Ok, Oyster card - done
Planning to do all touristy stuff when in London.

Will check on bath and Cardiff and see how to go about!
Going to check on the train line now!

Thanks! Hugs!

Cheapest way to travel around the city, London is trains and buses use oyster, go to the closest station and ask for one. I think u pay a fiver or 20 quid.

Outside London journeys thetrainline.com and national express both have good rates one train n one for bus

How long are u going for n where r u planning to stay in London... Location counts.

Seaside there is Brighton, Bournemouth, Cornwall, Eastbourne and South end on sea. All lovely. Some have sandy beaches others are coral. Just look into it.

There is another bus co tht is called mega bus... If u are lucky both u can get one pound deals from both companies. Keep checking for offers. Though it is only on specific dates.

Are u veg or non veg. There is a place where u get foods from all over the world. I think it is tinsel town.

Outside Baker Street near madam tussauds, there is a guy selling pancakes, u have to try it. It is famous.

In Ealing Broadway, the is a place the pancake hut or the pancake house... Oof gorgeous!

There is a place on the way to Birmingham where they have wild animals, it is really nice, but will need a car for it. I can't remember the name. It starts with W

Try out nandos, love it.

There is a tour bus tht does the city, u get to see palace n stuff.

Oh n visit south hall for the Indian feel. Indian mithais I think a shop called ambala. Also wembly has an Indian feel

As for the journey from London to Edinburgh, u r better off looking for deals from now... Sometimes a flight journey might be cheaper. Especially when u book it from abroad.
I once looked at a train journey to Paris and it was over 1000 pounds. Ryan air has good deals, but be ready for a short uncomfortable journey and they are very particular about baggage. So be very careful.

Wow! That's a sea of information! Thank you so much!

As for staying, not sure where to stay. Someone told me near Oxford street as it is close to everything touristy. Don't want to be too much out of the city. That's why not sure. Any help on what locations should I look for? Are b&b s cheaper there?

Looking now. Wanted to ask if there is any pass like they have in Switzerland. I went a few years back but I think it is called the Swiss saver pass where one can travel in bus, train or boat as much as we want for a fixed weekly price!
