Chapter 11
Kalpi ran away as fast as she could, leading her to an isolated area near a forest. She sat there and can't still believe that Raghav proposed her. She thought that's impossible for Raghav to fall in love with an outcast and a nerd like her. She placed her hands in her knees and laid her head on her knees, She began recollecting what happened.
She had mixed emotions, She felt happiness, nervousness, and sadness at the same time. Happy because for the first time, A guy proposed her. Nervous, as she will find it awkward to face Raghav, and Sad, Because she does not want to break her heart. She was overwhelmed by the present happenings. She sat there and began throwing stones at the pond, Trying to find answers to her questions.
AT A CAFE:
Raghav sat at the cafe alone. He recollected the moment he spent with Kalpi-
"What do you want to order?"
"I want a mocha frosty"
"You love Mocha"?
"It's my favorite flavor!" She said with a cute smile.
"I'll order STRAWBERRRY!!" Raghav said with a cute expression.
"How I miss those days! Oh Kalpi, I hope everything will be alright between us. I love you so much and will let you love me more than I love you. I won't stop until I hear a "Yes" from you! Afterall, Im Mr.Raghav Singhania!" He said with a pout.
A week later.
Raghav would still wait for Kalpi everyday, Outside her house, And Kalpi would just smile at him and would not talk a lot, Like she used to before. It seemed like everything changed a lot after Raghav confessed. And at college, they wont go out together,like they used too.
Raghav is standing near the college campus waiting for Kalpi's class to get over. After the bell rang, He saw Kalpi walking alone with her books and grabbed her hand, Taking her with him in a quiet area at the back of the college.
K-Ragh, Please leave my hand, it hurts!
R-I wont till you tell me the reason you're ignoring me!
K-Let me go! Dickhead!
Raghav smiled when he heard her calling him a "Dickhead", That's what Kalpi calls him with love.
R-Atleast you still call me a dickhead!
Kalpana started smiling at him,But turned to serious mode to tell him something.
K-Raghav, I ignored you because, I felt awkward, After you confessed. I mean We kissed, and from that very moment I did not want to face you. I felt so awkward. Sorry If you felt bad, I felt bad as well.
R- You don't have to feel awkward you know, We will always be friends...Bestfriends..
Both stood there for hours and talked to each other like they have not talked for a year.
R-Where's Sheena?
K-(Laughs) She's with Sammy.
R-Ohhh...(With his eyes wide understanding everything)
Both Kalpi and Raghav went out of the backside of the college and saw Sheena and Sammy together. Both were teasing each other when Raghav went towards them and started his teasing session-
R-Ahem-Ahem!! LOVEBIRDS!
Sh-Shut up Raghav! Look at both of you first!
Sa-Yeah Bro! How's Bhabhi? Oh there she is! Hi Bhabhiji!
K-*Smiling* Hey Samantha! Whats up? (Kalpi's codename for Sammy is Samantha)
Sa-Stop calling me that! Btw, Im fine! What about you and your dickhead? *Laughs*
K-We're both fine!
R-But Im not!
Sa,Sh-Why??
R-Im just joking haha!
R-Hey guys were leaving Im still gonna work on my project, Ofcourse, With Kalpi's help! Bye!
