank you to complete pari's family...thank you to send my papa back to me and as I promised I bring this testy testy modak for you" she gave the modak thali to panditji, panditji also smiled at her innocent talk. "Bappa...please cure Annanya aunty's leg soon...if you complete my this wish too i..." she start thinking tapping her head by her finger... "Ummm...ha...I will give you lots of alu paratha of momma's handmade...she make very delicious paratha... I love her paratha...you also like it...ok" pandiji laughed at her cute votive offering. Raghav and Kalpi watched their angel and her pure heart which without any greediness wished for others. They feels to be proud as her parents. They reached home, Pari slept on raghav's shoulder because she tired, Raghav went toward her bedroom while Kalpi in washroom...when she come back, she surprised to see Raghav slept on her bed with Pari. She glared him."Mr. Singhaniya wake up from my bed..." she called him but Raghav does not open his eyes which increases the anger in her. "Mr. Singhaniya..." she shouted on him."What!!! Don't you see I am sleeping..."he said her irritatingly.Kalpi: you are sleeping on my bed...Raghav: so... good night I am tired so much... he slept again taking Pari in his embrace leaving dumbfounded Kalpi behind. "And wake up early our flight is at 9 am...good night..."he said and closed his eyes again."Kumbhkaran...sleeping on my bed peacefully and here the house owner sleeping in her hall. What bappa that's not fair that's really not fair..." she too closed her eyes with cursing her Raghav Singhaniya...and he sleep take her in its embrace soon. Next Morning, they all gathered at Airport, Kamini was confident that her plan will work but surprised to see Kalpi and Pari with Raghav, her anger start boiling on her head but stopped to see Raghav in front of her because she know she can't do in front of him.Raghav: Pari say bye to India finally, you are leaving it forever.Kalpi: why forever... after six months we both come back here...Raghav: and you think I let this happen...Kalpi: you can't stop me...Raghav: I can...and you know that if Raghav Singhaniya wants anyone he will make as his at any cost. He smirked at her.Kalpi: at your dream. She laughed slowly raising her eyebrows.Raghav: don't underestimate me Kalpana Jadhav... he said pointing to her.Kalpi: don't underestimate me too Raghav Singhaniya. She jerked his finger widening her eyes.Raghav: wait and watch who win...Kalpi: let's see. They both fumed their nostrils and turn their head in opposite direction, When Pari hold their hand "let's go home momma papa" she said lovingly looking at them, a beautiful cute smile played on Raghav and Kalpi's lips and they turned toward their destination. Some relations are of hearts they don't need any blood marks. Raghav and Kalpi are not Pari's biological parents but her love knot them in this relations make them forget that they really did not carry any relation. Pari walked holding her parent's hands lovingly giggling twirling in air and RagNa also enjoyed and babbled with her forgetting everything behind them. Gouri, Sammy, Annanya, Ashish, and Kirti watched them happily while Kamini fuming in anger but some people doesn't bother it, they are happy with each other.
