And Raghav began with his narration... it was finally the time to join the dots..
"I know guys you were confused at what all I made you to do so now I'm gonna explain the whole plan to you..
The only proof we have about dad's murder is Mom being the eye witness, which as we know is not enough as Kapoor might prove her to be mentally unstable and also she has similar medical history.. So instead he'll be punished in another way..
The main motive is hitting Sahil Kapoor at his weak point.. his money.. with no money he'll become powerless and he'll understand what I and Mom had to go through when he destroyed my family.. he'll understand what it is to feel helpless..
Sahil Kapoor's money means his company and his properties.. On studying his financial accounts I found that he is in debts.. Debts that can be easily paid now but if his company closes down he would have tough time paying them back and so he would have to sell his properties.. All except the house where he stays and the bungalow he has in Pune..
So that's why I needed something that could help me in shutting down his company and that's where this helps," Raghav said while pointing to a file he held in his hand and while passing it to Sammy and Maya he said," Thanks to Kalpana we easily could start the first step to Kapoor's destruction..", Raghav gestured Kalpi to takeover and she was the one explaining now..
"Mr.Kapoor has some projects not mentioned in KS construction's usual files.. in short illegal.. the land used is not approved legally for constructing commercial buildings but was for building orphanage, hospital etc wherein partial investement is done by govt. and they got land at lower price too.. ", as Kalpi ended her part of explaination Raghav then again continued..
"With these and some other documents we can prove that KS constructions is involved in illegal business techniques.. As Sahil Kapoor headed the company his name will be tarnished and plus tomorrow the police enquiry would start.. ACP sir has already arranged the warrant for the raid..
With the company sealed and so many debts to be paid Sahil Kapoor will have no other option than to sell his property..."
"But Raghav isn't it your company too??", Maya asked to which Raghav immediately replied..
"Now no more..Today I met Sahil Kapoor after Sammy's meeting with him..."
Flashback
Sahil Kapoor waited while Raghav read the different clauses mentioned in the document.. Raghav couldn't help but think how smartly Sahil Kapoor has shown most of the debts and few profits.. The accounts which were presented just to show that both partners would get just as the initial investment was when the company was started 40-60 with 40% for Raghav and remaining for Sahil..
After discussion and negotiations between them, Raghav signed the documents and KS Construction became Kapoor Construction with Raghav getting his share..
So now Sahil Kapoor thinks that he got rid of some of debts when in reality he has also lost some shares too.. The part of debts that I have to pay will be done by selling the assets and shares that I got after breaking the partnership... And as for Sahil Kapoor with the comapny sealed tomorrow he would no longer have shares to sell...
But even after his company closing and selling most of his properties he had scope of having money which would be enough to start a new business..So.."
Raghav's explanation was cut in by Kalpi," But won't Mr.Kapoor relatives or friends help him??", Sammy seconded it," Right.. If he has so many problems then his friends and all would surely stop in..."
"I agree..", Raghav continued," But then that's the problem which comes when you are selfish.. Sahil Kapoor cares about noone except him and to the most his own family that's Prem, Paakhi and Neetu aunty.. And thanks to this attitude of his he would have noone to provide him with substantial help..
So as I mentioned earlier even with everything sold Sahil Kapoor will have his Pune bungalow and the house where he stays as source of money so that's we had to put some extra conditions in the deal.."
Raghav gestured Sammy to continue..
"Sahil Kapoor had no reason to break the partnership with Raghav which was necessary for our plan so we had to put up this RS and Kapoor project.. The foundation was laid few days back with Kapoor agreeing to be a part of the project and now it was time to actually entangle him in our web.."

As per the plan Raghav was already there in Sahil's cabin.. Kalpi knocked and went inside.. Raghav looked up to see Kalpi standing there ... for the first time he had seen her in traditional wear and she was looking breath taking.
She walked to Sahil's table and gave him the file and cd after telling him what she was told to (Inform about Raghav and Sammy's MNC RS calling continuosly from few days..) and left the cabin to without giving Raghav a single look...
Raghav left the cabin and from outside saw Sahil's changing expressions ... he smirked thinking everything was going according to their plan...
The file had details on the project .. The CD had Sammy's presentation in which he explained what would be the expenses and how the profit would be distributed...
Sammy had mentioned in the video that instead of 50% profit to KS construction he'll be giving 45% .. but not to KS construction to kapoor construction.. that's after the partnership breaks..It was a huge project of 10,000 crores..
Sammy and Raghav had planned the timings such that Sahil won't get time to think much or even consult his financial advisors... And as they expected Sahil agreed to the condition.. all thanks to Sammy who with his superb persuading skills convinced that it would be profitable to both investors.. However Sahil being the witty person that he was it wasn't very easy for Sammy to convince him..
Sahil asked sammy why he didn't wanted to have partnership with KS construction or some other company.. Sammy got a bit nervous but then confidently answered explaining Sahil that other companys would ask for 50% and in this case RS will get 55% ..plus he also showed Sahil how beneficial it would be to break the partnership of KS construction.. he'll have half of his debts paid by Raghav and would be enjoying profit from other projects and plus will be a part of this big project...
If this wouln't have then god knows what would've convinced Sahil.. without a second thought Sahil signed the documents which had clauses that Sahil will break the partnership before investing and would recieve 45% profit.. they smartly hadn't included any investment clause and when Sahil asked about it Sammy said that investment would be discussed between the CEOs of both companies...
Sammy couldn't help but be impressed by Sahil's shrewdness.. though he was partially blinded by greed he couldn't easily be decieved .. making a note to himself that Sahil cannot be underestimated Sammy left the place..before leaving he also informed Sahil that CEO of RS construction will meet him after four days..
Flashback
On noticing Sahil enter the conference room Sammy got up from his seat and greeted him, "Good evening Mr.Kapoor..".. Sahil shook hands with him and after a small introduction with some employees of RS group the meeting started..Sammy instructed an employee to switch on the projector and start with the presentation..
The presentation had all details of the project.. Kapoors and RS would be 45-55% partners in investment-profit-loss..
The land, amount of investement, calculated profit etc each and every minute details where mentioned by Sammy so that Sahil Kapoor had no other option than a Yes..
Sahil- Mr.Raizaada your proposal is just flawless but wasn't the investment supposed to be discussed between the CEOs.
Sammy- I know Mr.Kapoor it was supposed to be that way but he could not make it due to some major problem and anyway I'm his business partner so I suppose yoh don't have problem discussing it with me..
Sahil- Of course.. Its just that I was wondering why hasn't RS met me yet.. You said that this project is important for your company and he doesn't bother to meet the person with whom he's doing such a deal..
Sammy-(In full attitude) Mr.Kapoor if you're forgetting then let me remind you RS group of companies is a big MNC.. in a span of very few years myself and RS have brought it to this level and we both know very well whom to meet and when to meet.. And if this deal is important for us so is it for you.. If we get to establish ourselves here in India then you too get out of all your losses and debts..
Sammy's words were enough to silence Sahil Kapoor and after Sahil agreed Sammy asked the lawyer to get the prepared documents .."
Sammy ended and Raghav continued..
"As it was a clause in the deal Sahil Kapoor had to break the partnership.. so by the time Sam got the prepared documents from our lawyer Mr.Kapoor came to meet me.."
"So the deal was just for breaking partnership??", this time Sammy asked.. "Somewhat yes.. but that's not it.. He has promised us 40% investment and he can't walk out as that would cost 50 crore along with his Pune bunglow according to the added clauses where we had asked for security under the pretence that earlier we had to face major losses as the company with whom we were about to work with walked out... and his comapny sealed will be like walking out..
Sahil Kapoor's property gone coz he will need money to pay back debts and he'll have no option than to sell all of it , his company gone and his respect gone as his illegal means of business came in front of the world..
I can't legally punish him for dad's murder so instead he'll have to die every second of his life and his death starts tomorrow.."
"But then about Prem's partnership??", Maya questioned remembering how Raghav asked her to make Prem partner in their new Cape town project which was to be headed by Maya..
"I don't want anyone except Sahil Kapoor to suffer.. But I think we need to retjink that part.. lets see what to do ..", Raghav replied as he knew that helping Prem is helping Kapoors but not helping him would mean he being no better than Sahil and plus he knew that telling Prem the truth won't help as he sure wouldn't believe it and instead Sahil Kapoor may take some deadly step..

While the son felt more or less content on finally being so close to the one aim he harboured for lifetime his mother was equally disturbed.. Gauri laid wide awake on her bed.. She was now living with Sammy's parents who came back to India for few days and as per Raghav's instructions Sammy had made Gauri stay with his family in Raghav's farmhouse which was now under security as Raghav didn't want to take any chance..
She was talking to Raghav's photo frame.. Caressing her son's photo frame she said, "Raghav, son, I just hope this anger of yours towards Kapoors won't burn your relation with Kalpi.. She loves you a lot.. I made a mistake of leaving my family because of my anger and I really don't want you to repeat my mistakes..", a tear rolled down her from her eye and then she heard her phone ring..
The name brought a smile on her face as her daughter cum her son's love was calling.. Kalpi was on the way back home with Raghav's driver driving her back.. She missed Gauri and so decided to check upon her... after a fifteen minutes debate on whether to call at this hour or no she finally decided to call up as Gauri was the only one talking with whom she would feel better atlast she was the only friend, mother and mentor Kalpi had as her own mother was always busy.. .. Shaking her thoughts away from Kamla and Paakhi Kalpi called up Gauri...
Not even a moment after she recieved the call Kalpi's bombardment of questions started from the other end.. Ma you took your tablets?? did you have dinner properly ?? etc. etc.
"Stop Kalpi.. stop..", Gauri said trying to control her laughter.. "you know what I think I should call you Ma.. Fussing over me like I'm a kid..", Gauri ended making Kalpi chuckle.. "But Ma.. I ...".. "Ok ok I know you care .. unlike my son..", to which Kalpi defended Raghav," Its not like that Ma.. he too cares way more than I do.."... "Ok so now you're on his side??", Gauri replied with fake anger..."Ma..", Kalpi whined..
"Ok baba.. won't tease you.. ", and after those words there was silence from both sides.. Knowing Gauri fully well Kalpi wondered why she didn't ask anything about Raghav or anything else.. "Ma.. Are you ok??", Kalpi asked to which she just got a hmm as an answer.. "Now tell me what happened..", Kalpi said firmly and Gauri replied,"Nothing".. "Sorry..",Kalpi said.. "Why ??" .. "I just remembered that now yoh have your son to talk to.. why would you tell me anything..", and those words just made Gauri di what Kalpi wanted.. "Kalpi.. I.. that dream.."
Unknown to Raghav Gauri had lately having sleepless nights.. the pills she took as pain killers were actually sleeping pills as the same dream which was the biggest tragedy of her life 'Sahil killing her husband' haunted her.. Gauri had told Kalpi that she couldn't sleep properly and on doctor's suggestion that it might be due to stress Gauri was advised to take sleeping pills but instead of taking it sometimes she had regularly started using it...
Every night atleast she could sleep with those pills but now those too had ended and her anxiety was still intact so Gauri decided to talk it out.. She began telling Kalpi about the dream and how she feared about loosing Raghav too or Raghav loosing something he loved like she did...
"My mistake costed Raghav's childhood.. Just if I wouldn't have left his father and would've tried to prove myself innocent then maybe today the things would've been different..
Sahil Kapoor is the most cold-hearted person I have ever seen.. he made misunderstandings crop up between me and Raghav's father and then when I left leaving Raghav and his dad alone Sahil removed Mr.Singhaania from my life forever... That rage, greed which I saw in his eyes that day when he killed my husband still scares me..
And Raghav .. that boy..how many ever times I try to warn him , he just turn a deaf ear towards me.. now I just can do nothing but hope that this path of his won't land him up in darkness and loneliness.. ", Gauri's sobs saddened Kalpi.. "Ma.. I..", Kalpi wanted to say that she would try to talk to Raghav about this but then remebered the few moments before she left his house a while ago..
Flashback
After their small meeting was over Sammy and Maya left .. Kalpi waited back as Raghav was yet to have his medicines and as the nurse was going to come the next day Kalpi had to take care of his meds..
He was busy on a phone call when she entered his room.. "Sir..", Kalpi called out and plainly ignoring her Raghav continued on his call.. Even after ending the call he decided not to acknowledge her presence..
"Sir your medicines..", she said while handing the water and tablets.. he just took them from her and after gulping the three tablets in a go he walked out of the room ignoring her..
"Kalpi..", Gauri's voice came from the other side.. "Where were you lost??", Gauri asked.. "Nowhere..", Kalpi replied in a low voice.. "Now don't make me do emotional blackmail and say what happened..".. Thinking for a moment Kalpi told Gauri about Raghav ignoring her..
"Ma.. he's so weird.. I don't even know what I did and infact I think he has some problem with me.. Always behaving weirdly..", Kalpi said while suddenly remembering the kiss then apology and the romantic dance at the party and then today the ignorance in the evening while in morning he was happily arguing with her..
"The best way to know is by talking to him.. I agree that he sometimes acts weirdly but then.. We show our actual emotions only to our near and dear ones.. Ok now I'm feeling sleepy .. Good night.." , and after Kalpi said good night Gauri ended the call thinking that now maybe her love-struck egoistic son would confess his feelings when Kalpi goes to talk to him..
Phew .. done.. I know it went a lot long and no RagNa but this one is last one like that.. Countdown begins... three more updates to go .
I wanted to right more but time nahi hai..
