Kamala has been trying to separate a daughter from her own mother since birth. Neetu is a mother of Pakhi but Pakhi hates her due to Kamala's interference.
Neetu knows what is good and bad for Pakhi and nobody has the right to interfere between a mother-daughter relationship. A bai like Kamala is trying to separate them and so Neetu hates Kamala as she is the reason that Pakhi dislikes her so much.
A mother has complete right over her child whom she has given birth and if Neetu wants Pakhi to get married or get divorced, who is Kamala to interfere. Kamala can tell anything to Kalpi and send her anyway but she cannot rule over anyone else's child. Kamala has been taking decisions for Pakhi like speaking about her marriage to Raghav during the party and not even informing Neetu that Pakhi loves Raghav before. Neetu came to know about it from Manda.
Kamala is not a good mother at all as she does not understand the love of Neetu and even of Kalpi.
