According to me .. Marriage is that where both persons share a strong bonding of love, care , trust, honesty which lay them to become one soul...

Second option definitely, as only a marriage of love, and trust actually a marriage. So, a marriage of legal papers that has no love or trust holds value in the legal sense, but it doesn't hold real meaning. Unless that wedding becomes a marriage of trust and love. But you forgot some things on the second marriage: a deal was done to make the girl wait for her husband for a year, it was also done without planning or informing, without any proper rituals( one of the things tht I'm least worried about), .The first 2 definitely don't belong in a marriage. I also do not consider this a marriage. It's not because of the lack of proper rituals even. It's just the way it was done.
